A very nice and easily accessible place, the food and other options around are not many but are still quite good.

Room was clean, but basic and looking a little tired - which was an issue throughout of the hotel as a rule. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at this premier inn on 15/04/25 after making a really late reservation. This was due to having arrived after a 3 hour journey, to a pre booked apartment which was filthy and inhabitable. We booked this hotel and arrived with minutes of our booking. On arrival the front desk staff were polite, friendly & accommodating. As our rooms were not quite ready, and we had explained our stresses we had endured after such a long journey, the staff were extremely hospitable. We were given complimentary drinks whilst waiting for our room to be prepared, and the staff could not do anymore to ensure we were comfortable and tended to all our needs. Once arriving to our room it was so welcoming and clean and well presented. The aroma of cleanliness is one that will always be welcomed. Due to the hospitality of the night staff on that specific evening and the lovely clean and tidy room, I would recommend this hotel for anyone in the area. We shall definitely be retuning.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff at the reception, went out of their way to help us. Could use a bit of renovation in the reception area and outside neon signs.

Me and my family stayed here when visiting Manchester for man united v Southampton match. We done a lot of travelling the day we arrived, our taxi dropped us to the wrong hotel and when it came to check in i was extremely flustered as my card kept playing up. We finally got checked in and headed out to the match and came back that night to a lovely wee bowl of snacks and drinks along with a lovely note from the manager and front of desk. To say I was grateful and it really cheered me up is an understatement. The manager went above and beyond to make check in and the rest of our stay as relaxed as it could be and I just want to thank him so much for this small gesture. (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) We just want to show our appreciation for this. Location for match trips is perfect just a short walk to old Trafford. Breakfast was great and catered well for adults and kids. Comfortable and clean rooms also.

As usual, Premier Inn performed as expected with decent, clean rooms and helpful staff. The location of this hotel is ideal for anyone wanting to go to Old Trafford. Good tram stop nearby gives access to the wider area.

WiFi in hotel was unusable. Couldn’t get a table in an empty restaurant. All the beers on tap were out and parking next door was £11 a night which could only be validated once I believe. Heating/air con seemed to be broken. Just pumping out cold air all day and night.

Great location. You can't normally go wrong with Premier Inn but in this case, we checked into the room only to find urine\toilet paper still in the toilet. Everything else seemed clean spotless so very strange but does question how good a job they do on cleaning and checks. We raised it with the staff downstairs. Breakfast was good except the toaster wasn't working. Had to ask 2 members of staff before it was fixed. By then, we had finished our breakfasts. Both of these are isolated incidents so would be happy to stay again.

Good location. There are quite a few restaurants around the area so that was convenient. Rooms seemed clean and good quality Good breakfast too that was regularly replenished, decent variety, etc. The main downside was the very loud noises in my room, which made it more or less impossible for me to get any sleep. Throughout the night, there was a constant, loud sound from the building’s plumbing (I think that was the source at least). Sound was a bit similar to heavy furniture being dragged over wood or at least thats the best way I can describe it... Wasn't really able to fully fall asleep until 3-4am as the sounds would come in bursts every ~15 minutes or so and they were very loud to the point where I had to sleep with a pillow over my ear. Not sure if was just my room or not that had these issues (Room 1411) but hopefully the building can look into this for future visitors!

Room was fine although we had an accessible room and the bathroom door was not running properly which another reviewer commented on over 3 weeks ago. The food was really poor. The lasagne was just a cheap ready meal. The nacho starter was not as advertised and was just a pile of tortilla chips with squirty cheese and some sour cream. The restaurant kitchen is just a bank of microwaves so really cannot cope with the menu. We had the same meal at the Premier Inn in Carrick Fergus last week and the food was great, cooked in the on site pub. Would not eat here again. Such a waste of money and calories. Got out the extra pillows which smelt of sick so had to ask for replacements and asked for the room to be made up. Got back 6 hours later, new pillows but the room had not been touched. No tea and coffee etc. Bed unmade. These things happen I suppose but no-one has apologised for anything. It's just a huge let down. Will NOT use again. UPDATE Came back from dinner and a manager, Mike, caught us to say he'd gone up to the room and personally made the bed, changed towels, restocked coffee and tea. Many thanks for this Mike. I've changed the one star rating to a 3 star rating now. I hope they appreciate you!

Stayed for two nights, firstly the key cards stopped working on the first evening leaving one of us trapped in the corridor, upon arrival to the room we found it only had towels for one person. We asked for housekeeping the following day and advised only towels for one person, and there were two of us, came back in the early evening to find again only towels for one person. We then went to reception and collected extra towels, then to find out key cards didn't work again on the corridor doors and our room as well, two visits to reception later the front desk person had to come with us in the end to let us in to our room. The front desk doesn't have very attentive staff, our first morning we were stood waiting for a long time, and then a lady came to ask if we wanted breakfast, I asked if someone was on the desk and she said yes I do it all, then on our 2nd evening we had so much back and fore with our cards not working we had to keep retrieving someone from the restaurant to help us.

No heating in the room, only cold air blowing out. Non staff on reception and nobody to complain to! Breakfast was awful. No milk, bread or orange juice, cooked breakfast was warm at best. Staff at breakfast rude and couldn't be bothered. How can you run out of milk at 10:00am in the morning? Avoid this place...

Very slow service. Told menu items not available after our order had been taken to the kitchen. Struggled to order as waitress was overworked. Food arrived before drinks. Miso soup was only liquid to quench my thirst, and it was way too salty. Didn't enjoy the experience at all, as I spent the whole visit trying to get the attention of the staff
