Its location is excellent and the service is outstanding

Prices are on the high side, but they have a terrific selection for those with food allergies

I've been a regular for over 6 years and it seems there is a big vibe change within the staff. The staff seem upset and not so productive. I saw a blonde woman shouting at a barista, maybe she is the manager as she wasn't wearing any uniform, she needs to slow down her attitude.

I travel into Leeds centre almost daily for my lunch at the Pret store on Infirmary Street. The consistent good quality of the food at Pret is primarily why I bother to travel into Leeds but the staff and the manager at the Infirmary Street branch are lovely.

Very rude lady goes by the name JOVITA serving on the till. Calls me forward to serve me then screams at me saying she’s not serving me? What’s the point in calling me forward in the first place Made me feel very upset and humiliated, especially in front of my baby, not a nice experience at all I hope this is a one off as the staff are usually very friendly there

My little boy wanted a hot chocolate and marshmallows but they don't do marshmallows which was okay but the assistant gave him a gingerbread man which I thought was sooo lovely! Then my son spilt his hot chocolate and the same assistant was amazing in cleaning it up and gave him another one for free. Such a lovely person as she didn't have to do that!

As always with Pratt, there were plenty of comfy seats and the coffee was good. Pastries are always way to sweet. I had the almon croissant but the almond paste was not pleasant. Much prefer Pret over other coffee chains as they are not pretentious.

Always a great idea. To serve freshly made food and good organic coffee, while also trying to do the right thing. Since setting up The Pret Coffee Fund in 2014, they’ve been building long term relationships with their farmers and sharing sustainable farming practices. Together with the Cenfrocafe Cooperative in Peru, they have designed a course to educate, inspire and support the next generation of coffee farmers, helping them to build a sustainable business through coffee farming.

Been coming here for a few weeks now, and the staff are so welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. They have a nice rapport with regular customers too. The store is kept very clean and tidy and it’s a nice place to catch up with work, relax and have breakfast/lunch. Club Pret is well worth doing if you find yourself at Pret a few times a week. I would highly recommend this branch as it is in the quieter part of Leeds City Centre.

Loved the ambience. The place is spacious and beautiful. Good service too. And affordable.

I live in liverpool and travel to go work at Leeds everyday. My last time visit I order drink and sandwich and muffin. But I got only my drink and sandwiches so I ask her I want muffin she complain me that I to slow order. So after I paid I go back at counter again and buy many many of muffin cookies and many thing Ollie is the one that give me nice service he a young boy with nice smile and be patient with old slow lady as me I want to thank you him by write this review for him. I been customer for this branch for year but I got bad day and good day at same time. I am sad I get bad reaction from your staff but I forgive them but I get good service from Ollie so it made my day Thank you Ollie I hope I write his name right. Tailored to the nearby office workers so closes weekends. Standard range of Pret food and coffee but unlike the one in the station they do the Iced drinks range here!

Came here everyday for nearly three weeks recently when I had to travel to Leeds daily. Lovely staff, great food and drinks, best Pret in Leeds.

Really disappointed that on a morning they put out meat options and nothing for a gluten free vegetarian, I just have a choice of eggs and porridge, in other prets I could have eggs and beans and avocado on gluten free bread. Also they don't put out the granola, berry and banana pot. Very restricted choice. Gets worse no eggs now.

Great location, really nice and comfortable interiors and lovely staff, particularly the blonde lady from Lithuania 🤗. Pret a Manger sandwiches are great quality like always and good value for what they offer

Nice fresh sandwiches, cakes and drinks available.

Nice and quiet because it was half term and Jubilee week. No suits in sight today (except mine). Don’t sit in the window when the sun’s out because you’ll fry. The toilet door which needs a code is a decoy. Access the toilets from near the till. Favourite wrap is the falafel one. Cranberries covered in yoghurt are pretty good too.

Good coffee tasty sandwiches,two toilets staff seemed surprised when people asked for the code for the most obvious toilet and redirected them to one in a dark area by the counter which was not locked, they need to take the sign off the one they don't want customers to use

Understaffed and huge queues nice location and the restaurant is clean it's probably an above average pret

Lovely comestibles in this place, particularly the warm breakfast croissants (either meaty or veggie). Coffee excellent, staff always polite, helpful and well turned out. Ideal for anything between a less formal job interview to a mother’s meeting

Nicely laid out and attractive Pret with willing staff and an upbeat atmosphere, five minutes from the train station and just outside the main run of shops.The soup can be a lottery - sometimes it's hot and filling, sometimes you get a container that was introduced to the meat or veg without actually forming a relationship. Not open at weekends.

