We always go this one because there is plenty of parking space and you did have a pub next-door.but now it's just a restaurant and you have to book a table , not ideal if you won't a quick drink and a snack,

This has so gone down hill. Outside drab and not inviting needs a good lick of paint . Bed comfy, welcome was OK not the warm friendly greeting. Lift in poor state. And the restaurant that too filthy. Run down we went else where to eat.. Car park machine not working which was a bonus .. This used to be one of the best Premier inn, no longer it's at the bottom, which is a shame..

Chose this hotel due to its location for walking into Poole. First and last time staying in a première inn. The walks were good, and the hotel was reasonably full. Some areas of the hotel were a little tired and shabby compared to others that I've stayed at recently. A good night's stay ruined by being charged for breakfast. That's the first time in 40 years of travelling being denied breakfast without paying for it. It's not as if the room was cheap either. I've been in better hotels for far cheaper than this one even though they have only offered continental style food. I don't mind paying extra for a full English but there is a limit to how much toast you can eat for 9 pounds. However there was a plus side, their machine that charges for car parking was out of action.

The place was dirty & in desperate need of a refurb, no air con and the fan that was given was of no relief at all. The restaurant food was excellent although short staffed and waited an hour and a half for our food which was really not good for the six year old with us. Chairs were absolutely filthy, sticky, stained and grimey. They are now introducing a £7 per night parking charge as well so won’t be going back there again.

Great place for a stop over for the ferry service. Typical good value Premier Inn just outside the centre of Poole.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach. Easy to park, quiet overnight and easy to find. Nice comfy bed and bath and shower. The food was good too.

Great hotel for exploring Poole and the surrounding area, the staff are very friendly and breakfast was perfect. The hotel and rooms are getting a little tired, could do with a refresh.

Very noisy as close to a busy road, so there is no chance of having windows open. Food in a nearby restaurant was very good. The quality of the rooms need some major TLC. Finding hair clogging the bath was disgusting, and the lady in charge didn't seem to interested. Great position for going places

I don't expect a lot from a Premier Inn, but this was especially poor. Premier Inn's are not the best hotels, but they should be a consistent 3* quality. This was not. - The rooms in this one were particularly tired and worn. The sofa/recliner had lost all its cushioning and so was uncomfortable to even sit on. - The shower could not keep a consistent temperature and on the hottest setting would switch between cold and then luke warm at best, meaning only I braved the waters. - When we came back in the evening and went to bed, we discovered the duvet cover was dirty and had (we think blood) stains on it. - The location sucks. You are in the middle of an industrial estate, surrounded by car showrooms only and so cannot go anywhere without a car. Overall very disappointed with somewhere for which I already had low expectations.

Was offered a room where the cleaners didn't change the bedding, went to go on the bed to see so much hair all over on duvet and mattress. But, the reception staff came and changed all the bedding. Then, there was fault with central heating, temperature wouldn't go below 25 c, so he got a fan and we switched off heating all together. Staff at breakfast were good, could improve if they can put a bit of smile. Felt sorry for reception staff that they had to make bed, thank you. Room No.116

Unpleasant, awful, and dirty. The staff were really helpful and polite at reception, but that’s where the positives ended. The rooms were grubby and dirty, and I could hear every single step the people on the floor above me took, and people walking up and down that stairs. Loud reverberating stomps from early morning to late at night. The restaurant for breakfast was absolutely filthy, badly managed, and chaotic. I was disgusted. We had prepaid for breakfast on both mornings but just skipped it on the second day as we could not face that filth again.

The location is closer to the bay area which is good for a quick jog along the coast.

Another good nights sleep in a town that I love. Only downside room could be a little cleaner and a coat of fresh paint would go a miss. Sink was full of hair ( not mine) and cobwebs in the bathroom. Wall by bed damaged.

hashtag#UNFAIR TREATMENT BY Bournemouth University ADMISSIONS DEPARTMENT Iam writing this post to bring attention to an unfortunate situation I am facing with Bournemouth University. After being offered hashtag#ConditionalOffer (condition-IELTS [Academic] with 6.0. For which i submitted my IELTS marks sheet in which I secured 7.0) for Msc Digital Health. I was told to pay 3000GBP as deposit, and I paid 3000 GBP of deposit fees in good faith. However, following this , the admission department has now raised concerns about the legitimacy of my documents, despite having previously accepted them and extended an offer. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue and provide clarification, the university has refused to refund my deposit of hashtag#3000GBP. This situation is extremely frustrating and unfair, as I acted on their and trusted their admission process . It's disheartening that they are now questioning the very documents they originally deemed acceptable and are holding onto my deposit. I believe its important for universities to handle these situations with transparency and fairness. I hope that Bournemouth University will reconsider its decision and engage in a more open dialogue to resolve this matter After receving the offer from Bournemouth University, I was excited to take the next big step towards my dream of furthering my education. I paid the deposit fees, trusting that everything was in order. However, shortly afterward, the university claimed that my documents were not legitimate, even though they had accepted them previously. Despite my best effort to resolve the issue and offer additional verification, the Bournemouth University refused to refund my deposit. this unexpected financial loss left me in a difficult position, as I had budgeted my resources carefully for my studies. With no refund and my plans to study abroad now uncertain, I had no choice but to find a job in India to recover from the financial hit. This experience has been both financially and emotionally challenging The refusal to refund my deposit has not only delayed my academic journey but has also placed a significant burden on me. I am certainly working in India to recover financially and my plans to study abroad are now uncertain I respectfully request that the university reconsider their decision and provide a refund of my deposit, as I acted in good faith based on their offer. This refund would help me get back on track. I hope Bournemouth University can take a fair and transparent approach on resolving this matter.

Me and my Nan came to have lunch to celebrate hers and my late grandads 44 year anniversary, and we were left disappointed. Firstly, my nan couldn’t have a decaf tea as there was “no water” and she could only have coffee or hot chocolate. Secondly we wanted to order the sausage and mash however there was no mash and we had to have chips instead. When the food arrived it was luke warm and there was HAIR in both our food.Nan asked to speak to the manager and we found it funny as they managed to give her a cup of decaf tea to say sorry even though there was no water. 😂 Absolutely disgusted, we do not recommend.

Disclaimer. I have never been to this museum. I've been to Poole many times in the past but not for a few decades. So why am I posting a review? See the attached image which appeared on Reddit today and I'm doing my best to distribute the awesome wholesomeness this museum promotes. When I do go to Poole next, this museum will be my first port of call.
