The customer is sitting under the table while waiting inside, the girl is talking on the phone, she goes to the kitchen without seeing the customers and saying hello, I really wonder what kind of hygiene is there inside, I bought pizza for the first time and I regretted it.

3.5 hrs on the loo… maybe coincidence? I wish I checked the reviews before ordering… had high expectations for Pizza Hut. Listen to the other reviewers… update 8 hrs and I’m pretty sure it’s this dead pizza

It supports Israel and service is very bad the food comes in very oily but still nice but you guys really need to take care of the amount of fat that will go in your body have this cheese pizza for four days straight you'll end up with diabetes.

Waited over 15 minutes at the desk not one person came out to take an order so left

My order was over 2hrs late. I called the restaurant and they told me 20-25 minutes after I had waited an hour and still my food was not ready. I then called back and they said 5 minutes but my food didn’t arrive for and additional 1hr +. During that time I tried to call both just eat and the restaurant and could not get through to either. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. To make matters worse I had an issue with my previous order she was using my credit that

pizza was sparse with toppings and overcoooked, garlic bread was hard as a brick and sauces were missing.

Delivery never arrived. After one hour Pizza Hut tracker shows delivered but this was not the case. I called the store numerous times but no answer. Very disappointing. Better off elsewhere. Avoid!

Two reviews on this, both glowing reviews. Araf is ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, personable and went above and beyond. I don't order from Pizza Hut lots but want to just so I can interact with the staff again!! The lady working late at 1am was so sweet she made my night because I arrived little late at closing time on bank holiday and she had a lovely attitude and made sure I still got my order in before closing. She was super nice. The pizza was delicious, it was made in good time and the customer service from the staff is 10/10.

Got there 12.15am they said they are not taking card payments cash only after 12am. Although the stores closes at 1am for collection they close card payments at 12am and did not even tknow where the closest cash machine #NotImpressed

My pizza was undercooked and it was so dissapointed because I ordered through Uber Eats I was having high hopes on pizza hut… Never again.

The shrikflation is staggering. 30quid for 2 what is now called a medium pizzas with dry sides, when would once have been sold as pizza for one. Shocked and defo won't be reordering any time soon.

Pizza hut ordered small pizza dough under Cook not made right very lazy and poor quality also went into shop to pick dose not taste like pizza hut also rang them and told them dough is wrong under Cook girl on phone that day unhelpful who ever made that pizza dough needs to find new job or be retriand u then try make pizza look good but the dough is Important don't new staff in that shop or what but pizza dough thay mad that day very bad. And could make people sick.

After Waiting 30 Minutes for delivery. My Food had arrived LukeWarm rather than hot enough to enjoy. Ontop of this I didn’t recieve an Dips For My Pizza Nor Potato Wedges meaning I had to eat both dry which definitely was not enjoyable.This is poor from Pizza Hut as how can you forget the dips when there is holes In the boxes for the Dips?

Food was ordered at 6:00 didn’t arrive until 8:10. Had to call the restaurant 3 times to find out what was going on with the food and received food stone cold.

I went in to collect a couple times, counter sticky with bits of hair stuck to it. Damp floors and walls, I could smell the unhygienic air from the moment I walked in. Malik was extremely unprofessional, terrible customer service from all employees. I’m certain they were Managers which makes it that much worse. Now the pizza, I don’t know if they overcooked it or undercooked it but it was disgusting, it wasn’t cut properly it was greasy and the Jalapeño’s didn’t taste right and I saw him adding them after the pizza came out of the oven (only for him to put it back in hence the crust being burnt). There were toppings on there which I didn’t ask for and the crust had some type of seasoning powder (garlic maybe) which I didn’t ask for. I asked for a diet Pepsi with my order, paid and then was told that it is out of stock, I told him I was diabetic and he then had the cheek to ask me if I want a normal Pepsi??? Overall terrible experience would not recommend.

I ordered a bbq base I got sent tomato base, which I didn’t really like.

