Premier Inn Trowbridge hotel in Wiltshire

Great place. Lots of options if you don't want to eat in hotel, close by, but breakfast was hot and good quality.

Staff very good and tried their best ,however no heat in room bathroom freezing, staff did reboot boiler, went for dinner food good but again absolutely freezing,room was clean but old bed li en was grey ,tv not tuned in properly, would not stay here again,definitely not up to premier standard.

Moved rooms as mould in sheets. Heater was not working so absolutely freezing. Food was on par with a school canteen. Only 1 towel is available. Toilet paper is locked away in a dispenser like a public loo. Would not stay again.

Excellent choice of hotel for our visit to Longleat. Cinema opposite and a choice of restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and all cooked fresh. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Longleat.

Great hotel in a really good retail park surrounded by nice restaurants. Service was good, the room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. Highly recommended.

We didn't stay but we went for breakfast which is open to everyone. The food was lovely, piping hot and everything was regularly replenished. I should make special mention of the staff.....who were all very welcoming and friendly.

Went to check in but had inadvertently booked the wrong dates. There was no availability but Baileigh the receptionist was very efficient and soon found us a room not too far away in Chippenham, she really saved the day!!

Free parking from 5pm to 9am below and a further 3 hours for free if you get a ticket. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and handed out bottled water at reception. The rooms themselves aren't the newest but very nice still. I thought it was going to be very loud due to the location but you can't hear a thing in the rooms.

Would not recommend for night shift workers due to weird parking system Other than that completely recommend

I came in on a very regular basis for breakfast, the Servcie and food are best in town. This time Ning and Chef Albert are great again.

Stay reverently again lovely staff, clean rooms. Lots of restaurants around, and parking is easy.

This is my 2nd stay here. Very clean hotel, beds are comfy, very quiet at night. Service is brilliant, specially breakfast.

I travel for work a lot and, room-wise, you get exactly what you would expect from a highly street hotel chain but what is special here is the staff. The dinner staff in the evenings (Kayleigh, Francis, Al) go above and beyond especially.

Stayed overnight for business. Room was comfortable and quiet. Location was great. Access card check in was a bit chaotic but no big deal. Sorted in the end.

We booked a Premier plus room, all very nice apart from being down the other end of town and there was a rotten skirting board in the bathroom and why oh why can't you open the windows if only a little bit! I'm not going to jump after shelling out £130:00! A nice quiet stay was had and the food is good quality, staff very attentive and helpful. I can put up with the above but being a miserable old b@st@rd (girlfriends words) why can't there be a quieter section for breakfast? OK, admittedly we had a few the night before, we are a childless couple and nieces and nephews are handed back very promptly. The ruckus over breakfast had me scowling into my granola. Overall, we'll be back 👍

A very nice Premier Inn in the town centre. Rooms and breakfast nice, and friendly staff. There is a free multi-storey car park opposite.

Location suitable, standard premier inn but staff were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make my weeks stay perfect. Would highly recommend.

Made 5 attempts to book a room on line..Didnt work..very very frustrating,..I had a team of 4 persons to assist. Then tried to call to book.Phone rang fpor4 minutes no response?

All staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location for a variety of restaurants.
