The location is the strong point of this hotel. We are staying there as a family and the room is a disaster… a horrible musty smell. I asked to clean the mold that was on the pseudo window (should I say the skylight!) of the room. My daughter has asthma, it’s very complicated. Everything smells musty, I am very disappointed with this hotel. We stayed there a few years ago, it no longer has anything to do with what we experienced.

Hotel in an excellent location at fair prices. Abundant and quality breakfast. Perfect soundproofing of the rooms. The only criticism is the blocked window which does not allow for fresh air. The bidet is missing. A heartfelt thanks to Dana, Orlando and the breakfast staff.

Great everything! Our absolute highlight was at breakfast when my daughter had a happy birthday headband on, and the lovely staff appeared with a warm chocolate brownie and whipped creamed with happy birthday written on it and sang to her without any prompt or request! Really made our stay 😀

Impossible to get hold of the hotel reception. I lost a high value item there. Called the hotel 8 times over the next 2 days, no one ever answers the phone. I then called customer reservation team who could get hold of the branch staff but by the time the call was transferred no one answers again. This is absolutely appalling. If anyone wants to investigate, reservation number BBY5372083.

We recommend this hotel for its excellent location and rest. It is soundproofed and rest is more than guaranteed. It sleeps 10. The breakfasts are very varied, and you have a lot to choose from. Now, I thought that 4-star hotels would be like those in Spain, and no. This one has no telephone, no safe, no mini bar, no amenities (you can buy them in a vending machine), no towels (you have to ask for them at reception). But still, I would repeat.

Very small rooms, which is to be expected in Europe. At the end of the day, there are two reasons to book this hotel: Price & Location. Price was super affordable and location was perfect! Unfortunately the front desk does charge you if you request to check in early even if your room is already ready. Depending on how much sooner you can check in, it may be worth it. We opted to check in early.

We stayed last weekend & everything was fine (check-in, location, service), apart from the room! All the bedding was damp! When we checked in we noticed it was a bit damp, but thought it had just been washed, but when we returned later it was worse! The staff did what they could, but it meant that we had to change all the bedding at midnight. Next morning we realised that the damp was coming from the bathroom & making the bed damp. Worse thing is we have made a complaint & a week later not even an apology! Not impressed Lenny!! They have issued a full refund & apology, 5* thank you premier Inn!

We booked room 1402 and I have to say the best room for a cheap price and a view that ever gets bored, staff have been next level everthing we have needed they have been there for us, was our sons 13th and they give and give for us, would recommend staying again. So if your looking for a room with a view for a good price ask for 1402 and you won't be disappointed trust me. Celing to floor glass windows perfect.

I am staying at the Premier Inn hotel at Waterloo for a visit to London with my 12 year old son. This hotel is great value for money. The room isn't big, but big enough for people who spend their days touring the city. The room itself is clean and the bed is very comfy (positively surprised me). The location is also great. A few minutes walk to Big Ben and close to 2 tube stations (Waterloo and Westminster). There is also an option for breakfast and dinner. We took the breakfast option. The variety in breakfast isn't very big, but if you compare it to the costs it is ok (kids don't pay so I payed just 13 pounds for the both of us). I would like some salad or more vegetables at breakfast though.

Premier Inn London Waterloo (Westminster Bridge) boasts an unbeatable location near major attractions and transport links. Guests appreciate the clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Spectacular views from higher floors add to the appeal. While some find rooms compact and breakfast basic, the value for money and prime location make it a top choice for travelers seeking a convenient and budget-friendly stay in central London.

I often stay in Premier Inn’s because generally you know what you’re getting and I’ve never had any reason to complain. This hotel is in a great location, staff are helpful and the rooms are a little on the small side, but fine. But if you want any sleep, do not stay in room 103. I can’t comment on any of the other rooms but 103 was horrendous for noise. I was kept awake well into the early hours and woken early with the noise from other people’s bathrooms, traffic (so loud you would think the windows were open) but worst of all was the constant bumping/banging of some sort of door or a gate or something… every few minutes. There was no phone in the room (to call reception and request to be moved). To make matters worse, the wifi was shockingly bad and the room seemed to be in an area with very minimal signal so I couldn’t even use my own data. Thankfully I only stayed for 1 night, I couldn’t have suffered another night with hardly any sleep.

Super central hotel, 3 minutes from the London Eye. Next to the Waterloo metro stop so it is very well connected. My room was spacious and very clean, if you want them to make your room you have to let me know (if you don't let me know they won't make it). The breakfast is very correct and children do not pay. To highlight the kindness of Sofia at the reception who speaks Spanish and gave us a lot of advice! I recommend it without a doubt!

Great location overlooking parliament and Big Ben, Waterloo station 5mins. Room on top 14th floor, small family room. Clean, quiet and usual premier inn standard. Although shower screen seal was broken and leaked water onto floor. Wasn't bothered as we were only staying overnight but would have been a problem if staying longer. Staff courteous and efficient, stored bags after checking out so we could make the most of our last day. Breakfast good as usual, hot, cold, pastries buffet. Good stay overall. A wonderful hotel near Waterloo station. We stayed here for about 6 nights when visiting London with our 3yo. The staff is wonderful and very friendly especially towards kids. Cleaning has to be requested before 12 noon at the front desk downstairs. The rooms include amenities like soap but if you need slippers or tooth brushes you will need to buy them at the lobby from the vending machines. We did have the breakfast here on our first morning and it’s an all you can eat English breakfast. The breakfast is decent. Since we like exploring food options we opted to try out other places for breakfast the remaining days. We had a room with view of the London Eye which is beautiful at night.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There are some cons and pros: Pros: Location is so good, and it is close to everything within 30 minutes of walk. Big Ben and London Eye is steps away, and many small grocery stores nearby. Waterloo Station is 2 mins walk. Room is quiet. Staff is friendly. Cons: Internet speed is very slow. Room is a bit colder as there is only one AC in the room. No fan in the bathroom, The room is very tiny with no microwave or small fridge as other basic hotel. Very few choices with TV channel. For the price I paid, it is still a decent choice

Disappointing New Year's Eve experience at Mezemiso! We were really looking forward to our New Year's Eve at Mezemiso in London, but unfortunately we were disappointed. Although we had reserved a table inside, due to lack of space we were seated outside on the terrace, which was uncomfortable in the cold and windy temperatures. To our surprise, we had to “buy” two shishas or cigars worth £50-60 per couple, even if we are not smokers - we would still be charged for this cost, which was not communicated in advance! In addition, we were surprised by the amount of the tip - 12.7% of the total bill, which seemed unreasonably high to us. The food was also disappointing. For a price of £95 per plate we expected far more. In our hometown of Mannheim we get significantly better and tastier dishes for the same price. We only liked the starters and the künefe at the end. The waiters were very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately even the excellent service could not compensate for the excessive prices and disappointing food. In total we paid around €750 for two couples and would have been better off spending the money elsewhere. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant and will certainly not come back.

Maybe the worst food I’ve ever had while traveling. It was inedible. The only thing that wasn’t disgusting was the fries. The chicken skewers with BBQ sauce and cherries should never see the light of day. This is a tourist trap to the nth degree and only exists because of its location. I would urge anyone to never eat here. Truly terrible food.

It's hit or miss with this place depending on their mood, it's too expensive for what you get, although the food quality can be very good on occasions, however marketing tackticks are now being used on unaware customers, like over friendly service one day and extra size portions, and then the next visit small portions rude service like wispering to colleague in romanian.
