I recently stayed at Premier Inn Hackney with a friend, and it was an amazing experience! The room was spotlessly clean, and we had the best breakfast. The manager was handling everything himself, yet he still took the time to check on the breakfast service, ensuring everything was perfect. When we checked out, he even asked if we wanted to leave our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at this location, and the service from the team was priceless – everyone was so friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was fantastic! The only downside was a strange smell in the corridors, but the manager informed me that the hotel will be refurbished soon and assured me that next time, I’ll be staying in brand-new rooms. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Hackney, London. The location was central and convenient for everything I needed. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. A special shout-out to Christina at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and made my stay even better! I also had breakfast one morning, and it was quite good. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal for those who travel to watch concerts, shows, sports competitions. Very conveniently located with fast links to all areas of London. Great prices, very friendly staff, clean rooms, good food. I recommend this hotel!!!

Amazing Budget Hotel, Better Than Expected Place! A bit of a late review but here it goes. We stayed at this hotel for a 4-night stay during our visit to The UK (London) in August 2024. Reservations went smoothly. When we arrived we were cordially welcomed. The staff made sure our needs were met. We found some issues (i.e. hair dryer not working) but these were easily take care of. Room was quite roomy and overall look was better than expected. Best part was breakfast, a real authentic English-style breakfast. That of course we had to pay extra but was worth it. If we ever come to visit London we will certainly chose to come here again. BTW; distance to downtown wasn't too bad either, taking around 20 minutes by bus or the Overground which both were within walking distance.

Room was grubby, damp and stale, furniture old and broken, bathroom tap didn't have hot water and the bathroom was mouldy. Bed was comfy and clean but the room, hall and elevator smelled so bad, like hot cleaning products covering up another worse damp smell. Staff were really friendly and helpful though, location was good, but wouldn't stay again as it was just so grim.

The room was VERY warm, without opening windows or any good ventilation. As well as the strong smell of the cleaning supplies that could not be aired out because of that reason. It made it hard to get sleep and we kept waking up due to discomfort. The halls and elevator smelt strange too.. Though the staff were very friendly and made the stay endurable for the two nights. This was in October.

Room very shabby. Heating controller in the room didn't work. Curtains missing fittings. Astonishingly bad for such a renowned brand. Needs a refurb, yes but so much could be improved with easy fixes if the will was there.

We stayed at the Premier Inn at Hackney for 2 nights when we came up from Devon to attend a concert. The first night there was only 1 chef in the kitchen (Abul) even so we did not have to wait long, the food came out piping hot and everything was lovely. All the staff were very attentive. I would reccommend here.

The room stinks of smoke, when I flagged this up I couldn’t be moved rooms and was told it was my fault I didn’t say something earlier. The smell should be recognised by the cleaners before I get to the room!!

It’s a premier inn. Checkin fine. Lifts work. Staff very friendly. But it does basically smell a bit of rat piss…

Clean and quiet room. Very kind staff. Convenient location for Dalston Junction tube within walking distance. A special thank you to Angela for the nice breakfast and the friendliness.

Helpful staff and great service, rooms and location just fine for London business trip

Really pleasant work overnight stay. Room clean, bed comfortable, staff very friendly and couldn’t do more to help and the food was surprisingly really good. Expected general chain pub grub, but it was fresh, tasty and good portions. Ok, so there are a few decorating touch ups to be done, but this doesn’t affect the visit in any way. Great stay and will use again.

extremely polite and helpful check in staff but the window didn't open and air con was very weak meaning the air was quite stale and warm in my room so I barely slept.

Stayed at this hotel several times and always satisfied. However, during our last stay end August our room smelt of cigarettes and due to the faulty ventilation we couldn’t get rid of it. Second set of towels didn’ t arrive till end of day 2 and not 1 but both elevators were out of order for the entire stay. For complaints we were referred to the main office.

The smell of carpet as you wait for lift is something like lots of dead bodies buried in the seller. There is also no place for smoking like outdoor balconies or tarace rooms quite staffed as yu can't open the windows.

The lifts were out and we had to get to the 5th floor..the manager took our luggage up for us. Being an older adult, this was greatly appreciated! Very friendly staff.

Back in London again, but this time with some business. Of course I chose the same hotel without thinking. The simplicity and beauty of this hotel amazes me in a pleasant way. I felt just as well as a few weeks ago when I was here with my family. Congratulations to the staff who do an exemplary job. Once again, I wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay ,we were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely treat . Fifteen mins walk from victoria tube station . Would not stay anywhere else when visiting London .In the heart of Islington, plenty of shops and restaurants to try . Read more

It was the best holiday in london in my entire life! Cheap/best services/and the cleaning team 1000 per cent!very easy to reach london and my room was spotless every single day! Situated with sight of Dalston Junction station, just off Dalston High Street. Despite being in a busy part of London our room was really quiet and larger than the normal Premier Inn offering. All the staff were happy and chatty. Would stay again if in that part of town.

Room is nice and quiet clean and one of the better premier inns I've stayed in nationally. Service is class. Car parking only 10min walk ..car park at shoping centre £15 approximately for 24hrs for London. Food choice good. A gem of premier inn. Good is first class. Highly recommended

Spacious and cozy room. Despite Ester being on a busy street, at night it was very quiet. With everything you could need for a stay in London. Pleasant temperature inside the room, small but functional bathroom with hot water. Although it was not very clean, there were some dusty areas, it was clean and hygienic. Simple but tasty breakfast. Very well located. I recommend and would repeat.

A nice enough place to stay, you know what you’re getting with Premier Inn, but having said that; breakfast we had in Cardiff blew us away whereas here it wasn’t so great. Views out the back leave a lot to be desired But you are in London. Staff are very friendly and close to main bus routes.

Poorly maintained facilities. Mould in bathrooms. Laminate on bedside tables were coming off and hazard for our toddler. Stain on duvet cover.

Rooms are tired and run down, mobile data poor and the Premium pay for Internet cannot even cope with payment its so slow. This is on my own / work phone / tablet and also laptop. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED TO WORK LOL. Staff are ok. Street parking only which is impossible and expensive

SHOCKING!!!! Room stank off smoke, room could not be changed until the next night. Complained to staff and premier inn. My partner stood in glass in the bathroom, room was a shocking standard. Complained again offered a change so had to check out and back in the next day. Asked to come back at 12:00 returned at 12:30 house keeping was still not finished waited another 2 hours to be checked back in!!! Dreadful service. Terrible staff. Awful customer service. Won’t return money paid, and offered a good will gesture of £65! 3 nights cost £380, and won’t honour their refund guarantee policy. SHAMBLES !!! Staff seem uninterested and confused. Thinking this is acceptable. Would avoid it liked the plague.

Excellent place to stay in London without breaking the bank. The rooms are fine and basically what you'd expect for the price, but the location is stellar (multiple bus stops and train stations in the immediate area will take you anywhere) and the staff is delightful and very service-oriented. This is definitely our go-to hotel in London - we've been here before and we will be coming back.

Je ne mets que 4 étoiles : Les + : chambre spacieuse, très agréable. Nous étions au 5e étage. Personnel agréable et souriant. Petit déjeuner plutôt satisfaisant. L’arrêt de bus est juste devant l’hôtel et l’overground juste à côté. Les - : odeur vraiment insupportable d’humidité/moisissures. Odeur imprégnée dans notre vêtements… Taches visibles dans les couloirs, mais camouflées dans les chambres, nous présumons par des peintures régulières.
