Comfy but not enough hot water for soak in bath

Good value. We ate there, in the evening and for breakfast. There is no lift so we climbed the stairs.

Just wanted to come on here and post about the great service I received. Spent one night here last night and was served by a lovely young woman called Kirstie who did an excellent job! Kirstie look after me and is a credit to Premier Inn. Many thanks Alex

First experience with Premier Inn. Perfect for our needs as needed to be at crem for 10 am . Time of yesr, but I could have done with just a sheet. Duvet to heavy. Paid in advance do great value. Will use again.

Hotel is clean-ish and staff are very friendly and helpful BUT the restaurant is possibly the worst in the UK. This is Fawlty Towers on steroids! You should stay here just to witness the goings on in the restaurant, the total lack of customer service, the ignorance of the staff, the length of time it takes for anything to arrive from the kitchen, if you can persuade any of the staff to come and take your order in the 1st place!!! The apathy towards customers is remarkable, it really is a sitcom in the making here, comedy gold. It should be a tourist attraction for all the wrong reasons. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Nice clean hotel with pub attached, good food and beer.

Stayed at the hotel on 11th May with a group of friends to attend a wedding reception near by. Hotel was nice and clean.Comfortable beds. Check in/out was very quick and easy with the receptionist Tina.Tina even ironed my mates shirt for the wedding! What a star!(hope you enjoyed Italy!) Breakfast(was in the pub next door,Paul Pry) was very nice and the service was excellent from all the staff. Perfect stay for our short stay in Peterborough!

Stayed here on sat 11th May Tina on reception made us feel very welcome and she even went out her way and ironed my mates shirt when it was creased 👍

This should be a 4* review. The hotel itself is clean, beds are comfy and staff were welcoming. But it's 2024 and they want £5 a day for usable WiFi, so the free one is throttled to almost unusable speeds.

No food after 8.30pm Had to go to mc donalds Wife went back to room SHE felt uneasy staff looking her up and down. Parking issue disabled bays blocked by workmen staying at this venue. Bed was very low could have a plinth option to raise bed. Glad cones not used as dangerous. Bathroom could use deep clean floor meets tile needs steam water clean. TOLD cleaner used no good. But needs hand steamer then wipe. Issue gone so easy
