Free car park for guests. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Can’t ask for more than that. There’s a park and ride bus stop outside that goes into the centre of Weymouth. There’s also a McDonalds next door if you want a cheap bite to eat. My room was good value too so very impressed with premier inn, will stay again.

Rooms were clean but need a scrub as in toilet and down plug holes. Staff are very stretched and too few meaning they work very hard and seem to try to do 2 or 3 jobs in one shift

Eren on reception was very helpfull when checking in and is very knowledgable about Weymouth. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice in the morning and was greeted by Katie and Tom where nothing was too much trouble. Poached eggs were spot on- thanks Tom! The restauraunt itself is very dated. Would definately stay again. Thank you

Didn’t stay for the night but smashed out a quality breakfast. Great service from Katie and Tom the chef. Food was hot, fresh and although we were eating near the end of service they couldn’t do enough for us!

The staff in the hotel and at the beefeater were amazing(Tamara, Erin, Becki, Harriet and Spencer) on the Saturday evening. Great breakfast before a day of sailing. Will use both again. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice staff and good location. Plenty of parking but car park is managed by a private car parking company so beware (I suggest you read the reviews for this company on Trustpilot!). Restaurant/pub is grim. Cleanliness is poor. My child slept on the sofa bed. Every time I went near it I could smell mould. In the morning I pulled it out from the wall and the back of the headboard was covered in mould. I went to Sainsbury’s to get wipes etc and cleaned it thoroughly but it still smelt of mould so the next night I slept in it and my child slept in the double bed. Frankly the sofa bed needs disposing of and replacing as it is a health hazard, especially for children with asthma. UPDATE: Despite the horrific mould last time we stayed I was considering a short stay in August 2025 as I thought this might be a cheap option to visit family. What the holy **** has happened to your prices? Are you taking the piss?? See photo.

Easy to find Premier Inn. Usual clean and tidy rooms. Staff pleasant and efficient. Former Beefeater restaurant situated across car park. McDonald's just down road for those who don't want to stump a lot of money for breakfast.

We stayed new years eve 2024. Really nice stay, room was clean and tidy. We paid for the Premier Plus room with the meal deal option with fridge and coffee machine. Fridge was ideal as could keep our drinks we brought with us cold as we weren't going out. As for the meal deal. The restaurant is undergoing a refit and we were made aware of this. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and advised us of any items not available on the menu. Great value as the food was really nice. All in all a very nice stay. Will be back (Have included pic of meal deal menu)

Just had an overnight stay here and was very happy. It was our first use of Premier Inns but if they are all as good as this one and their restaurant, we will be using them again. Very clean, comfortable and lovely helpful staff. Chris and Marion Loveridge

Went to the restaurant for food. Asked if we were guests, explained we weren't but would like to order food. Big sign saying restaurant welcome. Informed that we couldn't be served and that the restaurant is no longer open to the public. The girl was lovely, the manager didn't seem to engage or entertain our request. Disappointed at the misleading signs and lack of information.

This is for the restaurant team Katie, Tom and all the other staff. My wife is a coeliac and as soon we mentioned the allergy nothing was too much trouble, her breakfast was cooked independently to avoid cross contamination, brilliant first time ever this has been offered, breakfast was great despite the total lack of staff everyone was running around to help and assist. I cannot thank the staff in all areas for their efforts very well done- highly recommended 😊😊😊

Enjoyed our stay on the 21st December the room was spotlessly clean and such a comfy bed. Very welcoming staff on arrival. The restaurant for breakfast was very good. Katie our server was very hardworking as she was running everything on her own in front of house, well done to her. Tom cooked the breakfast to order which was delicious. All in all we had a great one night stay and would certainly come here again.

We stayed 12 Dec for one night. Very good sleep. Comfortable and clean room. Room temperature was just right. Tiegan on reception was very helpful indeed. Had a lovely breakfast the following day. Served by Katie who was excellent - our lovely breakfast was cooked by Chef Tom. Definitely recommended.

Set in a business park, poor resturant service ,the staff seemed unclear of what is needed. The beefeater inn was closed now to none residents. Only 2 serving staff in the evenings and it closed at 10pm. We waited 2.5 hours to have a meal served to us, we had booked a meal for 19:30 hours. The bedrooms did smell musty as no window could be opened up at all. If this is how premier inn is going to change into, it will be the end of this type of hotel stay.

