Room was fine. Check in fine, got parked ok. and all was good. no complaints. Checked in at 9.55pm. Went to beefeater pub next door for a drink at 10.10pm to be told rudely it was closed. It still had people sat in there drinking. This was 10.10 on a Saturday night. Rubbish. We walked 10-15min to the New Inn in Newport, and stayed until 12am. Go there rather than the beefeater.

I arrived and was not really made to feel welcome initially and was left waiting in the foyer to be checked in. After making my displeasure aware to staff they became overly friendly. My room was average, a good size but nowhere to store any clothing other than 5 hangers; a drawer would have been nice. The bathroom was good enough and a nice shower. However, 2 nights of the worst sleep I have ever had, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows even worse, they were so thin and soft that they offered no support and may as well not have been there. Also, the temperature control only went down to 19 degrees which is still far too warm for a room at night.

Chose here because it was cheaper than others in the area. It was warn when we stayed. Advertised as having A/C but the temp lowest us set to 19 which was not cool enough for us because the fans barely pushed any cool air out and we were in what appeared to be a newer section of the hotel and the windows did not open. We did ask for a desk top fan which we got and it helped we also were offered a room change but we had already settled in the room. If we stay here again will ask for a room where the windows open

Good location for our visit to the ICC, friendly staff and a good welcome. Rooms were a little tired but comfortable. As it was late and didn't know the area we used the restaurant nearby, which was busy and a little on the expensive side. Breakfast was self serve with plenty of choice. Ample parking.

Decent hotel, fairly quiet location even though your next to a main road and a garden centre, which some rooms overlook!....my only particular gripe is that I stayed on the second floor and the person in the room above me was constantly walking around, this was a little annoying as the floors are wooden and not concrete so every footstep was loud.

Unfortunately this experience is most certainly one to forget. I would like to start with quality which was found wanting and also the pricing which regards to the curry dish is frankly verging on profiteering. We waited 50 minutes for our main course and we were also in a party with food not being served at the same time. The service was most definitely a disaster due to the staffing levels and no matter how many apologies the staff make to you it is a problem for the management to rectify. Weekend can be the busiest times and when you consider that tables are allocated via a booking system, then staffing issues should not arise. Very, very disappointing as it ruined my birthday celebration.

First time coming here and have to say, AMAZING. Came a bit early so we went to the “pub” area of Jenko’s. Staff were very kind and friendly. When it was time to be seated. We were given a nice warm welcome, an introduction on how the place works and how you get your meals done. Very helpful. Foodwise, very good and delicious. They do a good job at catering for celiacs and those who have lactose intolerance. Pricewise, decent. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian is worth every penny. However the sides and drinks, such as chips and Koppabergs, for example were a bit pricey. The atmosphere on Friday nights is great however. People bring their own vinyls in and it’s just a really nice place to be at. Definitely going to come here again. Truly great!

Carvery is poor. Roast potatoes are small and anemic looking, potentially reheated from previous day? No parsnips, the meat was dry and they ration tiny stuffing balls to one per person like they're made of gold.

I've been eating at this Pizza Hut for many, many, MANY years and I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience. The staff are always 10/10 and it's the staff that make the experience a hit or a miss.
