Very well located, the bedding is of unrivaled comfort and the staff are truly welcoming and attentive. But the price is not justifiable especially when the restaurant is closed for work.

Great location for st. Pancras, king's cross, Euston and Coal drops yard. Premier plus rooms are great value. Late checkout 12 pm is a bonus. Very happy to store luggage. The staff are lovely apart from Reception who could be a little quicker. But that is the only criticism.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights with my family at the end of July. From the moment we entered the hotel we felt at ease, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 2nd day we had a bit of an issue with our bathroom, couldn't be sorted straight away so the team moved us to a new room and gave us a free round of drinks at the bar. The receptionist/waitress Sophie was lovely as was the young guy who sorted our room change. If we go again, I would stay there again.

Problem with all premier inns is the lighting. Impossible to get ready properly. And also what’s with the body wash that doubles up as a shampoo? I’d say bring your own but if you have hair, be warned, the water pressure is terrible!

I was looking for this hotel for my next city trip to London. But alas, but alas. An online reservation via their website appears to have been successful, but after 24 hours there was neither a booking confirmation via e.mail nor a debit from the credit card. It can happen, I think Contact: But here too: none! The two Premier Inn telephone numbers in London lead to the same queue from which you are kicked out after 5 minutes with a meaningless sorry remark. Yep, I tried the game a total of 11 times between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. without any success. Well, if trying to book is so chaotic, then I'm just as keen on this hotel chain as they are obviously on guests. I strongly advise against booking in Premier Inn hotels! Zero points and all thumbs down.

This is one Premier Inn where you cannot stop or park outside (like at Gatwick airport/North terminal) as it is situated on a red route..meaning..no excuse at all..to stop,pause,park...but you can go behind to be dropped off..as there are some metered parking...once in the entrance there are either stairs or 3 lifts to take you to the 1st floor for reception...smaller than some receptions, but was seen almost immediately, even though it was busy,as we arrived a little after 10.30am when breakfasts are being served. Opposite reception, is a Bar and seating area, and coffee to buy..which I had Latte it was lovely!...our room wasnt quite ready as we got there early...but if you pay £10 you can have your room from 11am instead of 3pm usual time. As we wanted to go somewhere they gappily looked after our cases in their office where it was safe...until we returned. Our rooms were of Premier Inn quality, clean, aired, freshly done, and welcoming.

I am from Germany. We stayed in Premie Inn London st. Pancras in October 2023 for a week in a family room. At the time of booking we have made complete payment. When we reached in hotel on first day they asked us for master card and they booked the same amount again from our card. We didn't realize that and later in Decemebr when we realized my family in London went to the hotel and met the manager and showed her proof of double charges. Manager could also confirm double charges in hotel's record. She admitted that it was a mistake in sytem that might have caused double payments. She sent an application to their central office with all details and proofs. But we didnt receive any money back and not even any response from hotel. My family again met manager and she sent application again and until now we are not contacted and we didnt get our money. Manager says she cannot help further. The bill was around 1200 Pounds (1300 plus Euros). its a huge amount. The service in hotel was fine, but the main office is terrible. if we didnt get our money reimbursed, we'll take legal action against Premier inn. So, warning for everyone planning to stay with premier Inn, have a good look on the charges, you might end up paying twice :( Below I have copied another recent comment by Haika Fitri with the same complain (double charges and reimbursement). It confirms my experience. Haikal Fitri a month ago on Google 1/5 Holiday ❘ Couple I was charged twice on my booking for my Honeymoon trip. Prior to check-out, they told me that they would helped me out with the refund process but they have yet get back to me. I tried calling the reception desks many times using the contact given on the website, but they never picked up the phone even during the non-busy periods. I tried to email them given by the security staff but I got no email response back either. The hotel has a great location area but service wise and pro-activeness from the staff I’m not so sure. Always get a premier plus room for the extra space and to be on a quiet floor. However, as with all London budget hotels it's vastly over priced considering there appears to be little choice at breakfast and you have to expressly request a room service each day. The company does not employ enough staff to run a hotel of this size so, consequently the staff are usually run ragged.