Do not take the meal deal at this Premier Inn. We unfortunately did only to wait more than an hour for even our starter. Beefeater was full of several others in our situation. If they are short staffed they should have told us before or when we arrived to eat and offered a refund so we could eat elsewhere. Note also they plan to charge for car parking which is a rip off

Stayed at this premier inn few years ago ,everything was good even the meals in restaurant was v good. This stay ,not so good ..room was shabby and worse of all ,there was no fresh air. The windows should be opening to allow some fresh air ,as the room didn’t smell pleasant. We only had 1 towel to share, and on arrival I had to request for the toilet tissue dispenser to be refilled as it was almost empty. The restaurant looked really grubby ,and I hate when they clean tables with spray and just1 cloth for all the tables. Should be cleaned with disposable paper roll ,not a 1 for all cloth. Plates and crockery smelt like a wet animal where they aren’t rinsed before putting in to wash. Breakfast wasn’t self serve ,it was order from menu. All very greasy and not healthy looking at all. The chef came out with meals wearing the filthiest uniform ever, you could see where her hands had been continuously wiped on her clothes. There was no cups, coffee machine wasn’t working,so had to wait for drinks, there was no bread for toast ,and had to ask for butter basket to be refilled. Very poor quality breakfast, not presented to look appealing and it was cold. I def wouldn’t stay here again although i do .ike the location, but needs sorting out badly especially fresh air in rooms and cleanliness is an issue here. Not value for money

This is a review of the once called 'beefeater' restaurant that is now only for use by guests staying at the premier inn....the food served was awful, it took nearly half an hour for the chef to cook 3 burgers and a kids spaghetti Bolognese, not that the Bolognese was originally ordered!!....after 20 minutes waiting, a member of the waiting staff came over and stated they didn't have the kids vegetarian pasta....took them 20 minutes to realise this!!...so Bolognese it was.....we watched as our burgers sat under the so called heated lights for 10 further minutes before arriving...the only thing on the plate that was hit was the coleslaw that came with the burger and chips!!....truly awful menu in a restaurant that had no feeling or soul as it was devoid of character and felt empty!!.....well here is hoping they don't muck the breakfast up in the morning, but as I will have more input with that I think the food will be hot albeit a slice of toast or a cup of tea!!....truly a disappointed stay at the premier inn!!!!.....go somewhere else to eat, you will be glad that you do ...

Stayed at Weymouth Premier inn, next to Sainsbury’s. Late decision as previous hotel booking let us down. Very well looked after by Becky, who greeted us with a smile and gave us an excellent top floor room. Thank you Becky and thank you Premier Inn for an excellent one night stay on 23/05/2024

We stayed here 2 nights 7th and 8th March the room smelled damp and pillows were old and fusty, only saw 1 member of staff on first night, then nobody on reception, we have stayed in lots of premier inns and although basic they are always clean with very helpful staff, this one is not up to the standard we normally come to expect, on this particular visit, very disappointed.

Awful stay. Mould on 2 walls. Awful smell. Didn't stay in this room Offerred another room but this was so noisy my husband and I did not sleep at all. Dirty pillow in second room also. Hotel needs a makeover. Only offered £66 refund. No compensation. Wonder if these reviews are monitored....if so please ring me. Will never stay here again.

When we pulled up in the carpark it was full of litter and our hearts sunk. We hoped it would be improved inside, but unfortunately not! The reception area had a funny smell and obviously hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. The room had been vacuumed and beds changed, but I am not entirely sure it had been cleaned?? The bathroom still had talc on the floor from the previous visitors and the bath was dirty. The towels were hanging on a rusty rail which was left on the towels. The bathroom bin was dirty with things left in it and the taps were dirty. Room info was grubby and ripped. Although we told reception on our way out, nothing was done about it. It was only a one night stay, so we decided against a shower until we got home. We won't be back or be recommending.

Visited for dinner but wish we hadn't. Service was slow and food underwhelming. 5 staff for 10 (ish) tables and only 1 person was dictating what was needed. Flagged someone down for drinks and he said he needed to get a tablet but assume he wasn't old enough as finally sent someone else. Finished dinner but was waiting for around 15-20 mins after. Main chap came for pudding choices but we hadn't even been given menus. When I made a comment to suggest it was slow service he said he had new staff. Fair enough as everyone needs to start somewhere but if the whole team is new should we pay the full price? Food wasn't overly great. Childrens mini steak was probably the bit they didn't want to give to anyone else as had grizzle going through and given it being small there was about an inch square that could be eaten so not even a child's portion. Children's Sunday came with 2 tiny bits of brownie and whipped cream. Sent it back as not even any ice cream. Adults cheesecake had no cream or ice cream and was typical frozen rubbish. Overall just not worth the money and wouldn't recommend or re-visit. A lot of money spent of not great food

We visited the famous old spa for a Birthday meal on Tuesday 22nd April. Upon arrival the pub was reasonably quiet, after a change of table we had no problem ordering a few drinks and getting ready to order our food....we all decided on what we would like to order and several of our party headed to the bar to order our food. We were told there would be an half hour wait so we enjoyed our drinks and patiently waited for our food to arrive....after a 45 minute wait one of the love waitresses informed us that there was no mash potato to go with the sausage and mash.. I thought this would have been addressed when we first ordered but my partner decided chip's would be ok instead. After another 5 minutes the lovely waitresses offered us some complimentary drinks which we accepted as a nice touch. Unfortunately after waiting nearly an hour we were extremely hungry and very disappointed so we decided we had waited long enough and proceeded to head to the bar for a refund. It was such ashame as we were really looking forward to our Meal..the front of house staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us but unfortunately the wait was unexceptable especially as the pub was so quiet...we will not be returning to this establishment.