I order bbq pizza that was wrong the food was cold and I noticed that my pizza wasn’t Sealed and I was missing 1 of my sauce I paid for the pizza trying to brake a slice it’s just ripping up because it wasn’t cut properly at the restaurant

Ordered 2 pizzas for new years eve as a treat. Gave room for a one hour wait as I assumed it would be busy but the pizzas never came. Noone answered the phone for at least days. I had paid for this with my card so no way to instantly get my money back. I ended up spending money on food again elsewhere otherwise I would've been left starving. Once I got through to the store I spoke to the useless manager who did nothing to help accept give me a number to customer service which was now invalid. Customer services were useless and had the cheek to give me a 10% off discount code as compensation, as if I'd want to spend my money with them again. Well.... Fast forward a month or two I did end up spending money with them again. This time I went into store where everything looked so unhygienic and a very strange attitude with staff which then suspiciously changed to very nice before leaving. Ordered 2 pizzas again. Pizza was actually very well done this time and looked great. Only issue was having a raging stomach ache the next day. Think I'm done with this branch. Another pizza hut on the blacklist

If you order do so through Deliveroo or Ubereats. Pizza is great but this stores delivery has gone down hill. I used the Pizza Hut app (never again) the driver couldn’t find my address and called me screaming down the phone frustrated and left . I didn’t feel comfortable with him coming to my flat so I called to see if they could get someone else to deliver but none of their drivers were available and I wasn’t paying twice so I ended up going there but it was inconvenient with having to get my children ready

Very poor experience from ordering to the actual pizza, if the pizza was remotely good then I'd probably not leave a review. The guy taking my order had very poor communication skills and it took 5 minutes to order 3 pizzas. Finally when the order was ready after 25 minutes waiting for collection, once I took it home the slices weren't cut, the base was overcooked and tough, the toppings were burnt and had a bitter taste. Usually this same order from another branch is obliterated in no time but these pizzas are hanging around like a bad smell. Called the branch and the manager was meant to call back in 5 minutes, waited 30mins I called back and now he's left. I should have looked at these reviews as there's clearly a pattern and there's no effort in changing things. Strange that pizza hut would get the basics so wrong.

Didn't answer call. When I turned up at the hut to order card machine wasn't work, they said its my fault my card I declined although it said void on the receipt. I had to go walk in the cold to go get cash out. Plus they give you a leaflet with a price then add a pound extra after saying there machine says its a pound extra. Really slow service. Worst pizza hut. Very disappointed.

I got the complete wrong order. I received two pizzas, garlic bread and some ball things. No drink. The delivery driver said this is what the restaurant gave him and I felt like I had to take the order as there was no offer to return it or get my actual order. I would never have ordered any of the pizzas received as I don’t like them. Really disappointed!

I just went to this pizza hut Stoke Newington branch and no body in the counter I had to press the bell and shout "Hello" many time for a lady to come Out with headphones in her ears and telling me not to shout with an attitude, as if I was the rude one. I had to leave caz after this I don't want the kind of pizza am going to get. What a customer service! It used to be good place... I guess not anymore.

Rude staff on the phone, put me on hold and forgot about me. Barely any cheese in the stuffed crust, no taste to the dough and forgot my extra paid for dip.

Normally only order dessert from here. I find their cookie dough is better than any other dessert place especially in the takeaway arena. Recently received really great customer service (from a lady) when i received a less than perfect cookie dough.

Fresh pizza always hot and on time.

Terri is the star , I called today and the issue was sorted out in a plesant manner. Pork which we dont eat was on the pizza which was ordered by my boyfriends mother on arrival the pizza couldnt eat. Terri said she will look after another one for him free of charge. This was a big surprise as i just called to find out if the ham was Halal but it was confirmed it was pork. Thank you very much Terri and all at Pizza Hut StokeNewington. Our family has been coming there for 25+years its the best Pizza Hut in London.
