Premier Inn Thurso hotel in Highland

Clean and well maintained, super friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Lovely sunrise view from the 3rd floor 😄

Recently come back from a week long stay due to a work visit. This hotel is lovely. It was clean and spotless. The staff are so kind and friendly,really helpful and happy to help. Demi and Megan especially went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. There was also plenty of parking which is a bonus when coming back from work later. Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn but more.

Stayed here last minute when our booked accommodation turned out to be dodgy - lucky for us! Warm, friendly atmosphere and staff; comfortable room with good bed and great shower; reasonable price. Shout out to the breakfast cook, Keiron, who was super friendly and helpful - no request was a problem. And he had a single malt recommendation too 😁

Never stayed at this one before , but couldn't fault the place , clean rooms , lovely staff, ideal for the ferry , takeaways all close by if you don't want to eat here , would stay again

Stayed for over 4 months while working in the area. Can't fault the staff, all very friendly and nothing to much trouble. Rooms always spotless, plenty of car parking. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a great weekend away. Long Drive from Central Scotland up via Wick, John O'Groats and Dunnet Head as well as other scenic stop offs. Checked in without issue. Desk staff were friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic. Not to pricey. The room was clean n comfy. Had a fantastic sleep. Next morning the breakfast was on point. Plenty of selection. Staff at the hotel were chatty, polite and genuinely nice people. Definitely be back.

The hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. It is a short walk to the town. This appears to be quite a new building. The rooms are quiet.

Be careful...You have to let them know if you want them to make the room. A disaster.... Two people to attend the checking and the bar at 7 p.m. You wait for everything. Better to choose another

Not the best Premier I've stayed in. Dinner was mediocre, breakfast as expected. Some staff excellent, one not so helpful. WiFi almost non-existant.

Great place to stay before getting ferry to Orkney the next day. Staff were very polite & extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble & they were happy to help & answer any questions. The room was very spacious & comfortable & clean & id highly recommend the place to stay. Thank you Premier Inn Thurso

Room was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and the room was just a nice temperature. Staff are very helpful. Food was yummy. I got the meal deal for £29. Think it was about that. That included breakfast 2 course evening meal and a drink of your choice. Staff are welcoming helpful and nothing is to much for them. I stayed 2 nights and I will definitely stay here again if I go to Thurso. Grate for any age group to stay. A few minute walk to the shops.

Lovely place to stay, thriving with people to stay. Room was very clean and nothing was too much. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Well worth a stay.

Went here 4th July till 6th July never been to a premier inn before the staff here work hard had a wonderful time had dinner on first night it was lovely second night changed to a new menu was great food staff very friendly bedroom was great plenty of room I see on other reviews rooms are to warm well if you take time and look you have air-conditioning to loved this and will definitely be going back disabled friendly only thing I would ask can you put a hand rail in shower would make it a bit safer for disabled people

Dropped in for breakfast, great service from an efficient and helpful team with a fantastic smile on their faces. The food is excellent, plentiful and good value for money, kids even eat free, fantastic

Big downside for the welcome! We had a prepaid reservation, email received on October 2 by the hotel (which forgot to open it...) and we waited for more than an hour, completely soaked, in the lobby, which, finally, thanks to our agency and the reservation center, the manager manages to open the new email. Otherwise very nice room and very friendly restaurant staff.

Staff really helpful and very nice. We had dinner aswell 😋 here's hoping breakfast is as good as our dinner was as it was delish.

This is one out of three Premier Inns we’ve stayed at and by far the best of those. The rooms were clean and well maintained, very comfortable bed, great shower. I love that there are signs everywhere to remind guests to be quiet in corridors. It seemed to have worked as it was very quiet. Can definitely recommend.

Stay was nice . But to arrive at 5:30pm and to say the eating area was fully booked come back at 9pm when there’s only 4 couples is a farce. Every night people asked for table and were basically told to do one. Point in having an eating area . I say again eating area as no way is this a restaurant. The chef can’t cook more than one diner at a time is a complete joke. The amount of people walking away after been told was booked out was a shambles. So be prepared to phone and book a table weeks in advance

Stayed here on the 9th March. I asked for a room with a bath if possible. The lovely lady at reception kindly gave me room 6. While getting my overnight bag from the car I came back to find a bath foam fizz had been left for me in the room. How kind and thoughtfull. Thank you to Tracy and Courtney , above and beyond. Excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Overall a great stay.

Room obviously hasn’t been hovered so not overly impressed with the cleanliness and the restraint despite being practically empty was apparently fully booked.

Room was large and very clean but the lack of fresh air and mandatory air conditioning gave me a sore throat. Very abrupt receptionist when I arrived. She is not a good representative of Premier Inn and her curt attitude tainted my stay. I witnessed her being short with the couple who checked in before me as well. So overall my impression of the hotel was not positive because of her attitude.
