Worst customer service ever. No smile, rude and gave me a bag even if I said no.

Friendly staff with a good choice of drinks and food. Not the cheapest venue for lunch but items have top quality tasty ingredients.

I visit this store everyday and I'm a very good customer.. went in today to get my daily porridge and asked for 2 honeys and a cofee as they only give you one pack of honey.. the lady with brunette hair said "we have run out of honey, no more left" when I waited behind on the side for my drink there were a big box of honey packs under the counter so the brunette girl lied to me. I wish she was just honest with me and tell me that we are only allowed to give 1 packet of honey not 2 as for the past few weeks I've asked for an extra honey pack and they have given me without any issues. I'm not annoyed the fact that the lady didn't give me an extra honey as if she was honest I would understand but to lie to customers saying they have run out is really bad and must think I'm stupid as I could see clearly a big box of full honey packs. Will not be returning to this store anytime soon. 0/10

Popped in for a late lunch after shopping on the high street and luckily a Chicken Avocado sandwich was there on the shelf waiting for me. So delicious. The team are friendly and service quick. The only thing to consider is the wait for the loo.

The usual food stuffs and staff were very limited with their customer service, their attentiveness is very limited.

Wow! Absolutely perfect. I drank one of my 5 coffees per day here and it was one of my favorite. The latte with tomato syrup tasted like my grandmothers toenail-tea. So tasty 😋 When you want so see friendly dogs go there. Right next to it there is a subway fast food store. Periodt

No respect Service its really very bad i don't recommend this company anymore especially in Baker Street branch

One star is too much for the customer service this branch offers. I am a regular customer of Pret Coffe but never ever have I came across with such behaviour specially from the manager himself (blond guy). He was extremely rude and the funny thing is that he is teaching other staff to be rude as well and ignoring the customers. He knows neither how to be a manager nor how to make coffees.

🥐 Like all other PRET branches, a large selection of rolls, fruit, tea, salads, toasts and coffee. The prices are in the medium to high range, although it's not a restaurant, just a snack bar. The only thing we didn't like here was the confusion of the tables and the fact that it was just too narrow. If it doesn't rain, you can also sit outside and eat and drink. Pleasant coworkers.

There were 3 employees, all on the phone in front of the customers and not serving us because they were too busy showing memes between them, including the manager. I am an employee of Pret. I've been working at Pret for 2 years and that behaviour was so disrespectful and so rude. Customers were complaining, waiting and the three of them were just pretending we weren't there. Checking their phones while serving us and stopping in the middle of the transactions to show things to each other Such a shame.

All three employees were on their phones showing each other posts!! Trying to serve costumers while looking at their screens. As an ex employee at Pret A Manger that was so rude and really annoying.

Every time I’ve been here there is a slim lady behind the counter that’s blunt and rude ! She also dosent understand so she keeps asking the same question three times which is very annoying. Will avoid this pret

While I love the Pret brand, their wholesome, quality and creative sandwiches, good quality food, drinks and snacks, each branch is different. The staff at this branch were incredibly rude - the manager especially - who was discriminating and negative, refusing to serve me purposefully after calling for the next customer, and forcing that I wait specifically for a black staff member to serve me - I had given no reason for this to happen, I was simply politely waiting my turn. It was a reverse hate incident, so I will not be visiting again.

The food tastes ordinary and mostly convenient

I'm sorry to give negative reviews, but the place is really dirty. I understand that the bathroom is public and a lot of people pass by, but you can see that the floors haven't been washed for a long time. The staff is very kind

Gingerbread latte was the worst tasting thing I’ve ever had. It tasted savory with no hints of gingerbread even, didn’t taste any coffee either. Added 3 sugars and it still had this weird savory aftertaste

Start cleaning up and kicking out customers at 7 PM closing time at 8 PM.

Always pretend they’re out of ice and staff have a bad attitude would not recommend. What is the point of paying for a subscription when you never get the full range of drinks

The staff was really nice! It was busy when we visited but it was a great pick me up.

The only WC was filthy, even at 10a.m. Post-Covid, hygiene doesn't seem to matter anymore! No one cleaner the tables. Overpriced and poorly managed. Not all Prets are like this.

There are a few branches close by. This one is located opposite Baker Street station. Always busy. Seating is very close and tightly spaced. Despite the line, staff were generally pleasant and my hot drink was good. Extra hot as I wanted. Adequate range of food from soup to salads, sandwiches and more. My issue as per most branches was cleanliness. I just don't get Pret. Do your employees live in filth that they don't want to clean? I am talking floors, tables and seats. I saw one family asking for a table to be cleaned so they could eat. They have one staff member playing with a display, one emptying bins but nobody cleaning? One day this will make someone ill and Pret can be in the news again! Please CLEAN!

This has to be the worst Pret I’ve ever visited. At 10am they had pastries left, rude service and their bin was overflowing.

Lovely spacious pret next to Baker Street Station, always find seating. The staff are amazing and friendly, especially Mona who is a star!

