Premier Inn Malvern hotel in Malvern Hills

A very ‘tired’ room which could do with an update but for the price I paid I can’t complain. Ellie on reception was fantastic…she made me feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble….her attitude made the five stars.

We found the whole experience as excellent , the location, all the staff excellent very friendly and welcoming, very clean . A credit to all of the staff . I would like all this very much positive feedback to be recognised by the premier inn head office as a way of gratitude.

Didn’t stay here but called in for breakfast. 10/10 outstanding value for money. Beautiful breakfast.

Staff go above and beyond. Breakfast catered for coeliac and children very well.

No bar, only bottled beers from fridge. Staff are lovely and room is lovely.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Only slightly negative comment was that it all feels a little tired.

Rooms didn't have opening windows and had an overpowering smell of damp. Lots of broken fixtures (air con control, hairdryer, lamps) Very meh for the high price, borderline a bit gross.

All staff great thay need a pay rise

We stayed at the Malvern inn on our visit to the Morgan factory experience. A wonderful stay for a few days. Our disabled room was amazing and so we're the staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a small restaurant. Lovely surroundings although a trading estate,green and spacious and easy parking.

Large parking lot, own restaurant, bar, very friendly reception, standard room, everything clean and everything you need except the refrigerator. Very good

Exterior needs a bit of TLC otherwise very good 😊

Room was tiny, severe lack of usb ports for charging. The shower was full of black mould.

A nice hotel on the outskirts of Malvern. Very reasonably priced and with a Premier Inn you know what to expect. Service was excellent throughout our stay The team were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable

Pretty standard as premier inns go but the restaurant is dreadful! Asked for a lager shandy with my food and was given a glass of wine. The waitress insisted it was shandy! After a brief battle she changed it for me! Next day I waited at least thirty minutes for my food in a fairly empty restaurant. Not good at all!

We have been staying regularly at the Premier Inn at Malvern - whilst sorting out a house. All of the staff we have met have been most helpful and informative. Near Christmas they were very busy at breakfast time and made sure we still got all we needed for our breakfast in our room. We have taken advantage of the evening meal breakfast deal and have not been disappointed with the food we have ordered. It is a good place to have a rest after a stressful/ busy day.

Lord Cheffington (Dave) produced the best fish and chips I've tasted for some time. The most friendly, helpful staff EVER! Amazing value and service all round. I doubt a 5 * hotel could match this . Highly recommend. Rooms clean quiet comfortable and fabulous value. A great team team supportive vibe- so important.
