Premier Inn Northampton West (Harpole) hotel in South Northamptonshire

Lovely welcome and easy to check in. Plenty of parking. Family room was great size (Double bed and pull-out single bed). Slightly noisy due overlooking the main road and having an air brick in the wall which meant road noise was not as muffled as if we'd been on other side of the building (which we have been previously). Bathroom nice and clean, with nice smelling toiletries included. Hairdryer and kettle in the room, as well as extra pillows. Breakfast over in Beefeater was usual high standard for premier inn; plenty of seating, and hot food served fresh and very quickly. Good selection of fruit, pastries etc as well as juices and hot drinks. Easy to check out.

Hotel is a bit run down, but Kate in reception would bend over backwards to help her customer.

The room was very low quality as in the bed had a hole in it, walls dirty, and everything else in that room gives a vibe of better sleeping outside. The room price was extremely high for the location of the hotel and the services in general. We ended up leaving the hotel without asking for any refund.😊hope this helps

Stayed here for a night with the family. Friendly welcoming staff, room was clean and the hotel is in a good quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

Not keen on premier inn but the staff in this one where exceptional, from front of desk to the service in the restaurant, probably the best I have been in,well done

Sadly not as nice as we've had before. Room smelt musty, mouldy in bathroom shower, cobwebs above bed and skirting boards didn't look nice. We have used premier Inn for years but this is first time we were so disappointed.

Been informed by the bar manager that we can no longer upgrade our meal deals for unknown reasons, staying here for weeks at time trying to stick to the meal deal meams eating the same meals over and over again. The beefeater in general is in a terrible condition, sticky tables filthy toilets and lacklustre customer service with a chef arguing with a colleague that his clearly raw chicken was infact cooked. The hotel itself is in a prime location located minutes from the M1. Unfortunately the rooms fall far short ! The heating in several rooms DOES NOT work and when asked the staff simply say there's no room to move you. The showers are falling apart and the mattresses are very tired. Not a good overall experience here at all and if it wasn't for the fact that it's booked through a business accounts I very much doubt it would get many repeat customers at all.

Tired and in need of modernisation and refurbishment. Noisy bathroom fan in room next door would’ve kept me awake if it wasn’t for my noise cancelling headphones.

The staff here make up for it's shortcomings. It's clean and comfortable but dated and quite tatty. However the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and were greeted by Marc who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He was the only person serving at breakfast but did the job of five! He was attentive, efficient, and pleasant to everyone even though he was rushed off his feet! Nothing was too much trouble. A credit to Premier Inn and Beefeater.

Excellent location and lovely friendly staff.

Small room and tiny bathroom. Didn't need my expectation of a Premier Inn and this was the 6th one I'd stayed in this year. Usual very comfortable bed. Also expensive.

A lovely hotel. Kate on reception was so helpful. Amazing customer service, she has really gone out of her way to help us. Thanks Kate, you are a a credit to the Premier Inn Brand!! We would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely warm welcome from reception on check in. Staff where very friendly and room was nice and clean.Thank you for the chocolates left in our room by the team. This made my day.Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. One of the best premier inns we have stayed in and Hopefully be back soon. The pub next door was equally good with friendly staff and the food there was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was great value and you can not beat a premier breakfast

Room was ok, small, v.noisy when you turn on the bathroom light. But all clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff.

I've stayed at this Premier Inn quite a few times over the last two years for business conferences. Service from reception has been wonderful, they are always kind and welcoming. It is an older location, but the rooms are always clean and well kept. It's a lovely team they have there and I'm looking forward to my next stay.
