Great location. Unfortunately there is no one to help me check in, and the machines are saying “ask a member of staff” so I can’t self checkin either. Service could be better.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip, for just one night. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed, both by the somewhat basic welcome and by the general appearance of the building, the persistent smell in the common areas, and the dated atmosphere of the interior, including the rooms. The breakfast was particularly disappointing: the cafeteria lacked care, with leaking machines and an uninviting offer. I only had a simple breakfast with cereals and pastries; the cereals were OK, but the pastries were dry and unappetizing. In short, I will not return there and I do not recommend this establishment which looks more like a retirement home than a hotel. On the other hand, the bedding was good, I slept well. English: I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, spending only one night. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed by several aspects: the somewhat basic reception, the appearance of the building, the persistent smell in common areas, and the outdated feel of the interior, including the rooms. The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing—the cafeteria lacked attention, with leaking machines and an uninspiring selection. I opted for a simple breakfast of cereals and pastries; the cereals were fine, but the pastries were dry and unappealing. Overall, I would not return, and I would not recommend this hotel, which resembles more of a retirement home than a proper hotel. However, the bedding was good, and I slept well.

Good value hotel with friendly staff willing to help. You are very close to euston station and st pancras making this a great hub if you plan to travel around. Only downside is proximity to a main road so nightimes can be a little loud but not unsleepable. Worth coming here

All the positive reviews are fake. This hotel should be shut down immediately. They've not had Aircon for years yet they LIE and say it's getting fixed soon. Complete lies. Rooms are hot and stuffy and loud. Total nightmare hotel.

The air conditioner of the entire hotel was out of order, but we had not been informed before we checked in. The temperature inside was almost over 29°C, and we could hardly sleep the whole night. There was no compensation and no apologies at that night. It is really shameful to accommodate people in that kind of room in the hot summer. Don't recommend to use this hotel.

A nightmare... No air conditionning in the middle of the summer. Even though the temperature was not that high outside, it was so stuffy inside the room that one cannot sleep. More than the absence of AC, tge lack of air circulation in the building is the core issue. Apart from that major problem, the hotel is ideally located close to Euston train station for people who want to visit Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios.

We stayed in a family room which wasn’t very spacious at all. We checked in early which was £10 to do so. We went up to our floor and opened the door, my first thoughts were this isn’t like the other premier inns I’ve stayed at before. The room was run down and dirty sadly! The AC wasn’t working so you had to keep the windows open and therefore basically not sleep due to the sound of ambulances, police and general noise! Not only didn’t I sleep I also found the pillows terrible and very uncomfortable! I did complain in the morning the staff were helpful and understanding and did refund the breakfast for us. Would I stay again ? Unfortunately my answer would be a firm No!

It was horrible! My bedsheets were stained and were not clean. I asked for another bed sheet. It was way worse than the bedsheets that were already on the bed ! What’s worse is that there was no AC and there was a bed bug on my bed. When I asked the staff about this, they said that we have no insects even when I was like there is. Never planning on staying here! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I spent £242 for this! Hated it! Wasted my money. Honestly ruined my first night in London with my family. Never staying here again!

Location good, very close to the station and tube. But was one of the worst night's sleep of my life. Heating is broken, no air con and all rooms stuck at 26 degrees (celcius). Couldn't close windows as too warm to do, so it was incredibly noisy if you're at the front side facing the street. One of my colleagues asked for a fan, but it never appeared, instead they borrowed one from another room. The receptionist was incredibly lovely and breakfast looked good. Shame about the room temp, if not would recommend.

Any high rating here is either done years ago or a false one. I use premier inn for my trips to London and this has been my worst experience for a number of reasons. 1. The room was dirty and smelly. The towels were smelly. The baths not clean. The toilet was partially blocked so if you flush , the contents fill the bowl and only go down slowly. The room 134 must be their worst room. Or probably all their rooms are like that. 2. The design of the room was not the standard premier inn I’ve always seen. You can’t control the gadgets and lights with your card. No air conditioning. Disappointing for a premier inn at that location 3. If your reason for lodging is to stay up all night, then this premier inn is the best for you as the noise of cars in the street will keep you awake all night. Not much can be done about that because of the location of the hotel. In summary, the premier inn at London Euston is a rundown place. For the price paid for that hotel, it is nothing near great value for your money.

