AMAZING LOCATION! Since there are no Turkish reviews about the hotel, I wanted to write a detailed review. First of all, the hotel also includes the historic building of the “General Lying in Hospital”, a historic maternity hospital in London. Our room was in this historic building. The entrance to the hotel is from the 14-story plaza section. The elevators also work in this 14-story hotel building. If you are on the historic side, you go to the other building with a few steps after getting off the elevator. The old hospital section is 3 stories. If your room is on the 12th floor or higher, you can also see the Big Ben, London Eye, and the Parliament Building. You make your reservation for the hotel through its own website and you can check in at the check-in machines at the entrance and get your room entrance card. The hotel check-in time is 15:00. We arrived early in the morning and left our luggage in the storage area free of charge. When we left the hotel, we left our luggage in the storage area free of charge and picked it up in the evening. Location: 10/10. It is located just behind the London Eye and a 3-minute walk from Westminster Bridge. We started the day by walking on Westminster Bridge every morning and enjoying the view of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. There is M&S Food 300 meters from the hotel, where you can shop for food/beverage. There are also coffee/bakery chains such as Gails and Starbucks 250 meters away. If you are coming from Gatwick Airport, it is a 7-8-minute walk to Waterloo train station. It is a 5-minute walk to Waterloo tube station. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Rooms: 7/10. The rooms are small but functional. The bed is very comfortable. It is very quiet at night. The window is completely locked, so it cannot be opened, this is a minus. The bathroom is adequate. There is no wardrobe with a door in the room, there are only hangers. There is no mini fridge in the room, which is a big deficiency. And most importantly, there are no slippers in the room. When I asked at the reception, I learned that they did not have any. We did not have any problems since we brought two plug converters with us, but if you forget them, they are sold at the hotel for a high price of 8GBP each. Amenities: 5/10. No minibar, no water service in the room. Room cleaning is done if you request it, you can request it every day, there is no limit. There are vending machines at the entrance where you can buy products such as drinks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, but the prices are high. Instead, you can choose the M&S Food market very close by. We preferred without breakfast (breakfast is 13GBP per person), and we usually had our breakfast at Gails or M&S Food nearby. Prices: Prices are better than the hotels found on chain hotel search sites. When you look at it according to its location, it can be called f/p. If you have luxury or high comfort expectations, you should not choose it. In short; if the price is attractive on the date you will travel, you can make a reservation without hesitation.

The staff are friendly and as helpful as they can be, the restaurant is really good too. I booked a wheelchair accessible room which is 1. Only accessible with assistance from staff to operate a platform lift. 2. For staff to open the second leaf of a door as the single is too narrow for a wheelchair. 3. This means you have to rely on passing guests to alert reception that you would like to leave your room so that they can open the door and operate the lift (no working intercom) 4. Inside the room, coat hooks and shelves are at standing height. 5. The mirror for the hair dryer is at standing height. 6. The curtains are not accessible by wheelchair to draw them. 7. No shelf in the shower to place bottles on etc.

Somebody stands there supervising your check-in process and refuses to do it themselves. The other hotel that Google accidentally directed us to in error, however, did offer to expeditiously check us in even though it was for another nearby location in the end. Rooms were small with very limited room for clothes. Bathtubs were tall to get in and slippery to shower in with half a glass door that made the whole floor wet and soaked our second towel. Breakfast was great, but watch out for people without manners pushing and shoving around the buffet. Was able to leave bags for the day's exploration without an issue. Stopped someone who tried to enter behind us at night without an access card and front desk flagged them and stopped them until their "friend" could come get them. Short 5-7 minute walk to London Eye if you have $'s as well as nearby subway station, and also nicely located near Waterloo BR/Eurostar train station.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, and you can tell it's brand new. The surroundings are perfect. It shut down by it self and even when it’s on it was very cold. We told the reception about that but nothing happened. My children suffered from this atmosphere and get cold. Another negative thing was when asked for room service they don't send it and we have to stay in a dirty room because of unprofessional employees. We honestly didn’t enjoy any minute there and will never repeat this experience with any hotel of premier inn and never recommend it to anyone. Sorry to be there

Now, I thought that 4-star hotels would be like those in Spain, and no. This one has no telephone, no safe, no mini bar, no amenities (you can buy them in a vending machine), no towels (you have to ask for them at reception). But still, I would repeat.

The room isn't big, but big enough for people who spend their days touring the city. The room itself is clean and the bed is very comfy (positively surprised me). The location is also great. A few minutes walk to Big Ben and close to 2 tube stations (Waterloo and Westminster). There is also an option for breakfast and dinner. We took the breakfast option. The variety in breakfast isn't very big, but if you compare it to the costs it is ok (kids don't pay so I payed just 13 pounds for the both of us). I would like some salad or more vegetables at breakfast though.

I often stay in Premier Inn’s because generally you know what you’re getting and I’ve never had any reason to complain. This hotel is in a great location, staff are helpful and the rooms are a little on the small side, but fine. But if you want any sleep, do not stay in room 103. I can’t comment on any of the other rooms but 103 was horrendous for noise. I was kept awake well into the early hours and woken early with the noise from other people’s bathrooms, traffic (so loud you would think the windows were open) but worst of all was the constant bumping/banging of some sort of door or a gate or something… every few minutes. There was no phone in the room (to call reception and request to be moved). To make matters worse, the wifi was shockingly bad and the room seemed to be in an area with very minimal signal so I couldn’t even use my own data. Thankfully I only stayed for 1 night, I couldn’t have suffered another night with hardly any sleep.

I spent one night here with my granddaughter and everything was fine. We had breakfast with good vegetarian options for me. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect. A great location close to Waterloo station.

Fantastic experience! Staff were hospitable and very helpful when we needed taxis, questions or directions. Rooms were clean and comfy. Perfect location in Westminster area. Walking distance to many London highlights. Starbucks right across from the hotel. Lol Would definitely stay again.

The location is unbeatable, in the center of London, two minutes from the London Eye and Waterloo train station as well. Clean rooms. Breakfast at this hotel is very well priced and has many vegan options. We will repeat for sure!

Très bien situé , belle chambre , par contre je ne recommande pas le restaurant... Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles je trouve que ce n'est pas adapté malheureusement...

I was looking for a late dinner option and found this place listed as being inside the hotel. When I inquired where it was, I was told by staff that it does not exist. There is another dining option in the Park Plaza London Riverbank, but it closes at 10 p.m.

Walked out of there today. The guy cooking chicken has a long beard down to his chest. No net on it. Unhygienic and disgusting

Absolutely awful, really bad quality Discovered the duck was not made in house hence it was mainly fat and soft jelly-like in most parts the rest wasn’t much better Will not be going back which is a shame as the staff were lovely

Fantastic. Great food, I particularly liked the egg — and Harry served the bangers & mash! 😜