I’ve chosen this one for the location btw Euston & King’s Cross stations. There are two Premier Inns in the area, I got in the one closer to the king’s Cross. Check the post code in your booking. The staff are welcome and the family rooms are of decent size. However, the cleaning service is not the best, I asked them to clean my room and they did but still left somethings not cleaned. One disappointing thing is that they got three lifts and during my stay two of them were not working and the one working is yet slow. We couldn’t take the stairs because the baby stroller. Stayed here for a total of 9 nights. There was no one at check in when i arrived around 5pm. For housekeeping you will have to request every single day before 12pm to get your rooms done which is absurd. The term housekeeping in premier inn is just replacing towels. No linens were changed, used cups were not cleaned/replaced, carpet was not vacummed, tea/coffee were not replenished. You only get to change linen after your 6th night and a full housekeeping. There was also no mini fridge in the room. Ironing board you will have to request from the reception. Amenities such as shower cap, shampoo, toothbrush set were not provided and you will have to purchase on your own, hotel does not provide! So take note before booking this hotel. There is also no in-room phone. So every single thing that you need you will have to trouble yourself to go down to the reception to ask. Lol its crazy. One of the night the housekeeper did not clean our rooms when we have already requested for it. So we have to get our own towels from the reception. Its more of a “aparthotel” rather than a sole hotel. Windows cant be open for fresh air or to get rid of food smell in the room. No heater in the room to warm yourself. Will i recommend for long stays? No! Just top up a few hundred bucks to get yourself a proper stay at Holiday Inn or similar. The only pros is that you can store your lugagges for free.

Location is really good, but unfortunately the service was completely overwhelmed. We were there for 6 nights and despite repeated requests, the room wasn't even cleaned, there were only fresh towels at the reception. The queen-size bed was covered with a single bed cover that was too small and therefore came loose at night. I chose this hotel solely because of its location. There are no amenities provided, so take everything with you. There's a broken hair dryer, no exhaust fan, and the windows don't open, so it stinks. If you go as a couple, you also have to share the bathroom smell. Of course, there are no slippers, so take them with you, and the black woman working there always has an annoying attitude. Your average Premier Inn, with well below average service. Let’s start with the positives: • Lovely big bedroom • Bedroom super clean • All bedding and towels soft and fresh And the negatives: • Staff are rude, abrasive and not customer oriented • The shower door didn’t close properly, this meant water could easily leak • Our ‘double’ bed was two singles pushed together • Terrible breakfast service The staff at this hotel are the biggest let down. Simple but slow check in, got to the room and found only 1 towel. Went back to reception to ask for another, the lady at the desk first questioned if I’d looked hard enough for the second towel. Made it very clear that I had checked, she then said “well we have none left”. In a massive hotel? Turned out they did have more - she just didn’t want to go and get them. Had to wait nearly 10 mins for her to go and find one from laundry. We went down for breakfast just after 9am - understandably a busy time on a Sunday. However, had to queue for 5 mins just to get checked in to breakfast - then had to wait again for a clean table. Got some drinks and went for hot food - of which there was very little, and in the 30 mins we were at breakfast, missing items were not replenished. Came back to our table to find juice had been spilled on a seat due to the wobbly table. Asked the cleaner Sinead and her colleague if we could have a new chair, she was very abrupt and insisted we just move all our stuff to another table? We asked for a hand moving all our stuff and they refused to help - just stood and watched us. When we got to the new table, it was even more wobbly, sticky and dirty - and they wouldn’t clean it for us. They kept glaring at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. A smaller issue in the room was the positioning of the arm chair, squashed between desk and window, meant that as soon as you go to stand up, your arm gets bashed off the corner of the desk - incredibly sore!! Overall, major retraining needed for the staff. I’ve worked in hospitality for several years and this is some of the worst attitude and service I’ve ever seen. I don’t even feel my comments fully show just how awful it was.

