Lovely little spot steeped in music history with delicious food and drinks all reasonably priced and great customer service… loved it!

Stumbled upon this cozy restaurant. Big menu with a big list of a bunch of yummy things. The service and staff were amazing and extremely knowledgeable about allergies as we also had a celiac in our group. The sourdough was gorgeous and the ambience such a vibe! Also try the grapefruit juice!

A hidden gem...! We visited Colombia Rd market and needed a place out of the rain.. ...stumbled on this small cafe / restaurant and had a great experience. The staff made us instantly feel welcome despite it being very busy. We had an excellent breakfast (menamem with sausage and then a veggie breakfast). More toast was offered for free and there was just a 100% good vibe. ...bonus points for it serving alcohol early in the morning for those that want to be indulgent. It's a bit more expensive than an average cafe but the quality of the ingredients is obvious from the moment a big plate of food gets put I front of you.. ...I eat breakfast out all the time, and this is a cafe that is completely 👌

Small but very warm atmosphere, the service fee is truly ‘optional’ since it’s self added when the bill is paid. This is also my first time to try the Turkish dish - Menemen and the taste was amazing.

Met a friend here, we are from out of town, picked here based on reviews and not disappointed, food was excellent, my lamb kofte was so juicy and the sauce was perfect. Wifey's vegan mezze was big enough for 2 and selection was great, the fellafal proper delicious. Our friend who is from town now has Premises on her visit list. Cheers

We love this place what can I say. Started coming here about 18 months ago. True local caf spot, except here you’ll find delicious homemade dishes, exciting specials and an added extra flair. Service is attentive yet relaxed. We usually go for one of the huge salads. Super busy on the weekend!

What a lovely find! A short walk away from the hustle of Columbia Flower market, you can find yourself a cosy spot inside (or out should the weather permit) this cafe serving up banging brekkies from full English to Turkish style. Get your 5 a day with the fresh smoothies whilst surrounded with autographs from a range of artists because the back has a recording studio! The cafe's handwritten receipts give that retained old cafe feel. People are rotating in and out so it's a great spot to people watch (or food watch) where lunch menu is also available.

My heart misses this place. That it has truly delicious food that transfers you back home, an atmosphere and vibe that you feel you are in another century where having a coffee with an artist sitting next to you was normal and the prices are very very reasonable, are facts. But for me was its people; Ali and his family -work or not- created a safe and welcoming space for me to go every morning have my coffee, read my book and have a chat. Their centre of operation was their customers and the service was heartwarming! They really made my last months in London feel like I was at home and that last comp breakfast and motherly hug will stay with me forever. Thank you thank you thank you! I visited here on Sunday, 28th July for brunch with my husband. The food was nice, and the two young servers were very attentive. The reason I have to give this restaurant 1 star is because of the hostess. The restaurant was full at the time, and we were enjoying our meal. The hostess began to ask everyone except for us, "How are you?" and "How is the food?" I think it could happen because we are Asian and not very good at speaking English. The hostess might have thought, "Let them be, not bother them." But the worst part was that she offered everyone except for us cold tap water. I couldn't believe it... because we are Asian, did we not deserve a cup of water on such a hot day? Of course, it is a very small thing. Yes, small but obvious racism. I do not recommend this restaurant to Asians.

Beware when ordering build-your-own breakfast. On multiple occassions we have been overcharged for this. The first time we assumed it was an honest mistake but we were then charged almost double (!) a second time. We were swiftly refunded when we pointed it out but I suspect this may happen regularly and go unnoticed...

We had the burrito and the fajitas for lunch. Best burrito I’ve ever tasted and fajitas were excellent. Portions are HUGE. Enough leftovers to takeaway for dinner. Staff are delightful too.

Best full English breakfast I’ve had in London! Glorious, plump sausages, expertly fried egg, reassuringly thick and charred bacon. All in a wonderful, chic, peaceful location. Pictures of rock stars adorn the walls, fitting for the recording studio attached to the back of the cafe. Lovely welcoming staff. Just do it 🍳

Thank you for all these good meals. We visited London and very quickly found our canteen! Every morning we went to eat at Premises. The coffee is waiting at a recording studio which gives a special atmosphere! They have a very complete breakfast menu (English breakfast and pancakes) The staff are lovely and the owner even showed us around the studio next door. We highly recommend!!!

