I've ordered from here three times now and cannot fault the food. Absolutely delicious. Best Thai takeaway I've had in Bristol. Like many others, I thought this was a standard takeaway but it's all cooked in a residential house and you collect at your agreed time slot. It works well. Food is fresh, and always piping hot. Definitely always try something different from their menu. I went for the papaya salad recently and it was very good. Reasonably priced and good portion sizes. We'll be back again!

The only Thai takeaway I will ever go to from now on. Ordered for the first time tonight and initially we were so impressed by the lovely service and how amazing the food smelled. Once we started eating we soon realised that the food tasted as good as it smelled. Real, authentic Thai food that is incomparable to any other Thai takeaway we have ever had. The Tom Yum soup was potentially the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. Could not recommend more - incredible standard of food and service. It almost seems wrong to call it a takeaway considering the food is upmarket restaurant standard. Can’t wait for next time!

I actually thought this was a takeaway counter, but it's a residential house - you have to order by phone or online and then do a bank transfer and then pick up from the house, not a problem but couldn't really see a menu. Anyway ordered pad Thai and prawn green curry, 5* for freshness and well cooked, but probably 3* for flavour as both could have been a bit spicier, the green curry was very coconut milky. Would try again if they had a restaurant.

Ordered online and must say the food was first class. I was refereeing in the area and as Chepstow where I live doesn’t have a Thai I ordered here. Will be ordering my Saturday night take away from here when in the area. Very authentic and fresh quality ingredients used. Top class!

We had a banquet cooked at our home for 10. Incredible food . Menu chosen by the chef and everything was delicious. All fresh and hot. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely use them for another party x

This is by far the best authentic Thai food in Bristol. Everything is cooked and spiced/seasoned exactly how it should be and how it would get served in Thailand. None of westernised versions here. It’s excellent and I can wholeheartedly recommend it!

To say this is a mere takeaway does Preo’s a huge disservice. This is gourmet food at its finest! Each dish prepared and cooked from scratch. Ingredients and flavours are superb! Can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back very soon!

Amazing Thai food! Didn't know this was just round the corner from us, all these years! The food was lovely and perfect temperature when serving at home. Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I had tempura prawns and spring rolls for starters which were lovely, not greasy like you get in takeaway shops. I had thai green curry with jasmine rice which was just gorgeous and the chicken was tender and just perfect! My partner had a beef stir fry with oyster sauce as he don't like too much spice and he loved it! We will be definitely returning and trying some more dishes. Compliments to the chef! Just to add I have IBS and currently on low fodmap diet and so have to exclude garlic and onions and go for gluten free. The green Thai curry didn't play my stomach up and Adam said all dishes can be cooked to how I want it. Thank you Adam & Preo for a healthy fantastic meal 😋 I just wish I found you sooner

Easy, delicious, authentic…. This is super easy to order, online ordering system and paying, just rock up at the time you’ve designated and your food is ready. All dishes were delicious, for us the basil chilli beef was the standout, good amount of heat (hotter the better). The green curry was another hit, chicken was still moist, and accompanying vegetables were perfect! Super authentic to what I’ve had in Thailand. These guys should open a shop in downtown Bristol, you’d be lining up for a while though!

What a little gem, I almost want to keep it to myself but that wouldn’t be very fair! Home cooked genuine Thai food which is cooked fresh to order. Absolutely delicious flavours and none of the grease or heavy oil often found in standard take always. Very glad we found this place as we will be regular customers, there is also a loyalty card system which is a nice touch.

Best takeaway experience - without feeling like a takeaway in view of good portions of chunky veg without lots of oil Good amount of chicken too in the dishes so very good value for money and all presented with a lot of care as you would expect from a small and dedicated family team! Well done!!

Tried for the first time on Valentine’s Day and the food was first class. Absolutely wonderful taste and can highly recommend. I’ve tried a couple of thai restaurants in Bristol and this is by far the best Thai I have tried. So much that I have just placed a order for Saturday. If you want a good Thai meal this is definitely the place to order from. Very friendly people and great service. One extremely happy customer. We had starters of Thung Thong ( golden money bags), chicken satay and they very kindly gave us a couple of tempura prawns to sample. Mains were Gai Pad Mid Ma Muang ( chicken with cashew nuts) and Thai Massaman curry. All delicious

Spring rolls non greasy, satay chicken so tasty. Absolutely stuffed but the bank balance isn’t. Spot on food ❤️

Ordered last night and honestly think it's the best thai takeout I've ever had. The starters and mains were all amazing and the ordering process was so relaxed and stress free. The prices and portions are so much better than what you get ordering through big companies as well. Definitely a return customer 👍😀

My mum introduced me to Preo’s Thai Kitchen and I’ve just ordered for the second time! Absolutely delicious. Portion sizes very generous. Can’t wait to order again! Highly, highly recommend. I personally had the Red Thai Curry with prawns and sticky rice 11/10 from me! Very easy to find as well, just look out for house number 12 with the sign on the right side of it. :))))

