Premier Inn Uttoxeter hotel in East Staffordshire

Amazing staff and great hotel! We stayed here after travelling to Alton towers! We had a great evening meal and breakfast was fresh and tasty! The host at reception was very friendly and the rooms were clean and huge 😅 We ended up leaving our poor sons teddy here and they found it and posted it home for us! We had one very happy boy when it arrived through the door! Thank you for a great stay ☺️

Not impressed. Staff were rude. Rooms very poorly fitted out and very cold. We couldn't get WIFI and were told we should pay for the premium wifi , which still couldn't connect to. We were also turned away from the restaurant in the evening as it was fully booked even though the place was empty- the staff member (male) was rude and stroppy and told us if we didn't like it we'd have to argue with the chef. The access lift broke down and despite being reported to staff no action was taken - had to make a further complaint as couldn't get into or out of the building, eventually found out there was in fact an alternative business entrance with a ramp (not usually used for guests but could have been). Overall it was a poor experience. The only plus being the proximity to the Racecourse where we were attending an event over the weekend

Stayed here with a school group recently to visit JCB the next day. Very helpful staff (Seb & Becky) who couldn't have been more attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. Great location for our needs and rooms were all what we expected.

Absolute warm welcome from Alex and Becky! What a great way to end the day from coming in from a long day at work. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Would recommend this to everyone!

This is an excellent hotel and very good value for the quality/price. The staff, from the restaurant through to reception and cleaning are all friendly. The lady in reception on arrival was very helpful. The hotel is near to the A50 but I couldn't hear it due to the double glazing and because it is also a bit shielded also. Very convenient for getting to. Nice big restaurant, offered the breakfast, asked about allergens, gave me gluten free toast, and very clean.

The food and service in general was really good and we got free chocolate at dinner. The only thing I wasn’t really impressed with was the room it was all good but the corridor smelt like bleach and we found out it was coming from our room either way it was really good

Parked at the garage pub closed down to non residential people been converted to rooms 😕

Our first room had some mould issues but when we spoke to Carolyn in reception she was very kind and accommodating. She promptly spoke to Alex the manager who set up a new family room for us and helped us with oit luggage to swap. They were both very approachable and apologetic for the inconvenience

Special shout out to Lou who was at the front desk when i arrived. Was very helpful and even helped when card wouldn’t work. keep up the good work

This was a very nice Premier Inn. The receptionist was great and I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was next door, food was very good in there

Rooms are well 7sed let's say but bedding is super clean.

Used it as a place to sleep so we could go to Alton Towers. Reception on arrival were lovely despite how busy they were. Only complaint is that we requested for the room to be cleaned / tidied during our stay and they didn't do it. Breakfast was good and there's a big Asda service station next door for any other bits you may have forgotten to take with you. No lifts but wasn't an issue for us.

You get what you pay for and is reasonable.

Favo premier inn. Ashame one day can be £40 a night and another day can be £400.

We stayed at this hotel after a great trip to Alton towers, This hotel is 20 minutes away from the theme park and is very reasonably priced. We found the room very comfortable and enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant on site, which was delicious and great value for money.

Easy check in, friendly reception staff and the room was excellent (Premier Plus). Enjoyed my stay and will be back.
