Good coffee, however getting expensive..

Nice place to enjoy quick snack or coffee. Good value for money, liked their pastry and it's cheaper than Starbucks, would say even better taste than SB. Quick and polite service, clean place, didn't visit toilet thou.

Good if you need a semi-quiet place to have an informal phone call. The frappe and tea are a miss for me and this was disappointimg considering the price. Servers are lovely.

If youte looking for overpriced, poor quality coffee, served up by an ignorant surly barrista, cafe nero hits the spot. There i was thinking customer service was supposed to include manners.

The manager and her team are very wonderful. They are amazing and a nice family . The manager and all support staff are always with a smile.

Go very early around 7 and 8 to get best experience

Yana is always providing a excelent customer service. I am happy with the taste of the coffee here and the athmosfere is welcoming and joyfull. I will recomand Nero Streatham if you want a good coffee and a nice selection of food and drinks.

The tables are dirty, the staff don't care about it.

very slow service a few days ago I was waiting in line the shop inside was dirty dishes and glasses everywhere on the tables the kid behind the bar alone trying to serve 4 people at the same time in a red shirt I think he was in his training while his colleague in a black shirt logically it would be the manager sitting on his cell phone all the time shame. I will never step foot in this store again.

Great spot for a relaxed coffee and cake. Friendly staff, White mocha was not as good as Iv had elsewhere but cake was delicious

The staff currently seem to be closing whenever they feel like it. Doors are barricaded with cleaning signs. Bizarre.

I'm absolutely appalled with service in Streatham , they give me the incorrect change and when they stamped my card they didn't give it back and said its full when the trainee wasn't knowing what he was doing. The staff need better training especially greeting and being generous with the customers.

Pleasant interior and music. The one place on the high street that opens before 7! However, the SLOWEST barista known to man. More than happy to wash pots before dealing with me. Not too happy

I usually order through uber eats from this place because their food and drink is just as good (maybe not AS hot, but duh) and no need for social interaction. But I went in today and and the staff were lovely! No need to be scared guys! 😃 i 100% prefer the Tuna Melt paninis here when comparing with surrounding Coffee shops 😁 and cakes are SO worth the price!

A lovely relaxed atmosphere where I could happily sit on my own! I needed to kill a bit of time between a blood test and going to work so did just that.

Good coffee and friendly team. They do need to however refresh the decor and lift it up. It’s looking a bit tired on the inside (if you sit in).

Several very tasty vegan selections. They could do with more than one public toilet, though. Or put a handwashing sink in the hall outside, since that's what many people want before they eat... 🤔

Comfortable place with excellent coffee and decent food

Staff need training in customer service really. I've been in many times before and had a lovely experience, but today, 01.10.22, the man/boy on the till just acted like he couldn't be bothered and didn't want to serve us. Update on 15.11.22 Went in today and staff were okay. Mostly talking amongst themselves while asking me what I wanted, but they seemed friendly and happy to serve today which was nice.

Well. I must say my visit today 26-10-22 was lovely, peaceful and welcoming the lady in charge has great people skills... and very attentive. The coffee was great... and atmosphere cosy... keep it up cafe Nero ❣👌

I went with my boyfriend this afternoon at 17.25 for a coffee, we asked if we could sit down and the boy said yes but he would serve us coffee in the take away cup. I asked for my drink from a girl who as soon as I asked for a hot chocolate she looked at me terribly and started insulting me so much that I decided to go. I am a regular costumer but after today I think I will never set foot in this shop again

Unfortunately since the management has changed it seems the coffee making standard is gone out of the window and no wonder with this high rate of staff turnover. “The fish smells from the head” Otherwise nice place, despite the dangerous area into which Streatham is turning to, but I would still think twice before returning there.

Staff are friendly once they get to know you. Belgian chocolate cake is moist and not too sickly sweet. Drinks are nearly always made to my specification. WiFi is very flaky.

Good selection of sandwiches, toasties and cakes. Lots of places to sit. Relaxed atmosphere.

Shocking customer service i ask the batista for key to use toilet 🚻 he told me only for customer I told him I use the gents after I'll make decision he told I have to make order first and then I give you access he's been useless unhelpful. 👎👎👎👎

Been coming here religiously for many years, lovely coffee and a relaxed spot to work or meet a friend. Toilets are a bit yucky, but some people just can't help themselves can they?

This place is fine it gives you an opportunity to sit on the pavement and watch the world go by whilst having tour coffee.

This specific branch is probably my favourite. I used to come here all the time with my baby. I love they're white chocolate mocha whole they play jazz music.the staff are always friendly to the point they'll remember you and what drink you always order which feels welcoming to a customer.

The coffee is not so good in this shop

This is my favourite Cafe Nero cafe out of them all. I normally go at around 8.30am, it's quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Plays classical music quietly in the background, the Times newspaper is on offer to read, all the normal coffees are available. Porridge is really good, jam/honey optional. Service good, prompt couteous and nothing is too much trouble. All in all a great start to the day!!!

It's very peaceful and they have pilot staffs and of course the coffee is really good 😁 I will be looking forward to visit again.

Great coffee place. As with all the Caffe Nero branches this particular one has a very nice and cosy setting. Nice and spacious inside and a good place to work from. Good WiFi connection as well. Coffee is great to and a good assortment of things to eat. Chocolate muffin and cappuccino are a great combo!

Only popped in for a quick snack / drink, cappuccino was decent and the mushroom mascarpone toasted sandwich is banging! Haha.

I like the fact that the layout is ideal for catch ups with friends, relaxing on your own on one of their comfy settees/chairs or at the back on your laptop. I’ve always found the staff pleasant and the coffee and pastries nice. The down side is the staff do need to keep on top of the overall cleaning of the shop, removing the used cups and trays and definitely the toilet. Also the past couple of times I’ve been there and ordered pastries I’ve found myself battling to keep the little flies off of it! This is incredibly off putting and I have seen other reviews stating the same thing, take note or lose customers! Especially with the being so many places to go for coffee in Streatham now.

Nice cosy little place. If you need a place to go chill whilst you wait for a bus or a friend then go here. Free WiFi too so you could even check your emails.

The entrance/exit door is a hazard!. Atompshere(warm) great with Excellent coffee and my favourite caramel cheesecake; However that door is not friendly to the some many customers I saw struggle and elderly couldn't push/pull it. Get an Automatic door..

Too cold. Should be cosey but it's freezing. Were they trying to get rid of us? But otherwise it's a nice Nero's. Shame.

Friendly environment. Wi-Fi is free and they have seating next to electric plugs to charge and/or use laptops and phones. So your can sit there for hours online. Bring a game of cards and play in warmth.