Good sized Pret on Baker Street - right beside Baker Street tube stn and Regents Park. Good food. Watch your bags, wallets and purses - do not leave them hanging around as there are thieves about.

C'est notre première expérience dans un Prêt a manger et c'est réussi. C'est très bon. C'est sain. Il ya beaucoup de choix, sandwichs froid ou chaud, porridge, fruits, salade, boisson chaude ou froide. Tout y est.

This Pret is one of my usual to go for lunch - food is always fresh and customers are dealt with promptly despite the huge queues during busy times. They have a variety of vegan and vegetarian food options including toasts, sandwiches, salad, macaroni and soups. I love the vegetable tagine soup and the falafel salad. Coffee is good and you can get a drinks subscription which is good value for the fee paid. I would like to see a bit more variety in the veggie options as the menu hasn’t changed much since 2016.

Very busy pret, no working toilet. Card machine wouldn't take my contactless payment from my phone so I ultimately left empty handed. Staff might have advised me that I probably could order Click and Collect to get around their card machines not working.

I have visited this place, six times this month. Each time they have told me the toilet is not working. I’ve pay £4.75 for a sandwich not to mention the overpriced Latte. I could easily go round the corner and buy a sandwich for £2 from Tesco. The premium I pay to you, is to sit down and occasional use of your toilet. It seems that you’re too lazy to clean the toilet and keep it permanently shut for your customers. I say this because I’ve just seen a member of your staff go in and use it without any problems. Another customer has just told me to go and use the Taco Bell toilet four doors down. Agrees the staff here sucks!

Only a few members of staff with good custom service here. I regularly use this store and there wait times are longer than other Pret stores.

Staff are very rude, they keep saying they don't have the cream for the speciallity drinks and they don't make ice drinks because it is winter whereas other stores do

Worst pret in London!!!! I have ordered strong late as usual but they give me warm milky water with hint of coffee. Toilet facility is below standard, stinks no soap, toilet seat looks like from scrapyard. Disgusting

Monday madness. The real frustrating thing for me though was staff approach which I found absolutely appalling. I would maybe return at some point just because me and you both know you can do better than that 9 times out of ten. Although a pretty sizeable branch, the tables and chairs seemed to be tightly packed together, giving no regard for personal space. The food itself was good, as always and I was given a cup with ice for my drink which I really appreciated. Staff were friendly too.

Bought a salmon roll in rye was lovely. Liked the pickled onions and radishes. Good location and quick to serve.

I was speaking English yet it took the girl 3 times to make my drink, she kept adding flavour to my iced coffee. The 3rd time I had to ask them since when did the words Caramel or Vanilla come out of my mouth? The quality of the drinks and service is shocking , on the rare occasion a staff member is friendly otherwise most of them are just rude

As any other Pret, the price looks premium however my wife says, it deserves it. But I am bit skeptical. The presentation and contents look A class. Staff were good, tried to be helpful. We had some salads, sandwich and hot drink. We stayed in outside the restaurant but just two tables with 2 chairs each, probably there was more place inside but couldn't see it.

It was ok but there were few people sitting there not ordering anything while customers who purchased can't find a seat to sit down. Also the toilet was very dirty:-(

The subscription is a good idea, but what an actual mess when waiting for your drink. As for the cups, oh my dayssss … the coffee is leaking through the cardboard as I write this, I asked the young Asian lad (had no name tag so can’t say his name) for an extra strong black coffee, he gave me a regular coffee, so instead of making a new one he just decided to top the already full cup with another espresso shot. Foolishness. You f.,?ed up. Upon sipping this disaster of a drink, the guy didn’t even add an extra shot of espresso … so weak. Tastes watered down. Extra strong is my usual … you f.,?ed up.

Busy place, clean, friendly staff and good service.

Completely lacks all form of organisation. I ussually have to wait for my drink here for atleast 10 minutes as alot of the times the drinks get confused with someone else's order. Find another coffee shop in the area.

Great baguette, had to wait for a seat as very busy but that's too be expected in Central London

Got there this morning 8:20 for my coffee. At least 8 people waiting outside, door closed. One team member came from outside and said he will ask what time will be open. He ask another Tm and instead of answer they locked the door. They left us without any word. I waited 10 minutes for nothing.

Amazing staff and services my favourite branch to come to I live in St. John’s Wood but travelled to receive quality service as St. John wood placement is not welcoming. Keep up the good job.

Pret. With the genius idea of a subscription. The place is now a mess. More people standing around waiting for a drink that on the actual que. No one really knows when their drink is available other than the occasional shoot out. Surely a number or name system would help massively. The coffee is good. The smoothies are good. The food is good. (Even if it is very calorie dense, low fat mayo options please) And the staff are generally polite. This would be a five star if it weren’t for the unorganisedness.

Clean place. A lot of option to choose and also cozy to spend your time without a rush.

Been here twice now, first time they didn't have milkshakes, seems to be a common problem across many Prets now, and 2nd time they closed 30 mins before official closing time, probably because it was a Saturday and wanted to leave early
