The two ladies at reception were rude, hostile and unwelcoming. Terrible service, weren’t even offered breakfast but then the 2 people who came in after us were. Felt anxious and uneasy the whole stay, definitely one to avoid.

What a lovely location, near a busy road but you wouldn't believe how quiet it is. The staff were superb so friendly and helpful, i wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. There was 2 members of staff from other sites covering for the regular staff and they were great. The pub adjoining the hotel was full of character and food was good there

Barons Quay Shopping Centre, Leicester StreetA very comfortable space but a bit big. High ceiling makes it quite noisy. Not cosy but spacious. Food offer was good and the coffee was very good. Service at a high efficient standard.

Mill Hotel & Spa DestinationThe staff are welcoming, super friendly - the food was really nice. I was annoyed I didn’t have my phone on me to take photos but I had the rump steak (medium rare) and it was cooked to perfection.
