Great location. Friendly staff.. Brewery Faye, it's a great place to eat. The hotel it's self needs a bit of TLC.

A short walk into townwith a lovely quiet location ...and although the bed was so comfy ....Attention to toilet bowls sink bath plugs and kettle as there is quite a build up of limescale . Cob webs on the ceiling over the bed too

Friendly staff and good location with free parking, but sadly, we had a disappointing stay as standards have significantly declined. The bed wasn’t that comfortable, the toilet didn’t flush properly and the room wasn’t very clean. We declined the meal and breakfast deal because the restaurant wasn’t clean and the WC’s were truly unacceptable, with an overpowering stench, which I can only liken to public toilets that are rarely cleaned and have never seen disinfectant or bleach. In another set of WC’s the toilet was leaking, along with the radiator. Cleanliness standards really need addressing sooner rather than later.

Centrally controlled air con is rediculous - we walked all the way to the other end of the hotel and up 2 long flights of stairs - BE WARNED - NO LIFT! Our room was freezing so had to ask for heating to be put on at reception when we went out to eat - couldnt turn it off later then ! Rediculous u cant control it yourself . Room was clean , a bit dusty - receptionist looked very disinterested but was efficiant. Good location

The hotel is on the seafront so a good location, the rooms are okay but other Premier Inns ive stayed in are better. No comment about the staff! 🤐

Great location just across the road from the sea front. Clean and comfortable, with lovely staff Lovely walk into Weymouth town, takes about 20 minutes. Turn left along the front to a lovely cafe, they serve a great breakfast.

Poor cleaning service. Told front desk in the morning to get our room cleaned. Came back end of the day, room was not cleaned, bins were still left, no fresh towels, beds not done etc. I had to clean myself. Staff didn't seem bothered to do anything about it or escalate to higher management. I paid a lot of money to stay and did not get the service expected. Not something I wanted to deal with after coming back from a long day out with 2 infant kids who needed to go to sleep!

One of the worst hotels we've stayed in. Everything was so disappointing and half hearted. The Brewers Fayre was very grubby and tired, continental breakfast was very poor value for money. Frozen bread as an example. One coffee machine working. We won't be staying there again

It was a lovely quiet hotel although we went while the children were at school. Excellent clean rooms and easy free parking. The restaurant attached to the Premier Inn had some awful 1 star reviews, so we took a look and decided not to visit. It didn't smelt nice and looked tired and was short of staff. We will definitely go back. The nearby harvester is a 3 minute drive with free parking

Loved that it was so close to the sea and the pub was literally next door the staff were very friendly the only real issue was the air con wasn't the best. Other than that really enjoyed my stay.

Very good Premier Inn, been here before but I think its been refurbished recently as rooms and bathrooms have been improved, glass shower screens instead of curtains etc. However avoid the pub next door like the plague, breakfast overpriced, service poor and the Sunday carvery was disgusting. Treat yourself to a walk in to town where there are much nicer places to eat.

Great location, far enough to walk into town. Friendly informative staff, good clean room. Just don't book meals at the Brewers Fayre next door. The service is terrible and they ring last orders at 9 pm.

Visited for dinner but wish we hadn't. Service was slow and food underwhelming. 5 staff for 10 (ish) tables and only 1 person was dictating what was needed. Flagged someone down for drinks and he said he needed to get a tablet but assume he wasn't old enough as finally sent someone else. Finished dinner but was waiting for around 15-20 mins after. Main chap came for pudding choices but we hadn't even been given menus. When I made a comment to suggest it was slow service he said he had new staff. Fair enough as everyone needs to start somewhere but if the whole team is new should we pay the full price? Food wasn't overly great. Childrens mini steak was probably the bit they didn't want to give to anyone else as had grizzle going through and given it being small there was about an inch square that could be eaten so not even a child's portion. Children's Sunday came with 2 tiny bits of brownie and whipped cream. Sent it back as not even any ice cream. Adults cheesecake had no cream or ice cream and was typical frozen rubbish. Overall just not worth the money and wouldn't recommend or re-visit. A lot of money spent of not great food

Free car park for guests. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Can’t ask for more than that. There’s a park and ride bus stop outside that goes into the centre of Weymouth. There’s also a McDonalds next door if you want a cheap bite to eat. My room was good value too so very impressed with premier inn, will stay again.

We visited the famous old spa for a Birthday meal on Tuesday 22nd April. Upon arrival the pub was reasonably quiet, after a change of table we had no problem ordering a few drinks and getting ready to order our food....we all decided on what we would like to order and several of our party headed to the bar to order our food. We were told there would be an half hour wait so we enjoyed our drinks and patiently waited for our food to arrive....after a 45 minute wait one of the love waitresses informed us that there was no mash potato to go with the sausage and mash.. I thought this would have been addressed when we first ordered but my partner decided chip's would be ok instead. After another 5 minutes the lovely waitresses offered us some complimentary drinks which we accepted as a nice touch. Unfortunately after waiting nearly an hour we were extremely hungry and very disappointed so we decided we had waited long enough and proceeded to head to the bar for a refund. It was such ashame as we were really looking forward to our Meal..the front of house staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us but unfortunately the wait was unexceptable especially as the pub was so quiet...we will not be returning to this establishment.