Stayed here for a night before departure at Kings Cross station. Budget hotel with minimal amenities - self check in only from 3pm (strict adherence or £10 for the privilege). Stored our bags as we arrived early, which was helpful. Rooms were sufficient for a 1 night pit stop but decor was dated. Also purchased the meal deal which seemed decent value, but restaurant service was slow and food quality was below average. Would recommend eating elsewhere for dinner - breakfast was better (buffet self service).

The hotel is conveniently located near Euston station, St Pancras International, and King’s Cross station. Rooms are nice, however there is no air conditioning which was fine for our stay in March but not sure how it would feel in the summer. The wifi was also quite slow with the free wifi being ~0.5mbps. There is an Ultimate wifi plan available for either £5 per day or £15 for 7 days—we went with the 7-day plan which was slightly better but the wifi download speed was still only ~3mbps. We could stream on Netflix and take video calls but it was a bit jittery. Overall it was a good stay but wish the wifi could have been faster.

We usually stay at the St. Pancras Premier Inn just up the road but cost persuaded us to try the Euston one instead for our latest visit to London. To be honest it was just as good. Location is great - a few minutes' walk from St. Pancras station and close to tube stations and bus stops. Room was fine - nothing amazing but did the trick and was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice and powerful. Now we've stayed here and know what it's like we'd definitely stay again.

No big problems staying here on a recent trip to a conference in Euston. The staff were friendly. The room was a decent size and clean. Easy check in and out. The bed and pillows were comfy. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the room, but on the ground floor there is available as much tea and coffee, regular and decaf as you need. There was also a vending machine for essentials you may have forgotten. The £3 toothpaste was absolutely tiny though. The only issues with the room was one of the lights not working and, this particular room, was right next to the stairs and lifts as well as facing the main road, so there was a fair amount of noise, even with the windows all closed. But it wasn't excessive and probably wouldn't bother most. The temperature was comfortable and could be adjusted. The TV, kettle, hairdryer and plug sockets all worked. Breakfast was good. It was very busy though and there was a long queue as I was leaving waiting to be seated. It probably needs a bigger dining room for the amount of guests and customers. On the whole, it was worth the price of the room.

A useful cost-effective hotel for a stop off, if you're travelling to/from St Pancras, which is only 5 minutes' walk away. Rooms are fine but there is no air conditioning, so they will get hot in the summer. Check-in was painless via an auto-terminal, or you can speak to a person. Continental breakfast is good value; I was less impressed with the cooked option. The hotel has a car park, which can be very useful (and save a lot of money) if you're driving in London.

It's a Premier Inn, so you know model and it is consistent. Comfy bed, a little traffic noise from Euston Rd in the morning, but triple glazing does the trick. Friendly, efficient check-in. Good location if you want to be 5 mins from the station. Some good local pubs and bars if you head off the Euston Rd. The £10 charge to check in earlier than 3pm is a bit irritating when the room is ready anyway when we arrived at 2pm, but our bags were stored for us until check-in time. Location is handy just across from Euston but that’s the best thing about it. It’s horrendously understaffed! There was a 30 minute wait to check in. I opted to use a self check in but you don’t get any local information such as breakfast time which I ended up missing. There was nobody at the bar, nobody responded to the buzzer, went to reception and eventually somebody came but they seemed frazzled and pissed off. Tried to call reception to query breakfast time in the morning, from my mobile as the chains don’t have phones in the room, but it just rang out. The rooms are ok, the bed wasn’t pushed against the wall/headboard so pillows etc fell beneath. I wouldn’t mind but this was £130 a night and Premier Inn as a company don’t give AF as they don’t employ enough people and/or pay them well enough to stay.
