Loved my coffee here, quick service.

Quick coffee ☕️ and bacon butty before getting my train home.

Worst iced cappuccino of my life. Inedible.

Toilet is absolutely filthy inside and had lots of flies coming out of the huge nappy bin. It clearly hadn't been cleaned. And the toilet roll has obviously not been inserted into the holder so it was really awful as people were touching it. The floor inside the cafe was so dirty not been cleaned regularly and staff seemed unfriendly like they didn't want to be there.

Decent branch, comfortable. You can use Nectar points to get a voucher that gets you any hot drink, quite a good bargain while it lasts. And apparently you can collect Nero points too Update: since Sept 2024 you no longer get Nero rewards when using vouchers

If I wanted bad coffee I would have gone to Pret. Make some effort with the milk frothing at least.

Never had a problem at this cafe Nero but one of the girls who works there is quite rude and unwelcoming

One of my favorite coffee franchises in the UK. They have outlets everywhere. This one was located at Euston train station. Which was perfect to get my coffee on the go before taking the train. Their ice cappuccino is great and the prices were good. You can never go wrong with Nero cafe.

There lucky there even getting 1 star from me. The attitude of the staff is disgusting. Don't bother going there

I ordered with click and collect but they completely forgot about my order. By the time they realised it was too late and I needed to leave for my train The manager eventually refunded me but this was not before making a load of excuses because he didn't understand the situation

I was served by Bethlehem/Betty at Caffe Nero Euston. Totally professional, helpful, kind and really happy. I just wanted to say thank you.

Great choice of coffee shop at Euston. Right on the edge of the station but almost always with a table available. Plus there is good coffee and food! A good place to catch up with work or have a chat.

Nice little escape from the hustle and bustle of Euston station. The staff here are always friendly and accommodating. Cafe Nero is one of the few coffee shops that offers pouring cream as an option - good to know for those on a low carb / keto diet, or diabetics like myself.

Rude staff, no working plugs, really run down seats and furniture. Not great...

Worst Nero experience I've ever had. I love their coffee and pastries and have been to many Nero locations, this was disappointing! It wasn't overly busy at the time we came in, ordered food and drinks to sit in. After a couple of minutes our food was just left on the counter for us to pick up ourselves.. and then they completely forgot about our drinks. After I'd already finished food my partner went to ask.. and was given the wrong coffee. Staff was disorganised and service looked chaotic despite only a couple of tables being busy at the time. I would certainly not sit in at this location again.

Was not busy when we visited here, but they were short staffed, which led to a long wait on heated food. A staff member dropped my heated sandwich on the floor,, (admittedly still in its wrap), but then proceeded to hand it to me anyway. They then forgot the muffins we ordered, was a bit a circus act, but coffee was good! Will miss this one out in the future.

Nice cakes and flavoured coffees. I love the syrup drinks like pistachio lattes and honey oat lattes, especially when bought using a voucher but its not a specialty coffee place so just fun for a novelty drink to me. Indulgent plant based cakes too

Two ladies in the morning always seem to have an issue with people using 3 barcode. always seem to be "invalid" even if the code was just given from the app. Looking at the comments, it seems i'm not the only one with this issue. Somehow the same code works perfectly fine at other cafe neros and if other staff member WITHIN the same store serve.

I love to spend some quality time at this place. It has beautiful ambience. All the drinks are amazing. My personal favs are Latte n Brazilian coffee.

Environment and service are ok, pity that the "Italian" cafe of Italian only has the name. I had a theoretically espresso coffee, practically an undrinkable concoction with impractical prices. As a good Italian I enjoyed a spectacular espresso for 80 cents in Naples, in London you can get something else for 2 and 1/2 pounds.

Terrible staff terrible service

I've been to this Nero countless times, but my experience gets worse each time. This morning I was given the wrong drink and someone else seemed to have been given mine. I also wasn't given the option of 'dine in' and the server appeared extremely disinterested in their job.

I just bought Frappe Mocha and it was the horrible as they didn't top the cream. Cheaters. I guess the management changed and the staff are cluelesd. VOID this place.

Been here several times during morning peak, staff are very efficient and manage to be dutiful even during this time - cleaning tables and refilling water.

The Asian lady with glasses who served me was extremely impolite and severely was selective with her customer service skills depending on the customer she was serving to... when I chose to pay for my caramel latte from the 3 plus voucher code. The **tone** she chose to tell me the terms and conditions when I said I'm going to use the code for payments ,I found it very very rude whereas her tone immediately changed to the next customer who was using the same method to make payments ..I usually find this store with great staff who has been friendly ,this morning it has really been an unpleasant one and I was discriminated for my ethnic background by another whose probably from the same ethnic background as me. I hope the management will take this review seriously as staff must serve all their customers with the right attitude. We pay for the coffees,it wasn't for free .. Nice coffee. Almond croissant was dry and tasteless. Place itself not very clean and welcoming, toilets disgusting.

Excellent location litterly next to sainsbury on station premises outside. Staff always friendly.

