You know what to expect. Decent sized, clean rooms. Close to a main road but sound proofing was reasonable

An older Premier Inn. Friendly reception. Good breakfast. Free parking. Room okay. There are better hotels but there are also many worse ones in the UK. With Premier Inn you avoid unpleasant surprises ;-)

Absolutely exemplary service. The rooms were immaculate and clean, the staff went above and beyond in every way. One night staff member did something so incredibly kind for me during my stay and I can’t thank her enough. Unlimited continental breakfast was wonderful. As many pastries, cereals, bowls of porridge, fruit etc as you could eat. Kitchen and breakfast room staff were also extremely polite and helpful. Thank you to the staff.

And the other guests we met were very friendly also this morning. Breakfast was lovely and filling. Although it was a short stay. We enjoyed it and will be back soon. Usual Premier Inn layout. Very expensive compared to other similar venues, so will use Air BnB in future as this was more expensive than a central London location. Just convenient for us but way overpriced.

Great nights sleep. A little noise from the road but the comfy bed made up for that. Had a great cooked breakfast in the morning and felt really looked after. Angelika and Pat were so welcoming and accommodating, Thank you.

A fairly standard Premier Inn. Room was a very good size and was clean and well presented. Check in is from 3pm unless you want to pay an extra £10 for early check in. Breakfast is available on site and is the standard Premier Inn offering. The restaurant itself was small by most premier inn standards and therefore we had to specify what time we would be coming for breakfast which wasn’t great. The restaurant wasn’t open any other time and there was no bar, however there was a very good pub next door, The Nottingham Knight. There were various vending machines available for snacks and drinks. Plenty of free on site parking

Wow, what a dump! That was my first impression. We were booked in first week of May, 2024. My issue was that the Wi-Fi didn't work. We noticed within 10 minutes of paying for 2 nights at 152 GBP. We decided that we couldn't stay (the girl at the desk couldn't get it working, but said she had it at the front desk, so she didn't know when we checked in, that it wasn't working?) When would it be up and running? Shrug of shoulders. We decided, even though it was a hassle, that we needed it too much to stay, so within 15 minutes of entry we said we were leaving, could we get our money back. No. We left anyway. She decided she could, after all, refund the second night, which a month later, has not come through my VISA, (although every other charge has come through on my trip). I have phoned and complained and asked for a refund, and was told that no Wi-Fi is not a reason to refund (we wouldn't have booked if they had no Wi-Fi). There are laws in my country for not refunding someone for a service that you do not provide. We won't be staying at anymore Premier Inns, and really, there was a much nicer hotel for the same price in Nottingham center. Re-think these "cheap" hotels. You get what you pay for.

Stayed here Saturday 9 March was allocated room 6 room great slept well came down in the morning and purchased 3 breakfast adults as my son and his partner were in another room only to head into breakfast and told 45 min wait?! As others were coming out their rooms snd going into breakfast the girl on the reception was giving our place to them as apparently they had pre booked?! So asked for a refund I was told that I could get a refund and the money would go back on my card I am still waiting for the 29.97 to go back into my account. We ended up eating in the nearby pub Nottingham knight which was indeed great value for money less stress waitress service peaceful and quiet not the crowded tiny room rammed with people you wouldn’t expect on a Sunday morning at breakfast time!

Stayed here a few times recently for business and had a good experience each time. Staff are all friendly and helpful, the cooked breakfast is also nice as it is cooked to order. The only downside is the same for all premier inns which is the WiFi is a rip off, the free one is so slow it might as well not be there and the paid for one is really expensive and isn’t even that fast for the price and you can only have 3 devices, WiFi is such a basic thing these days and really should be included.

Fantastic clean and delicious Cantonese food. Lovely personal customer service and a very high attention to detail. Compared to anywhere else I’ve eaten in Nottingham/Bingham/Grantham area the quality of meat and ingredients is honestly a step above. The only thing I’m disappointed with is that it took me years to find this place. I cannot recommend highly enough. Choose carefully - the food is very fresh and full of flavour. S&P ribs are 11/10, sumptuous black bean sauce, powerful chilli and garlic sauces. I love Chinese food (lived in China Town Manchester and bro lived in Hong Kong for years) and I’m just not going anywhere else from now on! Feel like I’m giving away a secret as well as a review!!

The Botanist run a parent and baby session every Tuesday from 10.30-12.30pm which my wife has been attending with my daughter since she was 4months old (now a year old!). They put out a wide selection of toys and books which little ones can enjoy, and mum enjoys a drink and a pastry all for the friendly price of £4.50. The staff are friendly and you get to meet other local (and further a field) parents, some whose children will be attending the same nursery and/or school as my daughter. It’s a great and unique facility in West Bridgford and comes highly recommended.
