Horrendous.....hotel undergoing major renovations July August and September....booked via app and no red flag saying anything about this highlighted to warn people and nothing in emails sent to us...work starts at 8am till 6pm Mon Fri ...and slightly later at weekends....room rates seem to have doubled aswell they are doing floor by floor so doesn't matter where you stay you will be affected by the noise

As good as usual for what we needed but old layout in room of sink in room rather than separate in shower and toilet. Otherwise bed as comfortable as usual with other room facilities 👍

Could not find a travel lodge, always cheaper for a similar level of luxury.

I booked for stoke on Trent for tomorrow night and it has printed an invoice for the 6/5/24. Tried getting through to Premier Inn but to no avail. If this is how they treat their customers then I’m stopping using them, and that is quite a lot!!

Bathroom does not have a proper solid door. Its glass with no latch or lock, and lets the light and noise through. Sink in the bathroom - not in the ensuite. Do not stay here if you are with a family - you will not get a good nights sleep. Would suggest its only really fine for single occupancy. No towel rail - and no hooks to hang towels. There was a switch to turn on the towel rail - but it seems it has been removed. They obviously didnt think to replace it with something else. I used the hangers in the end. Wierd. Premier Inn room designers do not need to "re-think" what an ensuite is. Please put the sink in the ensuite, use a normal door, and add somewhere to put towels please. Stick to the basics and if you dont want to - you should really halve the price!!

Great midweek work venue with lots to do when not working as it mainly services the attached Trentham gardens retail visit.

Not been in a while and took husbands sister with us. Food was excellent, just had it had been on our last visit. The service was really good. Unfortunately, my husband became ill/faint-like. while we were there. The staff helped me to get him to a chair by the fire doors for cooler air They also provided cool cloths to cool his head. They were really attentive and especially helpful in keeping an eye on my elderly sister in law. Nothing was too trouble for them. Thank. you Kelly and all the team on duty lunchtime on 11th September.

You are not short of choice for coffee places on Stone’s high street, but there is no need to look further than BEAR. Contemporary, open environment with a wide selection of food and drink. There are items here that you will not find in other cafes, it is a treat to see. The coffee is fantastic quality, and the staff are always cheery and helpful.