I was told by the staff that they warm pastries up but I was given this croissant cold, their loyalty card also only applies to drinks which is a massive let down. Other people’s left plates and mugs were not cleaned up and just piled up on the tables, very cold in the cafe too. The croissant besides being cold was ok, still somewhat soft and flaky but I still considered my trip here a waste.

A good caffe chain. Better than the usual ones in the high street.

Upon arriving at 7.23 and despite being stated as open on google maps. I was informed the store would open at 7.30. I waited at the station until 7.40 before going back and the store was still not open. This meant I couldn’t get any before my train left as I had not time left to go anywhere else

Good tasting pastry, though can't comment on the price as I got a TooGood2go. The staff were friendly and helpful with the collection despite being close to closing hours.

I love this place! Always my go to when going home to Liverpool!! The mushroom and cheese toastie is never cooked long enough and I always end up throwing it away. But the coffee is great. The staff are nice when not under so pressure to train newbies up and serve customers.

I rate this place as a bit above average because of where it's situated; the atmosphere is great in this area and so a great place to go for a coffee or a snack due to where it is.

Nice quiet place for a coffee with plenty of space between tables and no traffic going by. Staff member seemed totally confused when presented by payment by cash. Also staff did not acknowledge with a hello or any other greeting.

Staff weren't helpful and rather rude. Wasn't a proper cappuccino either. Had to remind grumpy staff member that I wanted skimmed milk. Rather a shame as I've been here several times and always enjoyed my coffee.

Only had a "large" black coffee. Turned out not so large. What I disliked most was, no mention of actual fluid ozs, milliliters ret contents of cup. It did show the kals though. In future please show amount of liquid.

At Nero in Euston. It's persisting with cashless. Very disappointing. Nero is the best of the coffee shop chains, but won't be returning until they give customers the choice of paying cash.

Could be crowded and noisy at times (can't complain considering it is located at one of London main train station) but generally a good place to chill.

This is a convenient place for a coffee after it before your train journey. Unfortunately, maybe just for me, somehow, every time I'm sitting inside, I'm unable to get mobile signal EVEN though I'm with Vodafone!?? And no wifi offered either so hence the 2 stars only.

Staff were busy talking to themselves. Seemed rather annoyed to take my order.

Tuesday 28th Feb 2023 6:40 pm; what a mess! The only member of staff working was rushed off his feet. He was kind, helpful and quite efficient - against all odds. I helped clear a few tables, then having settled in to a cosy quiet spot with a lovely coffee, what thanks did I get? None. We were asked to move frombour quiet area to a noisy busy area by a newly arrived 'jobworth' trainee who appeared to have never been trained in tact, flexibility, or compassion (I have the video to prove it, should CN be interested). Between the two employees they were not at all concerned for customer welfare, the trainee saying he could pull my chair with me on it to another area if I had difficulty walking. They insisted we move to allow them begin closing procedures because if we did not move, they would have to do overtime and Caffè Nero do not pay them for overtime! Is that legal? They point blank refused to get the manageress in person or on the phone, or area manager. A clear training need for customer relations training, more staff and for better organisation. A truly unsettling experience.

It's a nice coffee shop, though not very clean. While it wasn't that busy there was a lot of tables with dirty dishes on them. The service was good and the coffee nice.

This might be the worst version of a chain coffee shop. Guests clearing their own tables, no large cups so drinks served in paper cups, no clear direction of where to wait for drinks so you try and get out of the way only to be called over to get your cake, then back again to get your drink. Most customers confused and annoyed, maddening when other brands are able to get it right.

I purchased a caramel latte skimmed milk it was freshly made hot and tasty.

Good coffee and usually somewhere to sit. Service can be a bit slow if it is busy, but good if you have a wait for a train and more chance of finding a seat than the places on the concourse.

Nice and cosy coffee shop. Plenty of space to meet even with group of 5 or 6 people. Staff really friendly, ready to help with choice. Tasty muffins special lemon one. Usually its quiet here, make it a nice spot for a coffee and book time. They could add more healthy options to the menu but over all nice selection of sandwiches, snacks and cakes.

It is now mostly everyday that my favorite coffee is made by a barista that "can't make good coffees". So I am annoyed.

Food and drink is as per the Nero menu anywhere. This is a great location for anyone grabbing a coffee around Euston Station but also people passing through. Lots of indoor seating and a small outdoor seating area. Stopped here several times, staff are always welcoming and pleasant.

Horrible customer service this morning the barista was rude no smile no even look at me and went I asked her about it she said" I'm making your coffee(mocha)" then she gave me the coffee and left 😠

Euston Station. This is okay but feels a bit like the waiting room for purgatory sometimes. The hit and miss nature in the quality of beverage preparation also adds to the excitement of a visit.

Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, this Caffè Nero was really understaffed. There was one person working there and it took about 15 minutes to order.

I’m not usually a Nero person but I have been frequenting it more often due to an offer with my mobile phone provider. Their vanilla latte’s are lovely. I like the fact that they offer varying sizes and have different coffee blends. Service is quite quick too.

Staff at caffe nero in Euston are rude not Professional. The place is mess ( not clean and tidy)They open the shop when they fill like it. Shame
