We've been using Premier for years, the pizza is great but the customer service is shocking. The attitude from the woman on the phone makes you not want to order, and when you collect its like they can't be bothered to be there. It's at the point now where we're just going to go somewhere else.

Poor service won't even answer the phone at 8.45 when it's open till 9 first time trying to order from here I thought I would give it a go. i will go back to domino's at least they answer

Ordered for collection. When home one of the pizzas I ordered was covered with burnt toppings, I rang to complain and was told this is normal for a pepperoni, ham and bacon pizza. Very disappointed!

Best pizza in Whittlesey. Price is always so reasonable, better than other chain pizza places. Won’t go anywhere else, might even class ourselves as your biggest fans 😉 😂

Usually good but tonight far from one pizza was not really cooked very doughy other pizza burnt on the bottom. If your going to compete with Dominos you have to do better

Normally, the pizzas are great, but today they were nowhere near up to standard today. The young lady who answered the phone didn't know the road I live on despite the fact that it's the main road through town, and that I order from them once a month or so. With a different delivery guy, I have to wonder if there's been a change of staff.

Ordered 15 pizzas to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday party.. A great price, delicious as always, still hot and on time. All on a Saturday night!! Thank you so much 😊

Good selection of pizzas at a very good price. Quick friendly service. We went close to closing time and they treated us no differently to any other time of the day.

Very good pizza place and it's Better than giving you money to Domino's.

Used to use this pizza place a lot a few years back but in recent times go downhill I last had a pizza from.here 7- 8 months ago. The reason for the review so late is because people seem to think I left domino's a rubbish review because I like this one... I don't I just want a decent pizza place!

Surprising - soft fresh dough, melty cheesy, fresh vegetables....nothing like the greasy rubbery normal takeaway pizza - I would recommend

Picked up takeaway pizza from here a couple months ago. Staff unattentive, pizza cheap, dryish, not particularly tasty. Won't be using again. Shame Whittlesey cookhouse is closed as they were superior.

RUDE telephone service. Did not advise of special early bird offer. Tried to cancel order to take advantage of the offers only to be told , too late money is being taken . Then she proceeded to put the phone down on me. I don’t know if we are to receive the order of over £30 when it ought to have cost much less. New to this area and I will not be using this take away again. Very dissatisfied

The pizza cutter boi can't handle the heat of the oven. The pizza is the best, just let down by a young teenager who can't cut pizza. Would recommend having sharp instruments at your house to cut the pizza correctly because the pizza cutting person can't do it. The staff and service are great. but once again let down by 1 person who can't cut pizza. It shouldn't be that hard, but for this challenged individual it clearly is.

Very good place and delicious pizza

We’ve been using this Pizza place for at least 20 years, the past 2-3 times have been awful. Just trying to order is a mission, Not answering the phone or taking it off the hook! Pizza that’s too doughy, over cooked on the bottom and raw on top. We tried again, gave them the benefit of the doubt after all, they are always busy. But tonight’s order was just a massively disappointing, the pizza was the usual tasty standard but NO TOPPINGS, we asked for pepperoni - not one piece! So calling up to explain the situation, telling them that pepperoni was on the order note, where the hell is it?? They tell us they ran out of pepperoni, I mean a pizza place runs out of pepperoni on the weekend???!! The most infuriating part is, not once did they ring back to explain or tell us when the pizza was delivered, no explanation, no apology, no offering to reduce the price. They just gave the pizza and expected us to accept it. Customer service points - 0 hangry is an understatement. It will be a while before I get over my pepperoniless pizza!!!

First time we have used Premier Pizza for a takeaway. We ordered pizza for Two deal with a portion of chips. We were advised over the telephone, it would be 30 minutes to arrive. 21 minutes there was a knock af our door. Our food was hot and very delicious. Would highly recommend.

By far the worst pizza i have ever had, it turned up cold, late and under cooked would 100% NOT recomend!

We have been coming here for years for a pizza and have always enjoyed it. Again on this visit the pizza was fantastic however the garlic bread pizza was burned all across the top and was to dry to be edible.

I ordered from here twice in a week. The first time I received the wrong pizza. When I phoned up they were very apologetic and offered to send me out a fresh pizza, but as it was a delivery to Coates and it had already taken an hour (which they said it would, it was not late) I said I would keep the pizza I had, it was the same size and price as what I ordered and it looked pretty good. The majority of it was very good but about a quarter of the base was a little burnt on the bottom. It was also a little cold, but I thought maybe it was something to do with it being the wrong pizza, it could have been sat in the shop a little while. The second order I received the correct order and it was delicious, cooked well, but still a little cold. The pizzas were good but in future I will not get them delivered, I will pick them up so that they are still hot.

Thirst they for got the drink, then when I look at the pizza there is toppings missing!! I will not be using again!!! It's not hard to throw a pizza together and you failed!!!

Pizzas delivered in 30 mins. Hot and yummy. Not like your average pizza chains which are greasy. These pizzas were not greasy and the dough was amazing. Big success for our 1st time ordering.👍

The best pizza takeaway locally.

Rang on a Sunday 30 mins into them opening was Told "too busy to deliver to turves..." Maybe you want to put that on your flyer.. "don't call at busy times if you live in turves". Last time I mentioned I lived in turves I got a "gasp and ooh" down the phone so you could actually just put on your flyer don't actually deliver to turves to save the phonecall. Won't be bothering again after over 10 years of ordering nice one.

Not keen. Some people in Whittlesey love it but I've never had a great pizza, just okay. Horses for courses and all that!

I love this place, does the best pizza in town and has a great delivery time! I order here at least once a week.
