The FRIES was so TIRED and dead, pizza was alright (nothing special) , BUT THEM WINGS WAS SO DEADDDDDDD . NEVER FLIPPING AGAIN . ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. gimme my £21 back rn . Only good thing about this dead meal was the pepsi drink but it was kinda warm (4,5/10) . HONEST REVIEWS ONLYY

Umar did an excellent delivery. Besides that, I ordered a mozzarella and tomato pizza (aka a simple margherita) — somehow ended up with a full-on blue cheese explosion. The smell alone was enough to make me question my life choices, but being brave, I took a bite… and instantly regretted it. It hit every one of my senses like a freight train. Honestly. Not what I ordered, not what I wanted. Still recovering.

Order did not arrive and the team did not help resolve this.

For some reason the workers do not know what is included within with there items they have refused me a small tub of ice cream which comes with the cookie dough after making me pay the full price and they have done this multiple before claiming that it is an add on which it is not. There isn’t even an option to add it on as it comes with it automatically

It took around 10 to 20 mins for the two pizzas that we ordered to be ready. The pizza itself wasn’t very good, it looked great but it wasn’t too tasty. My relative had the pizza called “loaded margarita” and he has suffered through food poisoning all throughout the night. An inspection should be made to ensure the hygiene standards are up to par. 0/10 don’t recommend

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for the last 20 years and they never fail to surprise me. The customer service and the food is always on the spot! Oh and I just wanna say a big thank you to Zuber who handled my order today in a very friendly yet professional manner!! A very happy regular customer! the worst pizza hut ever. ordered online for delivery and waited over AN HOUR for the pizza to come. called up the shop which took me 4 calls to get through and the woman said it's arrive in 5 mins. waited another 30 minutes.. still not arrived and I only live 7 mins by car. Will never order from here again

Perfect deliveey every time. Mr Khan delivered today right in time and managed to find where I live everything piping hot. Pizza Hut has always been one of best originals in Uk and still is ..my family and I used to order when 1st opened. Still do now all these years later. Deep pan is best you ll get and at Stoke New branch cooked golden and just right Thanks to Khan and rest of employees there.

Customer service is good, the worker was really kind and helpful. There is no seating over her just delivery and collection. This is a step free access.

Paid £30 for a pizza from here on Deliveroo. Halfway into the pizza bit into several shorter light coloured hairs. My own hair is waist length and dark so definitely not mine. After not picking up the phone several times someone finally answered, and when I explained what happened the lady I spoke to was extremely rude, claimed all the staff were wearing hairnets so I must be lying and am either making it up or put the hair on the pizza myself. She told me she refused to give me a refund and all she could do was send me another pizza - which I obviously declined because why would I want more food from such a disgusting place. Absolutely vile and nearly made me sick.

My experience at Pizza Hut was very very impressive when I went for a collection. They provided me with a quick service and also very nice and helpful staff as I need to amend some changes in order and they did it especially the manager Badal Patel did very excellent job. Overall very positive experience and friendly staff I would personally recommend to go the branch as food quality was also really very impressive.
