Got a doner kebab was so dry the guy put barley any sauce on the kebab and I waited like 15 minutes for this

Not nice service!!! They serve the meat from metal containers and the meat is steamed there, not good! Maybe it's ok for English tastes, but for Polish ones it's crap. When you tell them you want freshly cut meat, they start shouting, being rude, 0 personal culture and taking care of customers. There is a staff near the Polish store, much better food and friendly service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! p.s. sheep and pork meat is a ball of power!!!!

Better than most and worse than some, this kebab shop is handy for Trowbridge town centre. As well as takeaway they have a few tables inside. Very clean. A medium combination kebab was enough for two people.

Absolutely disgusting food. First and last time ordering there. Lamb looked like already been chewed. Chicken tasted awful. Garlic bread overpriced 69p baguette with pinch of cheese on top. Avoid if you want to stay alive

Sometimes its nice whenever they get the order right, ordered a pot of garlic mayo, brought it out and wasn’t in the meal, apart from not listening to the customer on the phone excellent food

First time I’ve used these in a few months, absolutely disgusting, the kebab meat was clearly scraps , all small bits, looked like a can of tuna flakes, very disappointed that they would send this quality of food out to customers, salad was pathetic at best, pitta on the other hand was cooked to perfection .

"Vegge burger" is not veggie its a beef burger with vegetables in, food was cold never coming back here

I've ordered a few times from here and the foods arrived on time and has been hot. I've always ordered in advance. The food I've had has been decent and I've enjoyed it. What more do you want from a takeaway that delivers. Don't let the low score put you off. (UPDATE: Portion sizes are getting smaller, nothing else has changed)

2nd and final time we'll be using Charcoal Grill in Trowbridge. Ordered on line through Just Eat at around 7.10pm and was told it would arrive at 8.00-8.10pm. Actually arrived at 7.30. When opening the food, found that my burger did not have any salad with it, which is one of the most important part of a burger for me. Phoned the restaurant and basically the woman on the phone was completely disinterested. Said I was Ted a refund but she said they don't give partial refunds. I said I had no intention of eating the burger, and she said she would send a driver out to collect it and refund me the money. 3 a d a half hours later, no sign of the driver, so spoke with Just Eat who were brilliant and instantly refunded me the money. If you want a quality burger, avoid Charcoal Grill and go to Schwartz Bros. former D in Bath

Nice food and well cooked but very pricey for the portion you get. Combo Keebab and small chips cost me £11.20 Normally get the same elsewhere for about £8.50-£9.00

Awful service, food came with salad when we asked for none and the general taste was awful.

Didn't have the bottle of Diet Coke, but didn't inform me, just sent normal Coke and a can of Diet. Not ideal, but ok. NO PITTA BREAD WITH MY KEBAB!? Not sure if this was a mistake, but it's an epic fail for me, that was half the treat for me, as I can't usually have bread and this was what some this takeaway as a treat for me. I would've just had something else, something at home or another takeaway. Salad was weak, clearly not at it's best, the chicken tasted a bit weird but it was ok, but not great. But the pitta bread was a real let down..

Had a very good experience with Charcoal Grill this evening. We order from here fairly regularly and the food is always really nice but this evening we made a mistake on the order. After calling to explain we were offered a replacement which was delivered within half an hour.

Just ordered from CHARCOAL GRILL, over the last 10 years as a family we have spent thousands of £££ with you.. the last lot of food we had from you we got 2out of 6 meals wrong... that was fine, we just left it as a mistake and got on with it.. i ring you this evening for some food of which you sent the wrong thing. We plated it up anyway and shared it out.. the chicken shish was dry and tasted off... the kebab meat which we didnt order wasnt even passable... and the portion of chips were soggy and just full of oil... including the bottom of the container...as you naturally would with bad food on your plate it went in the bin, so we rang for a refund! We were refused a refund unless the food was handed back in the containers so they could see we hadnt eaten anything. I explained the situation and said you can see it at the top of the bin if you like and we were still refused! And then you hung up on me! Bad service, bad food what more can you ask for 🤷‍♂️

Just gone got a lamb doner from here was the best I've had in a long time.. I would definitely get it from here again... better than papa's

Must be the worst Kebab I have ever had in all my years. Not only was the Lamb and Chicken completely tastless but the salad was soggy and flavourless too. Over all very disappointing and seriously not worth paying for. Wish I had gone for a Chinese now.

We ordered a Doner Lamb Pizza(no. 8) on takeaway but instead they gave me a Meat Feast(no.9) which is not halal food for me. I also ordered lamb doner and chips(no.25) but the chips where at the bottom, all oily and smashy. Not only that i found a hair in those chips. I also ordered chicken wings but they put the hot sauce on top instead of putting it in a sauce lid. Completely disgusted with the food hygine and the whole experience. Dont waste your money in this shop if you want hygenic and healthy food.

Yesterday was my third visit to this NICE Turkish charcoal grill takeaway bar. Once again I got their DELICIOUS Shashlik Kebab Xtra large (3 Skewers). Previously I made the mistake of getting only a "large" (2 Skewers) But Doris mooched a few bites, and I was not fully satiated = my fault. The last two times however I have chosen to eat-in on their (spartan) tables (So I personally have no whines or winges about the length of time FREE delivery might take) I prefer my food HOT, straight off of the grill so I choose to eat-in. My first visit I got take away and ate across the road in St. James Church grave yard (Great place to visit !) But the single plastic fork provided proved a little-flimsy for the task of hacking-up the large delicious lamb portions from their GREAT Kebabs. Sadly cutlery options do not improve with dine-in So the last 2 visits I took my own metal cutlery with serrated knife = HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, though the eat-at-home folks who order take-away or delivery should not have this problem. DELICIOUS LAMB with few chewy or gristle spit-out bits. Tasty and easily eaten large chunks of lamb. You request sauces (sadly "no hummus") that you want and in my experience get what you ask for (English is their 2nd language, but these Turks do aim-to please, so make it clear what you want politely, and you will likely be very pleased with your order (I have been to date !) I can ONLY SPEAK for the char-grilled LAMB SHEESH &/or Shashlik, but of THAT ? I can and DO speak most highly !! rest assured I shall be back for more before too long. I do WISH we could buy Turkish food this GOOD back in New Zealand.

Best kebabs in Trowbridge for 20 years

Wildly inconsistent, sometimes you'll get a good experience, other times it will be bad. Tonight my order arrived 10 minutes late, not that long but it took over 50 minutes to arrive, pizza was lukewarm, by the time I got to the last slice it was cold. They used the cheapest ham available to buy, it tasted really bad, ironically it was burnt, so I was eating a cold burnt pizza... Probably best to stick to their kebabs because their pizza is the worst in Trowbridge.

Kebabs were nice plenty of onion rings . Just a shame they didn't deliver chips that was ordered with meal . Didn't ring to tell them rest of the meal would be cold time they were delivered. Paid for something we didn't have.

They ask a lot of money(£5,30) for literaly 3 nuggets in a wrap. Unfortunatly, this is not even the first time when we have a bad experience buying from here. I do not recommend!

Kebabs are over salty and dry, piles of onions and hardly any other salad fried chicken is nice though but they run out often.
