Costa Coffee in Wiltshire

Absolutely awful...The guy working in there showing me how much annoyed was when I asked to change a glass of water that initially asked without ice....Nearly throwing in my face ,ah ah ah....And it was only 2 table of 2 people sat....Perhaps it was too much work for him....

Decent food, choice of 4 meats although options is 1 or additional price for 2. Plenty of potato & veg choice & can go back & get more veg & potatoes.

Always good coffee and service!

Nice staff but let down by the coffee.... And the portions are way too large...... I would much prefer the quality of the coffee to be higher

Felt sorry for staf member on owen serving. She coped well and apologised but not her fault. Well done!

Good coffee in a comfortable environment

Typical cinema based Costa. Small indoor seating area. Kept clean and tidy by the friendly staff. Limited choice of drinks and food.

Decent coffee but decidedly average customer experience with the app and trying to get staff to apply a free drink.

Friendly staff, quality drinks and delcious sweet treats, just not quite as warm and "cosy" as a lot of cafés/coffee shops - possibly due to being attached to the Odeon and also a huge glass fronted wall, meaning quite exposed to footfall traffic walking by outside

I think the coffee's are getting weaker!

Not enough gluten free options for this day and age.....2???

Service was good along with the mocca, the egg and mushroom roll however was rubbery

Very pleasef to see costa offering a dairy alternative for milk, and also dairy free cake options

Good service and good choice of every thing on offer.

A great cafe for coffee & or a snack before going into the cinema in trowbridge !
