Awful place AVOID Room was covered in dust, heating wouldn't turn off, rubbish all over the floor and under the bed, hairs on the toilet, bathroom ceiling paint coming off and dropping in the bath, stayed 2 nights and only saw 1 member of staff the whole time, refused to eat there as wouldn't trust that the kitchen was as dirty as the room

The most awful premier inn I’ve ever stayed at! There was human poo smeared on the bathroom wall, the bathroom smelt of urine, the carpets and bedding were unclean. The dessert served in the restaurant was appalling and the service equally bad! Absolutely disgusting!

Staid there for a long weekend, clean room, food was okay, service was very good 👍. 5min drive to town centre, definitely worth a visit

This was our second stay here. Like every Premier Inn I've been to, it's ideal. Good rooms, good breakfast, good service and good prices.

Car park was a disappointment. Spaces too narrow. Shared with Mcdonalds meaning there's a different car next to yours every 30 mins. Dings on my car. The window didnt open, room smelt of damp and bedding felt damp. Staff were nice. Food was good.

Very good and would be very glad to stay here again. Particularly kindly mannered keen pleasant young staff team. I felt . They seemed to be enjoying their job and a real team so. They were so helpful at any small point of need and question. The hotel is not plush and deluxe but in the Premier Inn way very much simple smart clean and no nonsense caring place. I would say. It was also nicely quiet and polite notices up to such effect , understanding thst it is a place for quiet and rest hotel and for business types the same. My nights were restful and refreshing sleep. Air con kept the air fresh all the while. The price I think is erring a little high with some Premier Inns and maybe they should build more to allow those of us who wish a single room at lower costs still to be there in more of their locations. I would think of staying at their hotels more than self catering stays which are getting their problems at this time I would say from owners who are not held to standards by their agency salesmen. To put it so. This makes Premier Inn option with their simple no fuss relaxed get on way growingly attractive. But at the cost of this one and others self catering cottages etc options are so much cheaper often that ...!?? Food for good thought there maybe dear Premier Inn bosses. But many thanks for this experience which will encourage me very much to think on Premier Inn as a an option for future stays around the country. Kind regards and thsnk you very much and to the very helpful kind staff at South Milford, right on the edge of the city. But Park and Ride bus from all but outside the hotel into city centre. And the lovely water meadows opposite from which I recall the famous Constable painting of the elegant Cathedral was painted. Tesco superstore right next to hand the other side on the doorstep.

Clean tidy spacious rooms, helpful staff. Only downside is windows don't open to let fresh air in, but aircon in rooms to compensate

It is the HOTTEST day of the year so far and I'm told the ice machine hasn't worked for weeks! Seriously? So a successful company has made a very hot customer Very unhappy. Fed my fuel of chains taking from Independents. They'd have fixed their machine. Costa doesn't need to care. Too many of them mean if a few aren't working, their pockets are still lined by the others 🙄

Love this pub. It's the best pub in Marlborough. The locals are friendly as are all the bar staff and you are immediately made to feel welcome. It's got a good selection of beers and if you're hungry the café in the courtyard is excellent for breakfast and lunch. I can't fault this pub.

Very disappointed was no chips with the food. Prefer fish and chips and ribs so my son is sat here just eating a fish! No point in ringing as it will take ages for chips to arrive and the food will be cold! Missing a salad which I paid for. Don’t read the notes on the order

Lovely little hotel in Amesbury, just 10 minutes from Stonehenge. The quaint and very old building had charm, even if it made getting to the room very difficult (3 flights of stairs and various hallways under ever lower ceilings until we arrived in our attic room). The room itself was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was newly renovated. Brief confusion with the extra bed for the toddler as it was provided without sheets, pillows and blankets. However, upon request, something from the adult collection was lovingly designed. Dinner in the pub was excellent, although service was a bit slow. Breakfast in the same premises the next day was equally delicious and typically British. Overall, a house with charm and perfect for excursions simply because of its proximity. Child-friendliness is very important! Only an older waitress fell through the cracks because of her grumpy demeanor.
