9 times out of 10 great food. Sometimes pizza doesn’t seem like it’s been cooked for long enough. Sides are always hot and fresh. Usually collect as it is much quicker than delivery.

I really like pizza and I cant say I've had a better pizza than at Premier. The attention to detail and dough is like no other I have tried. The dough is really important and these guys do it just right. I live locally and order regularly and I am privileged that I have such a great option for pizza so close to where I live. Tonight I had chicken strippers and chips with a garlic mayo and hot chilli sauce which was spot on. Cheers guy's great food, I will definitely be enjoying that again!

Ordered 2 x family feasts, told be an hour , after an hour n half we ring asking where order is, to be told it on way , , 30 mins later we ring they say it's on it's way, 😆 🤣 😂 😹 we then leave the pub as taxi is waiting to then be ABUSED BY THE DELIVERY GIRL , JUST don't bother waste 😀 of space

Ordered a pizza this evening at 6:55 got an email reply to say that it would be 30-40 mins. Called to check they had our order and was advised by the lady who answered the phone that our order would be 80 mins- okay no worries. No order received at 1.5hr mark- called and were told it would be another half an hour. Woman was not even particularly apologetic - I mean come on at least offer a discount! It took another 45 mins. So so in total 2hr 15 mins. Just not acceptable I’m afraid and over to dominoes for us. Never again - such as shame because the pizza is good. Just not worth the wait and the lack of communication.

So after years of using Premier Pizza I can say this was the last time I will call them. The girl on the phone was incredibly rude, put the phone down twice and lied about the whereabouts of food. The owner is on holiday so says it all. Dominos has just gained another customer. If you want pizza, don’t sue this place the service is awful

I can honestly say this is the only time I've written a review but it needs to be known that this is 1 of the best pizza's ever,they put the magic ingredient in it,love,I can't remember the name but it's spinach,pesto pinenuts cheese and iadded red onion and cherry tomatoes, super wow!thanks for such an amazing pizza! They were quick delivering,about 30minz,maybe in the past previous reviews that were negative could have been not as good an experience as mine but I had 8 slices on my pizza for only£14.80 which I think all round is a positive service all round sorry that not every 1 had a less than positive experience than me,some of the bad reviews I feel were way harsh but I totally enjoyed my hot pizza delivered in good time

Amazing food but the delivery times are shockingly bad. Live 5 minutes down the road and it took over 2 hours to arrive. Whoever your delivery driver is — sack them, because they are driving an otherwise good business into the ground.

Waiting for 2 hours for 2 pizzas when we were told 80 minutes. Staff are rude when you call and ask where your food is. Don’t bother

3 small pizzas - £30 Messaged, emailed and eventually delivered over 2 hours later. Arrived cold and burnt. Used to be great shop but very poor now. Shame but never again.

Ordered a collection for 2 large pizzas and cookie doe got charged just over £30 and told to collect in 30 mins. When I arrived I was given someone else's order and then got my food approx 1hr later than expected but plenty of other customers served before me and quicker. I would not recommend to anyone and if could give no stars I would.

Well made pizzas, decent amount of cheese and filling, chips cooked well and coloured, cold drinks, all for a delivery which came quickly. Can't fault them, will order again

This place is actually vile, this is the first time I tried them and the pizza was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten. It took well over an hour to come and when we called they miraculously managed to summon the food…. I’ve never had to throw away food before and I’m so disappointed as I’m starving…. Try at your own risk

Giving it one star because The pizza is actually really lovely. It took 1 hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered. I rang after an hour of ordering, the "manager" said it would be coming out in 15 minutes, 30 minutes later it arrived. But it was missing the bottle of coke. (I also thought it was missing the dips, but they were inside the pizza box as pointed out by the girl on the phones.) I have now rang back 2 hours after the initial ordering to chase the bottle of coke, so I could have a drink with my meal... the pizza was now cold. When speaking to the girl on the phone I said this isn't particularly good service is it and that I would be writing a review, she said "don't blame me, I don't make the decisions! And then hung up on me. I have asked for a refund and the manager is supposedly calling me back to discuss the refund. I will update this post when I hear from him. Otherwise, avoid it and go to Domino's, you can get a 9.99 collection deal from them. I dont think Premier Pizza are at all Premier... 24 hours later, still no call from the manager... I suspect that's the delivery times today... Good luck anyone ordering...

