Pret a Manger in Southwark

Good service, but don't use the toilets, I cannot believe how they had been left! Not the staffs' fault and if I were them I wouldn't want to clean them! It's the disgusting public for leaving them it that condition! I'm glad I didn't eat there!

They advertise filter coffee outside, but it’s rarely available. Maybe they should just take the sign down?

It's a Pret. You go in and out. The staff was relatively friendly and quick with providing service. Satisfaction.

Wow... something behind the counter, maybe coffee fell to the ground. We were splashed with coffee or whatever it was. No sorry even when we asked for a napkin.

Price/performance great, Toilets free Great healthy breakfast with family. We tried the salad, baguette, sandwich, yogurt bowl, smoothie and cappuccino. Everything was very good, despite the plastic packaging everything was very fresh

Opening times said 7:00am I'm here at 7:17 and its nowhere close to be opening and the staff are not opening the door. Opening times are here for a reason so some of us can grab something before work and not get our time wasted

Hectic place too small, The service is shoddy, ordered a hot chocolate and it was filled only halfway. £5.25 for a toastie? Bread with some tuna is £5.25? I bought a bottle of water and found plastic inside the water. Absolutely horrific

Like any other outlet of this chain. Glad to have been able to stop in since I was really needing a bite to eat and was cold and wet from the rubbish weather outside on the day I visited.

Very sad that there is no available toilet for a big shop with so many tables. It is completely inappropriate.

Great location, good value coffee for central London

A lovely cafe near Borough Market. My husband and I ordered an iced matcha latte and a chai latte. The barista was very friendly and efficient in making our drinks!

I've been customer with prêt à manger for many years. today I've chosen this lovely place with my wife to enjoy nice coffee and pastry. This message to the manger of the this shop. Today I was so desapointed by the service I had with one of your team member (valentina) her name as displayed on her t-shirt. Very bad customer service. Not even smile. even we were smiling with her. Also They way how she speaks. very tough and bad attitude. Not even hi or bye or thank you..

We discovered Pret a Manger in our last trip to London. We really like it because the food is good, has an excellent price, it can be eaten inside the restaurant, or not. I don't know if we went at this specific restaurant but we loved the chain and looked for it in many countries we visited in the UK. If you want good and fast food, with an excellent price, visit Pret a Manger. It helped us to save a lot of money.

Google Maps says is open but is not. Double check your hours or you will make people waste time to come to the location.

This Pret A Manger location (between The Borough Market & The Globe Theater) has great service. I dealt with a man (sorry didn't get his name but about middle-aged) and he was fantastic in his service. He was very accommodating. Thank you.

Only negative point: dirty toilets

This place is horrible. First of all, there is no toilet here. It's quite strange to have a bunch of tables in the middle and on the patio, selling drinks, calling it a cafe and not having a toilet. Secondly, the service is simply terrible and rude. I almost had a croissant thrown in my face after remarking that they had forgotten about him altogether. They didn't forget to count, but they forgot to spend. There are many places around here where you can drink coffee, choose them better. Don't come here

Sandwiches at this branch always have far less fillings than others, to the point I’ve had to stop coming.

Quick service even though apparently short staffed, clean toilets and a special shout out to Anthony for a great service with a little banter, a chuckle and a big great smile! Makes a change! Thankyou.

Bulk standard Pret a manger. If you've never been to one and they have a good selection of sandwiches, hot pastries, porridge, coffee, hot drinks and cold drinks. If you've been before, then you know what to expect.

Being a vegitarian, Pret is my favorite place to be for some good fast food. Like the coco latte and the hot haloumi wrap!

You want to get a café latte for GBP 2.55 and you just put a GBP 5 note and a 50p and a 5p coin on the counter in the hope of getting three one-pound coins or even a two-pound coin. If you try to get the remaining money with a pound coin and a one pound coin, you will be very disappointed. The outstanding three pounds will be refunded in six 50p coins. Yeah, where's the joke in that? People have already made advance payments with such coins in order to get larger coins back and no longer have to carry around these oversized metal discs. The cashier was obviously completely perplexed that anyone still pays with cash, and that he was no longer able to mathematically interpret this signal with the fence post in such a way that they would like to have the cash issued with as few coins as possible.

Tasty hot soups, good salads and sandwiches, great tea and coffee. Their yoghurt with granola and fruits is delicious.

Standard prêt a manger. Very spacious, you can get your items very quickly and never have to wait more than a few seconds to pay. Staff members are really nice, everything is usually well stocked and perfectly clean.

Excellent location and modern feel

This particular branch of Pret has been my regular lunch place for a while now, and I can't really complain. In terms of food and drink, it's standard Pret - I've never seen anything better or worse than any other Pret. The service is usually quick and excellent, especially during the lunchtime rush. There's some handy seating outside which normally has free space.

"Reasonable" prices and good food even if "already ready", an excellent solution for a family staying in London and wanting to travel around the city. It offers the possibility of "take away" at a lower price than consuming the food at their tables.

Healthy and tasty food and I can stand up enjoying my food or filter coffee only 99p as there is high tables with a high stool.

It's a Pret - what more can you say! Although this one does have a nice outdoor sitting area which they don't all have .. so on a nice day!

Surprisingly we found a table at 1.30… if you want a snack lunch, this place does it very well.