Ordered a berry blast smoothie for my lunch and was stood waiting for 15 minutes while they handed out 3 other berry blast smoothies to people who ordered way after me, drink collection is a free for all with no organisation. Ended up walking out without receiving a drink after 15 minutes of waiting as I had already wasted half of my break.

Always good food and coffee. Staff in this branch especially helpful and pleasant. Plenty of seating.

Given up going pre 9 am now, queues out the door, whilst waiting for your coffee, they don't take names, people arriving after you wait infront & unwittingly take the order meant for you, given up twice now & left without my order.

Certainly one of the more chatty prets I have been in but having those little conversations with the staff about your day and such really add to the service, as usual the drinks were lovely and they are happy to make things stronger should you so wish. Quickly becoming one of my favourite branches they have in Leeds city centre!

Very friendly service. Mocha frappiccino is gorgeous. Lots of variety for a bite to eat in an idea location.

Using the pret subscription via app and getting amazing value for money

Only been going there 3 weeks cos now working in that area, but staff always polite, although queues, always fast to serve customers

Try their coffee subscription! It's amazingly well stocked with many vegan options , has a Sufficient seating capacity both indoors and outdoors . I particularly like it's location which away from the city centre and yet at a stones throw distance !!

Good quality filter coffee and friendly staff. Clean and tidy, although the heating could do with going up slightly.

Only went for a coffee. Americano was standard, only complaint you need your receipt to access toilet and washroom. There goes paperless!!

No better than Greggs and way overpriced, plus the amount they add on for eating in is extortionate.

It wasn't the best Pret I went to but the food is still good.

I regularly stay at the Dakota Deluxe for work and pop in to this Pret branch occasionally for my morning coffee and breakfast. On the occasions I've come I have been served by Karolina, and must say, great customer service. Well done and keep it up!

Excellent staff lovely atmosphere

Sanctuary after a day's work! The staff are truly excellent...I always feel made very welcome. It's now a regular feature of my day whilst waiting for my train. Rather nicer than sitting on a draughty station platform.

Great place to grab a cheap coffee if you bring your own flask. Food is overpriced. Staff are friendly, efficient and always smiling.

Nice quick stop for sandwiches and drinks, some wraps and cakes and cookies. Reasonable prices and right beside bust stops so hand when waiting for your business.

My first time visiting this place and I have to give this a 5* straight away.. I had a mocha, a wrap, a pudding and a packet of crisps. The wrap was nice and fresh. The chocolate moose pudding was to die for but what surprised me the most was the coffee which managed to keep its heat throughout the duration of my visit, which there is not many places your coffee stays hot over a 20min period. The staff were nice and pleasant the place was clean and tidy and all that cost me was £10. I would pay that all day for service like that. What an gem

Again it's predictable, the range is pretty identical wherever you go in the UK. The price is not the cheapest but food quality is good and the staff always pleasant.

Staff are really warm and friendly. Their cinnamon roll pastry is my new favourite thin from their (and I didnt even think I was a fan of cinnamon!!) always seems clean and well maintained and 8 notice the staff seemed to know the regulars omn the morning what they wanted.

Chicken and Avocado sandwich, beautiful. Coffee is nice too. Staff are friendly and it's a bit quieter than the one in the shopping area, so you can get a seat. Shame it's so pricey.

Quick, efficient and tasty. But they only seem to serve take-away cups, which seems bloody unsustainable for a company who promises to be socially responsible.

Great coffee. But as a person we it a dairy allergy... That's all I get. They used to have cakes and pretzels and stuff. But now it's just fruit and coconut yoghurt (who can eat that stuff). The last three times I had a sandwich there (obviously I am not a fool, so. There were years in between) I was ill. So even though they are on the allergies list as safe, the warning on the bottom, that they cannot guarantee fully... It's a good job they have that. Still... It us the best soya latte you can get in Leeds!!!! 💓

I don't really like this chain but they seem to be everywhere so hard to avoid. I'd prefer a local sandwich shop but can't fault the quality of the food although quite expensive.