Waited over 2 hours for food when rang up was offered a free garlic bread and then when it finally arrived no garlic bread terrible customer service

Good value pizza...and they dont put bacon on your vegetarian pizza either! (Unlike a well known PIzza brand)

Was my favourite pizza shop in the past, now it's gone down in quality and up in price. No longer worth the money.

Great food and always consistent. The pizza is some of the best I have had over the years, with a great selection of toppings available. Freshly prepared for you and always hot, not like some where you go to pick it up and its just warm. They have a small but tasty selection of sides available and over all a consistently great experience every time. Like your pizza then give them a try.

Complete honesty - I didn't eat any of this pizza, which was a plain old cheese and tomato for the kids. But when we got home the kids weren't hungry but the husband was, so he stole a slice and then exploded with joy. I am still cleaning bits of him off the kitchen. To be serious; he was pretty shocked by how good this simple pizza was, so on his behalf I am giving Premier Pizza a solid 5 stars. Side note - we ordered & collected in store, so can't comment on the delivery issues other folks have experienced.

Unfortunately after three bad experiences I'll not order as often and will try others. 45 minute delivery taking two hours. New website meaning loyalty points, £8, have gone. Now charging delivery £1 AFTER processing card payment!!! Update: Delivery time still awful but quality is back to where it was.

I'll start with the good bits. Pizza is lovely but..... several times now we have order a pizza and its taken nearly 2 hours to arrive, my partner collected one and when waiting witnessed the so called"chef", wipe his nose with the back of his hand and carry on cooking. We have spoken to the owner who is apologetic about the long delivery times but you'd expect a better service. 2 stars only because the pizza is actually nice, other wise it be a 0.

We pre-ordered almost 2 hours ahead and they pushed the estimated delivery time by 30 minutes without informing us and then delivered later than their own modified ETA... Food was great though, hot, good quality and pretty good value. Would recommend, just don't order if you're extra hungry!

We have used Premier Pizza since moving to the area as the first time we ordered the food was excellent. Each time since the food has been declining in quality and taking longer and longer to be delivered. Have had to chase the last 3 orders and today waited over 2 hours for delivery. Spent nearly £30 on food for the only decent thing to be the chips! Chicken nuggets, chilli cheese nuggets, mozzarella sticks and onion rings all stone cold, and had to pick the sausage off my pizza as it tasted tangy as if it had gone off. Severely disappointed.

Never had a bad pizza from here. Staff are friendly and professional. Pizzas are lush and much better value for money than the other pizza place in the link. Thanks again Premier 😁

i loved premier for so long, but my last 3 orders have been really disappointing the quality is off and all orders have taken longer than 2 hours to arrive, almost like they dropped all standards? just a bit gutted really

Delivery time was incredibly slow - 1 hour 20 minutes on a Monday. Pizza was very average, enjoyed much better elsewhere.

Very good fresh cooked dough and fresh toppings on a nice crispy base. Excellent garlic bread and wedges too. They have good deals too.

Best pizza and worcestershire and top class service on the phone and in house ! All in all brilliant !

Better than dominos in my opinion and more reasonably priced. Would recommend however be aware that their sizes are different to dominos, a medium size pizza is what they call a large!

The actual pizza was lovely last time we had it, but this time it’s been over an hour late and we’re still waiting. Rang up and they said it would be 5 minutes, it’s been 20. Very poor service.

Used these guys for a while now can sometimes take a while to arrive but worth the wait. I’d rather wait a little longer than other places and have quality food rather than rubbish! Couldn’t find vaults with the pizza or fries. Recommend with out a doubt.

I honestly eat here a couple time a week, as it is ABSOLUTELY delicious. Being from America, where we have a high obesity rate, but more importantly, amazing pizza, it's hard to find somewhere that compares. I have never found a place so far in this country that is as good as Premier Pizza. If I was a pizza, I would marry a Premier Pizza. How's about that?

Easily the best pizza in the area. Staff v friendly and courteous. Wouldn't even consider ordering a pizza from anywhere else.