This place is a keystone to any traveler or otherwise. The staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming. More importantly, the food is a delicious cornerstone for any adventurer beginning their journey through London-town or, perhaps, even pause for a rejuvenating lunch. Regardless, no regrets. I frequented the cozy establishment four times in a row, excluding mu afternoon espresso and carrot cake. Recommendations: freshly squeezed orange juice with a splash of ginger coupled with their salivating menemen.

Wow what a find super busy but the lady was so friendly she sat us straight away we ordered 3 create your own breakfast these were the best breakfast I had in years not greasy perfectly cooked drink amazing especially the apple juice great atmosphere staff friendly we will be going again when we go the to the flower market Thankyou so much the perfect place on a rainy day ❤️

We booked 15 children and 10 adults for my son’s birthday and they were very efficient and accommodating - food was ready at the time agreed and the staff welcomed us warmly. Really good atmosphere too.

Your place for a quality English breakfast. The quality of flavor is palpable in each bite. They use great ingredients and they know how to cook it! The place also has a fine collection of signed artists photos hanging on the wall, who came to work the studio next door. The setting is warm and stylishly homey. And the owner is an incredibly sweet Turkish woman who takes care of her clientele.

Highly recommend this cozy and amazing place in Shoreditch for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. The food is delicious and the venue has such a cool vibe with all the pictures of famous singers who have visited the cafe and the studio. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Nural and her team were extremely friendly and nice. Premises Cafe & Bistro is the best place to come for a coffee/ breakfast/ brunch/ lunch or even, dinner in all London. The music, the coffee, the music studio, the warm staff which is all a family. All these factors combined give you the most wholesome and pleasurable experience. I am someone who really appreciates good background music and great people and here I met one of the best guys in all London, his name is Ozan and if you’re ever interested in visiting this amazing place I’ll hope you’ll be lucky enough to be served by him. In a world where your local coffee shop is now owned by a private equity company, and style has been mass-manufactured into bland conformity, The Premises stands out as a bastion of culture, community, and good food. Attached to a storied recording studio of the same name, the walls are plastered with signed photos of musical legends, all thanking The Premises for their hospitality. Speaking of the food, it is excellent. I recommend their specialty spicy sausage menemen or an omelette for breakfast and for lunch, my favorite, the chicken burrito! You really can’t go wrong and the coffee is lovely as well. The true magic at The Premises Cafe are the people. A family-run business that treats you like family. As a recent transplant to the area I’m grateful to them for creating a sense of home away from home. That is the power of community. While the surrounding neighborhood is quickly gentrifying, you can trust The Premises to be a timeless institution that’ll never change, nor should it.

This is a lovely little place. Just had a homemade beef burger with cheese and chips. Really good burger, well seasoned, juicy, and BIG. Nice bit of salad on the burger. Nice chips too. I’d have had a beer, but I’d never have made it through the afternoon at work.

The Premises is a stand-out restaurant for breakfast. I’ve been coming here for years, never disappointed! Tends not to get the attention of a nearby breakfast cafe, but the food and ambience are actually much better. Strongly recommend a visit.

Worth a visit after going to the flower market. Can get quite busy but they’ll let you wait for a table. Very highly quality and cheap food.

We were overcharged £50. They don't give you an itemised bill. We'd been charged for double gins - we had singles. Bill should've come to £132 and we were charged £182. And what was worse was that we were paying cash and were putting money on the table and working out how much we each owed and the waiter picked up the money and walked away. Awful, rude and they've lost repeat customers. We've been going in there years but never again. Utterly disgusted.

스무디랑 밀크쉐이크는 그냥 과일 쥬스랑 초코우윤줄.. 다 녹아있었습니다. 팬케이크는 나름 나쁘지 않았지만 그냥 평범한 수준. 무엇보다 서비스가 진짜.. 잠시 화장실 간 사이에 테이블에 남아있던 아내와 아버지를 밖에 있으라고 내쫓았더라고요. 밖이 춥고 비가 와 두 살 난 아이를 데리고 나가기 전에 유모차 위에서 옷을 다시 입히고 있었는데 유모차를 가지고 나가서 입히라고..; 전반적인 서비스에서 아주 불만족스러웠습니다.

We had such a great overall experience in this small lovely bistro on our trip to London that we even came back the next day which is highly unusual for us as we usually like to try different places. We had breakfast; 4 people, different dishes and everything was superb. And service was personal, warm, professional and friendly. Loved the music themed decor and relaxed vibe!

Had the Halloumi and Avocado salad with fresh pide bread. Have to say one of the best salads I've had in ages! Highly recommend.