Absolutely delicious food- but I must start at the beginning, my initial interactions with Preo and Adam, they are both so warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, (you are able to have an input to your dish, it’s also made fresh for you and this level of service does not exist in any restaurants/ takeaway service that I have ever encountered) and their loyalty card is EXTRA! I ordered 3 main dishes, the ingredients are super fresh, top notch; king prawns, gloriously cooked to perfection, colourful firm veg, delicious fresh flavours and vibrant sauces and don’t get me started on Preo’s chicken satay and sauce (the best eva 👏) AND I love that they included two wee salad packs that I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated. #dreamteamthaipreoskitchen👏👏 Thanks both.

Not local to me, but I thought I'd give it a go for my son's birthday. Was not disappointed. We got a wide selection of dishes as we've been to Thailand many, many times and wanted to try a bit of everything to compare. I have to say we were not disappointed. Thank you guys 😊

We've been wanting to try for a while as it is so close to our house, and so glad we did!! Friendly, easy service and the most delicious Thai food we have had! to sum up the experience in a sentence: Absolutely Delicious, hot, well presented, good sized portions, friendly face at collection point. longer version: collection was arranged, food was ready on time. smiling gentleman handed me the food. packed in plastic tubs, but also tubs were wrapped in cling film, NO chance of spillage on journey home. all put into paper bag, so easy to carry to car. food felt piping hot. i ordered 2 main and 2 side dishes, to be consumed by myself over number days (food lasted me FOUR main meals, so i would say portions were generous) on unpacking 1st meal, food was still piping hot (i only live few mins from collection point), smelt delicious, looked amazing (I've never seen such CLEAN looking rice, usually there's always a few bits). :) Taste was out of this world. Home cooking at its Very BEST! remainder put into fridge once cooled, reheated in microwave over next few days. food still tasted as good. In this economic age (gas and electric prices sky-rocketing) you've GOTTA give this a try, look at monies you'll save in cooking (NOT to mention HASSLE preparing). Added bonus, I was also given a loyalty card. Buy 10 meals, get 11th free :):) I'll certainly be using Preo's Thai Kitchen again. :) I'd happily give this MORE stars if possible.

We just had a delivery from Preo's having already heard good things about them. The food was so authentic and flavoursome, portion sizes were generous and the delivery was prompt and courteous. It's the sort of place you want to keep a secret for selfish reasons but then realise it's too good not to share. Definitely the best food we have had in Bristol for a long time.

Excellent. It's quite a few years since we've been to Thailand but the food was as we remember it. Ready on time & good value.

Was absolutely delicious food! Ordered for Friday evening at short notice, very smiley person at the door, who made the whole process even better. I was a little confused when trying to find it as it is in what appears to be a otherwise domestic property, but has a big sign that is on the fence to the right of the front door. Food was very good, and tasted very similar to a Thai restaurant I use to go to years ago, run by 3 Thai women in Littlehampton, which also had rave reviews when I use to eat there. Would definitely go back, the process for ordering in slots is not something I was use to but thoroughly recommend the whole process. If, like us, you are lucky to be able to get the slot at short notice then be happy, if not, it's because the food is excellent and is likely to completely blow up in short time.

Omg the food was amazing, definitely recommend, had the chicken penang it was creamy delicious and was still lovely and hot when we got it home after collecting, the massaman curry my partner had was fantastic, I had to try it, portions are generous. I can see why everyone gives preos kitchen 5 stars, I would say 5 star plus.

Food is absolutely delicious. The only thing is that jasmine /sticky rice portions are small and green curry (Geng Keow Wan) did not have baby corn in it even though it said on the menu.

I had a last minute craving for tofu red Thai curry and they kindly fit my order in between a busy schedule. It was exactly what I needed! Fresh, hot and delicious. I'll be ordering again.

I've tried a few thai places around Bristol. I had a chicken pad thai and I dare say it has topped ll the rest. Not too oily and really tasty. My only regret is not getting a second as I was really hungry (not to say the portion was small but would of been ideal if there was a larger option )

The food is so tasty and as it's all fresh and home cooked, you're not left with a greasy, heavy feeling afterwards like you get with some takeaways. Everyone must try the Thai food here. I tried this today and I love all the food that I have ordered. The food is really fantastic, delicious and extraordinary high standard. I thought I was in Thailand super five stars hotel restaurant when I was having my lunch. All the family members are really enjoy the Thai food here and should highly recommend all the people must try this. Also, the service here is very helpful, friendly and excellent. Just finished our massaman curry and green Thai curry and laab moo. By far the most authentic Thai food I have eaten in Bristol and probably in the UK. Amazing flavours and so nice to finally eat a Thai meal I didn't need a shot of insulin afterwards (not even diabetic). Definitely our go to Thai expert from now on...possibly tomorrow.
