Room was really good food made me sick though

Bad: No safe and the parking is at Stars Lane public car park, 4 GBP a day. Good: very clean room and hotel. Helpful polite staff. Nice comfy bed. Recommended. ....2024 update: Tiny toilet paper sheets! I recommend you take your own roll of toilet paper! ....2025 update: Still tiny toilet paper and no safe. A shame.

Get experience especially with the hard working staff

I've been down in Yeovil for about 20 weeks due to work, the experience with the staff has been great really good and professional always there to help out. Sunday evening there was Lea Morgane and Kynan. Must admit they made a good team helping each out when in need.

Lea was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay at Premier Inn Yeovil

The rooms are standard premier inn. Breakfast experience is awful

My 1st stay in a hotel I actually helped build not that long ago. The staff were lovely, the main building was okay. Some faults/snags in the bathroom and room itself. Plenty of parking, and easy access to what little the town has to offer..

The rooms are basic premier inn standard, the wi-fi is dreadful. The restaurant food is below average and small portions

Lovely and quiet, room very relaxing and clean. Avoid the restaurant, food bang average at best.

A really good night's sleep . The staff very helpful and the best of a full English breakfast was enjoyed before leaving fully refreshed 😋 excellent

How can Ultimate WiFi be do crap

Room okay but for some reason you now have to ask to have your room cleaned? Otherwise they don’t bother. Also I have a week pass for the WiFi which I have paid for but only given 24 hour passes 1 at a time, this leads to me having to ask every day and waiting and then having to set up on my phone again. Very inconvenient and time consuming. Staff are nice however the place is very understaffed, thank god it was empty when I visited.

Im not going to talk about the rooms like most do its a room has a bed sgower and tv its a room. But the brrakfast cheif this morning has been the best whopping size portions cooked perfectly and happy go lucky chap thank you very much kynan

You know what you're getting with Premier Inns. Town Centre. Useful for us. Great breakfast. Nice staff. 3pm slightly late to be able to book in. Charge £10 for early arrival.

Expensive for a one night stay (£96), I guess this was because it was Bank Holiday.

A good location, lots of shops nearby, a cinema and bowling Alley, pizza hut, Kaspas, nandos, lots of takeaways, a shopping centre which is completely dead at the bottom (where the hotel is) no shops open and very run down, but gets better as you go higher up, a beautiful area with flowers and dinosaurs, a gorgeous church, tesco within walking distance. Only problem was all the takeaways were closed until 4/5 and we'd gone there looking for food, couldn't find any halal food Staff at the hotel were not very friendly and the room was just ok, Theres a gorgeous national park just minutes away.

No car park Have to use another car park totally different location to the hotel also have to pay 2 key card given 1 never worked staff at night shift not on reception

OK a little dated now no usb charging ports Also restaurant and was was closed due to staff shortages but hotel was full.

Standard Premier Inn. No on site parking you have to use public carparks nearby. Restaurant was closed.

WiFi can be really bad. If you end up in a room on the very edge of the hotel, even Ultimate WiFi which is 5 per day is just as useless as the free one. Breakfasts are nice but service can be really slow.

Update : 2nd time of staying here, this time it was dreadful. We had a 5 hour trip from Norfolk, only to find the beefeater restaurant wasn't serving food 'due to lack of staff' there was no real ales on draught or in bottles, we were awoken at around 2am by a child running up and down in the room above, my partner phoned reception and eventually got through, they dealt with the problem and it stopped but we couldn't really get back to sleep, we reported the USB socket not working and the hairdryer, they didn't fix it, we asked for the room to be cleaned which it was but they only left us one bath towel. I had to use a hand towel. It really was very disappointing.
