Pret A Manger in Cambridge

Busy city restaurant, but not enough seats downstairs. Plenty of choices available but a little on the expensive side. Not the best Pret A Manger I’ve visited.

Visited here for a morning coffee and pastry before getting a train. This is one of those places where I could easily just sit all day watching the world go by. Nice comfortable restaurant/seating area with quick and polite service. Coffee as you would expect and lovely chocolate croissant to boot whilst sitting by the window watching the world go by. Perfect.

¡La mejor pastelería danesa que he probado! Qué buena crem pat y una corteza crujiente y mantecosa encantadora. Lo único que defraudó esta rápida parada para almorzar es la ensaladera de salmón, hay un aderezo muy amargo que junto con los otros ingredientes en escabeche era demasiado, preferiría un sabor más equilibrado. Pret de buen nivel general!

Pret es una opción clásica para cafés y almuerzos. Un montón de opciones vegetarianas, envolturas muy bien preparadas y café caliente para llevar. Recientemente visité este Pret by Cambridge Train Station y obtuve una bebida caliente con un sándwich de huevo y berros. ¡Estuvo bien!

My daughter and I come to Cambridge for regular shopping trips and love coming to this branch of Pret. Last Saturday we came after arriving and before leaving - fab food, drinks and service both times. Always brightens up our trip. Thank you too for our almonds and nuts, on the house, I was just reading that this is part of your official policy - such a nice idea and it certainly made our day, thank you Pret!

I went into Pret to get Toffee Latte, I was told that type of order isn’t available however, Mários a guy who worked went that extra mile to to make me a similar coffee which tasted amazing btw. Thankyou Mários.

...so you know what to expect. Sandwiches, coffee and few surprises (unless you’re allergic to sesame seeds)

This is a great example of a Pret, in the new square facing the main Cambridge Train station. There is a limited number of free parking spaces nearby on Great Northern Road during off peak times (after 5pm and before 9am). There is rarely a long queue here, it is well stocked and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have non diary milk here also for your drinks - soya is free and coconut-rice milk is 40p extra but you do get a discount for using your own cup.

A perfect afternoon snack ! , I order a super fruit salad , mango juice , and a delicious salad 🥗 . A perfect light bite to start of the evening .

Good food, nice staff, liked the music. The staff clearly care about their work and the food. Good range of vegetarian and vegan items. The range gradually changes over time. My current favourite is the posh chedar and pickle baguette.

I often come here for lunch and the range of delicious sandwiches are just awesome and coffee is really good

Stopped for a quick breakfast before going sight-seeing. There was so much to choose from (sandwiches, cookies, hot meals, etc) and the staff was very friendly and efficient.

Vado spesso nei Pret quando sono all’estero. Insalate e panini molto sani ed equilibrati. Niente junk food Tutto buonissimo e a prezzi accessibili!

All prêt sandwich shops have a fine minimum standard. Some though have insufficient serving staff at busy times. This one is an exception- whatever time of day I have called in, any queueing necessary is pretty minimal. Another advantage- there is free short term parking (20 minutes maximum) right opposite.

I think that Pret are one of the better chains and this place is up to scratch. Nice sandwiches, pleasant service and a cup of filter coffee for under a pound. It's handy for the station and a good choice if you are waiting for...

Nothing unusual to observe here - this chain seems consistently good and wholesome. They must treat and train their staff well, as they are universally polite and cheerful.

I have visited Pret a manger for coffee and delicious shortbread cookie, Whilst quality of coffee was great, id like to mention Sergio and Antonio who striked up enjoyable conversation with me. Those moments make the whole difference with overall experience. Keep it up guys!

Relatively new restaurant opened up opposite Cambridge Station. Reasonably clean throughout, modern and with plenty of seating inside and outside. Highly recommend the hoisin duck wrap, good value and doesn’t appear to scrimp on the meat. Quick service at the till, barely in there two...

Famous pret a manger franchise, good if you are on a hurry, you can have a fast food with a standard quality near the trainstation.

We didn't want a big breakfast in the hotel we were staying but we were able to go to Pret a manager and have coffee and croissants and fruit which was all we wanted