Nice room for a fair price. Good location! Unfortunately we experienced several times lack of information from the staff/reception when we checked in, during our stay and on the the day before checking out. The day before checking out we asked the staff about possibly paying for delaying the check out time. We where told that it was against company policy but they could storage our luggage after check out time. When we checked out we where informed that the hotel had no space for our luggage (first come first serve) and we had to find a solution on our own. Unexpected, bad service, time consuming and expensive for our last day in London. Give proper information and give your customers the chance to plan ahead. Make sure your guests have good options and get good advice. You had 1 person in the reception on a Sunday around check out time. It was impossible to get help while 1 person is taking care of people checking in and out.

Always go for premier inn for nights before travelling as usually ideal and reasonably priced. Was getting the 5am Eurostar so chose this one. It had only location as a pro. Here are the cons: No check in machines working Only one member of staff - long queues Pillows flat Duvets too thick, room was so hot we could hardly sleep. No air con. Noise from the busy road, sirens kept waking our children. Baby cot was awful, dirty and did not provide a mattress. Was expecting our 1 year old to sleep on the hard surface, harder than the floor! You wouldn’t expect that of an adult so why an Infant? I did complain at the hotel but, the staff didn’t care and said it’s just the cots we have, gave me a blanket but, wasn’t safe enough so baby had to sleep in with me! Hairdryer didn’t work The elevators don’t work - we had luggage and a buggy so couldn’t take the stairs. Had to wait ages at 5am for one that worked. Do not recommend this one

We had a really bad experience at the Hansom restaurant today. We went to celebrate my mum's 70th birthday and had booked afternoon tea. We were 4 adults and 2 small children so made a reservation for 6. My husband is diabetic so can't have cakes. When we arrived we were told by the front of house lady that we HAD to order 4 afternoon teas because the reservation was made for 4 adults and the tea was preordered the day before. It felt very condesending and we felt talked down to. If that indeed is the policy, it was not made clear in the reservation and I was made to believe I was in the wrong and trying to weasel out of an agreement. Now we've been to afternoon tea at plenty of different hotels including the Ritz and Dorchester and have never been told that. It felt really embarrassing and not at all pleasant. This staff member handled this situation extremely poorly. I wanted to leave at that point and was thorougly embarrased for my mum who we wanted to have a good time for her birthday. The front of house person was rude and very aggressive when she told us that and stormed off to talk to her manager only to come back to tell us that they were OK to let us order 2 afternoon teas and 2 courses of their normal menu for the other party which we agreed to but it did really dampen the mood and from then on it was just a sh@tshow. It took them probably 45 minutes from arriving to take our order. We finally received 2 plates of sandwiches and food for the children. We had ordered chicken and ice cream. They brought the chicken and left the ice cream sitting out until the kids were finished with their main course so the ice cream was liquid. The main courses arrived, but no cakes. The steak was also over peppered unfortunately. We spilled water but no one cleaned it up or offered a new napkin. Plates weren't cleared, we had to call waiters over to ask for small plates to eat the sandwiches from. 2 hours in there still wasn't any sight of any scones or cakes. By that point my kids were super tired and fed up and frankly we just wanted to go home. I complained to the same lady (front of house) and got told it was standard practice to leave a decent amount of time between courses. I don't think 2 hours is reasonable to wait for scones and cakes! This certainly did not happen the last time I went here for afternoon tea. I told her that we actually just wanted to go home and nobody was in the mood for cakes anymore, that we really weren't happy and frankly super disappointed with the service. She was snide, unapologetic and just kept saying let me check. Finally her manager came over and offered us a reduction in the bill and packaged up the cakes to go. It was a thoroughly underwhelming experience where no proper afternoon tea was had. I had let them know in the reservation that it was for a big birthday, but nothing was done for my mum to make it special. It also didn't feel particularly child friendly and welcoming to a family with 2 young children. The only saving grace was that we were all together, but the day was throughly ruined by the experience. Very very shoddy! Cannot recommend. Overpriced and awful service!
