Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

Kelly and Zaha provided exceptional service during my visit to Pret A Manger, making the experience truly enjoyable. Their warm and friendly demeanor, combined with their efficiency and attention to detail, made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Despite the busy atmosphere, they handled everything with professionalism and a smile, ensuring that each guest received top-notch service. Their positive energy and dedication to creating a welcoming environment did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate their hard work. Good food and kids friendly environment.

Ordered a ham sandwich (toast) and English black tea which cost 8.55 pounds. Food was served quickly and there were plenty of seats available. Power points are also readily available for use.

Kudos to the management at Verde Bressenden Place (Shop #411) in London Sw1E 5DU: Take drinks with honey… your management’s trained up your staff so well that they consistently get the orders right, plus when there’s an inevitable shortage of honey, one of the team members steps to offer an overlooked stock of honey😃😃

By far one of the best outlets at a very convenient location. The food & drinks are great and the service fast and efficient. The ambience is ok but unfortunately the toilets were dirty and one of the toilets was blocked. Also, a few tables were uncomfortable to sit on as the AC temperature was too low and cold air was very annoying. Do they know there’s a thing called thermostat.

Another place that needs to be in NE Florida.

For a trip to London it is essential to come and eat in a "pret à manger" you will find everything you need from sandwiches to drinks to fruits to wraps to salads to yogurts Relaxing place and welcoming staff

Honestly one of the nicest pret's I've ever been to. Perfect atmosphere to get some work done. Very relaxing, great food and great staff. Plus it opens early and closes late and is open on Saturdays. 10/10 from me.

Vegan food options TERRIBLE during veganuary so didn’t personally eat. Not sure why this chain is choosing to exclude such a fast growing market…?

Hot drinks not very good and croissant either.

One of the manager is very rude and insulting the customer and one we ask him u don’t need to be a rude and he answered u are the worst costumer and all the team know one intefering answer because he is the manager.

Friendly and quick service from staff. But shocked by the lack of vegan food options, especially since Pret Veggie across the road was shut down. Nothing on the breakfast menu and i think a single pastry option (very berry).

Not excessive prices but not very tasty hot drinks

That store MUST start to operate till 10-11pm every day! It’s pointless to close SO early! Even on Sundays is closed!!!

Just walk across the street and grab a quick bite to eat before the Hamilton show. It was my first time eating at Pre-A Manger. The soup is surprisingly good. And the Italian chicken wrap is pretty good too. Great choice for a workday dinner before the show.

A large Pret store with fast and friendly service.

Good place to work from. Charging ports on table and lots of space. If you get the coffee subscription too it is so worth it for having a place to work from for the day and being able to get your 5 drinks. Can be busy at times but never had issues with seating.

5 drinks a day for £25 every month. Very good value.

These are all over London, and the food is fresh, and at a reasonable price . Mostly sandwiches, sometimes soup or warmed veggies.....

No words can describe this restaurant from the moment i discovered it in New York and I always look for it whenever I travel world wide. In London you can find it at each corner as it is widely available .. taking into Considerations there consistency to keep the same level of food quality and staff professionalism

Good for a quick bite at lunchtime. Not too crowded when we were there but got busier later. Staff were friendly.

No berry blast and no butter with my bread and soup...

Love the coffee here but I got a egg and bacon breakfast baguette and this is what I got no bacon apart from this tiny little streak to make it look like there's bacon in it Ou of order.

We came in to this Pret for lunch and my wife who walks with a walking stick asked a member of staff for the key to the disabled toilet. The member of staff felt that my wife was not disabled enough to use that toilet and directed her to the regular toilets which my wife could not use so she came back and spoke to the manager who opened the toilet for her. My wife complained to Pret who acknowledged that this should not have happened and they offered her an apology.

I recently came to this Pret whilst having a bad morning on 23rd July. A lady with short hair and glasses behind the counter (I didnt get her name unfortunately!) was SO kind to me! The food was also very good quality! Such a great service!

C'est LE restaurant qu'il faut. Peu importe la taille de votre estomac, prêt à manger saura le satisfaire. La wifi est fournie, le prix est vraiment bas, parfait !

Good coffee, snacks and thankfully some great healthy options. Great working space, and enough room to plug in and focus (maybe too noisy for conference calls)

Went in for a cup of tea/coffee while waiting for our slot to visit Buckingham palace. Service was very good as always in Pret chains.

Can’t taste the coffee, Australian Cafes make better coffee😅
