25 minutes to check in is ridiculous, why when the hotel is full is only 1 member of staff on reception. Very poor service

Stayed here to visit the Shutteworth Collection nearby. Lovely Premier Inn with very nice staff.

Dare I use the word....faultless, everything from the staff to the room to the breakfast all absolutely spot on, not one thing can or would want to gripe about..I think premier Inn could use this place as one of there flagship hotels...big thanks to all the staff your doing a fantastic job.

We followed the sat nav instructions and arrived at the wrong Premier Inn, which was confusing so you want the one near KFC! Lovely staff at both hotels. Nice clean accommodations. Romm had sustained some damage to decor prior to our arrival which was a shame but didn't affect the stay Would use again.

Typical premier inn room was comfortable and unlike other reviews was well maintained and very clean. The restaurant served typical pub food but was well cooked and the waitress was very attentive. Ideal for an overnight stay travelling from the north to London

Stayed here recently... staff pleasant on check in but our room on the ground floor was very dated. No USB points and very tired in appearance with missing trim on furniture and cover missing from thermostat. There was an interconnecting door [ we weren't told on check in as it wasn't something we'd usually book ] to the next room but it was poorly soundproofed so we could hear the TV and conversations from that room clearly... equally the room above was poorly soundproofed so we could hear every footstep including even hearing the shower running... the icing on the cake of our stay was the whiff of damp in the room that got worse over night and was very unpleasant when we woke... we were going to mention it on check out but no one was on the desk so we couldnt... date of stay 19th of Feb

Curiously The River Terrace used to be one of the good reasons for visiting St Ives. Sadly gone down hill since apparent change of ownership? Odd opening times, and a limited and much less inviting menu, with a curious bias towards vegan, and gluten free. Nothing wrong with that but most lunch dishes appear to evolve around bacon and eggs.

Prem Giri and Ivy. Made my first experience at this resturant a joy. The food is excellent the service and customer care. Is second to none. Well done please keep up the good work. Your staff are a credit to you. As a locaL business owner I know how finicky customers can be. You did a excellent job looking after my party. We will be back.
