Pizza Hut Delivery in Hackney

Sukhpreet nice customer service and food is very delicious

For some reason the workers do not know what is included within with there items they have refused me a small tub of ice cream which comes with the cookie dough after making me pay the full price and they have done this multiple before claiming that it is an add on which it is not. There isn’t even an option to add it on as it comes with it automatically

It took around 10 to 20 mins for the two pizzas that we ordered to be ready. The pizza itself wasn’t very good, it looked great but it wasn’t too tasty. My relative had the pizza called “loaded margarita” and he has suffered through food poisoning all throughout the night. An inspection should be made to ensure the hygiene standards are up to par. 0/10 don’t recommend

Mac and cheese was good but the pizza was hard and cold

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for the last 20 years and they never fail to surprise me. The customer service and the food is always on the spot! Oh and I just wanna say a big thank you to Zuber who handled my order today in a very friendly yet professional manner!! A very happy regular customer! Edit: thank you to the delivery driver mr khan for patiently waiting as my bell wasn’t working.

Today's pizza was delicious, but the delivery driver didn't want to take it upstairs in the building, so I had to change clothes and go downstairs next to the building.

the worst pizza hut ever. ordered online for delivery and waited over AN HOUR for the pizza to come. called up the shop which took me 4 calls to get through and the woman said it's arrive in 5 mins. waited another 30 minutes.. still not arrived and I only live 7 mins by car. Will never order from here again

Perfect deliveey every time. Mr Khan delivered today right in time and managed to find where I live everything piping hot. Pizza Hut has always been one of best originals in Uk and still is ..my family and I used to order when 1st opened. Still do now all these years later. Deep pan is best you ll get and at Stoke New branch cooked golden and just right Thanks to Khan and rest of employees there.

Customer service is good, the worker was really kind and helpful. There is no seating over her just delivery and collection. This is a step free access.

Paid £30 for a pizza from here on Deliveroo. Halfway into the pizza bit into several shorter light coloured hairs. My own hair is waist length and dark so definitely not mine. After not picking up the phone several times someone finally answered, and when I explained what happened the lady I spoke to was extremely rude, claimed all the staff were wearing hairnets so I must be lying and am either making it up or put the hair on the pizza myself. She told me she refused to give me a refund and all she could do was send me another pizza - which I obviously declined because why would I want more food from such a disgusting place. Absolutely vile and nearly made me sick.

My experience at Pizza Hut was very very impressive when I went for a collection. They provided me with a quick service and also very nice and helpful staff as I need to amend some changes in order and they did it especially the manager Badal Patel did very excellent job. Overall very positive experience and friendly staff I would personally recommend to go the branch as food quality was also really very impressive.

Digusting "customer service" from whoever is working at the moment. Shouting down the phone and not letting me explain the situation. To then hanging up the phone. You need better staff. I also work in a hospitality setting and I'll tell you now if my staff member spoke to a customer like this. They would no longer have a job.

didnt even notify me order had left then driver ringing saying he was here and he wasnt, he was at another address, spent 10 minutes trying to tell him hes not at my home , eventually arrived after 2 kids soeaking to me on his phone ...stone cold pizza . . terrible...stoke Newington need to dispatch orders so people k ow where their order is
