We stayed in this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday. We would definitely come back again. Wonderful team, everyone is welcoming and very helpful. Great variety in the breakfast. Clean and quiet room. Couldn't complain even if I wanted to. Special thanks to the reception team.

we are currently staying here, great location and what fantastic service we have just received from a lovely lady called Lekshmi in the restaurant, she was very busy, taking orders, serving meals, checking everyone was good, she never stopped, so friendly and polite, what a credit she is to your hotel. ( booking is in name of Tracey Douglas )

Friendly. Clean. Luggage storage. Very satisfied with breakfast. Before check-in I received a notice that remodeling work was underway. There was no noise and the elevator was comfortable. It may have been shabby before the remodeling. I really liked it because it was a remodeled room.

Would have been 4 stars but the check in is awful, it's the longest queue I've ever been in to check in. Took 45 minutes. None of the self service check in we're working either.

ROOMS are premier inn standard but they have reduced the pressure of the 🚿 showers in some hotels. Clean and livable but try not to loose anything- you will not get it back. I know this because I have called the hotel 1 hour after check out and no manager emailed or called me out of courtesy. The customer help line cannot even connect you to the hotel manager directly but you can't expect your experience to be 5star service from premier inn because they do not promote that. Friendly staff and a good service from front desk and restaurant. No management to be seen.

Location is very close to London eye and Waterloo station. The front desk people always not there and no water in the room. You need to buy it from the first floor. The front door is very small and no wheelchair access. The room smells like smoke somehow. Be aware if you order from other websites because you will not get the room you booked. Price is just not worth paying.

Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn, County Hall London 2nd Feb to the 5th of Feb. They had great staff and a comfortable room. Our thanks to Francess, Yuchun, Diana & Saki. These lovely efficient staff made our stay comfortable and are an asset to Premier Inn. Thanks again!

What a shame that it is impossible to get through to the hotel beforehand either by phone or email to amend the booking. Ok premium room with small window and grim view. Good shower though, quiet and with a comfy bed.

I stayed at this hotel expecting basic amenities, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The WiFi didn’t work, and despite reporting it, the staff ignored the issue. Additionally, the “pre-made” cocktails were simply poured into a glass without any effort. The only positive aspect was the location near the London Eye.

Not too bad a bit over priced at £120 a night. I have been to much nicer premier inn's. A very very long walk to the room. The room was nice, but much smaller than other premier inn's , with no sofa. The beer in the bar was absolutely terrible, like vinegar and cost £7.15.

Stayed for 2 nights in Jan 2025, and paid I think around £250 (booked a few months in advance) Paid for the premier room, which TBH, was actually worse than a standard room. Room 611, had a few stains on the carpet, marks on the walls, a painting, which looked like someone had scrawled on it, a toilet, which kept over flushing, and a shower which is designed incorrectly as the floor floods everytime you use it. Obviosuly issue as the bathroom wall has bad damp patch where obviously the wall was being soaked everytime Anyway, for £250 for 2 night right by the London Eye, i am not sure, you can complain, but i saw that they were being advertised at £250 a night nearer the time, so at that price point, the rooms were disappointing. Check in and out was simple.

This is a great priced hotel in a fabulous central London Thameside location. Everything worked well from check-in through to the well-laid out room. Absolutely great for a London break, especially as there are so many really things to see and do in the vicinity of the hotel.

Room was clean but very cold. Internet was terrible. Just 2 lifts in operation for a big hotel means that it'll take you around 10 minutes just to get to breakfast.

Very well situated for links to public transport (Waterloo station is only a few minutes walk away) and lots of attractions (The London Eye is right behind the hotel and you can walk to Big Ben in minutes). Good breakfast and the rooms are very comfortable.

Strategic location in the center next to the London Eye. Clean, large and bright rooms suitable for a family of 4. Friendly and helpful staff. A special mention to Alessio, the Italian guy in the restaurant who is always attentive to the needs of our children. Breakfast recommended because it is quality and plentiful.

They rather don't change sheets after every stay or don't clean property. I found 3 boogers stuck to the sheets when I checked in... Disgusting... Also one of the towels was smelly and with black spots. For the price point their cleaning practices are highly questionable. Also, no central heating but rather AC that takes ages to warm up the room and dries out the air a lot. I'm very disappointed.

One of the worst hotel I ever been. The bathroom was smelly, they then switched me to another room where the flush was broken. Then finally they decided to move me to worst room and waaaaay smaller than my previous one. I asked for an extra blanket sheet like 5 times however, no one showed up. The bed on the latest room I had allocated on was having much smaller bed than usual. The service is just bad and unprofessional. I had an experience with over 20 years with hotels and been in more than hundreds of them around the world. I just never seem worse than this bad hotel series. They don’t even have phone for room service, even though they gave me a number to contact the reception, guess what ! They never picked up. There are only few individuals who are supportive however as a hotel overall management is just bad, immature, non-professional and really frustrating. I am employed with huge corporation called “SABIC” and I will make sure to black list these hotel chains on all the future business trips. My staying was for 8 nights and unfortunately its non-refundable otherwise I will move on the 2nd day of my stay.

Lovely rooms, check ins are precise at 3pm,we arrived at 240pm and were told early check in costs 10 quid. We declined and placed out bags in the storage room. The restaurant was closed so breakfast was available quite close but we had meetings so didn't have the breakfast, instead starbucks had a hammering directly opposite. Rooms are cold but the heating is amazing and heats up really good. Great location and I would stay here again

Great hotel, regarding the service (H24), the receptionists are really very nice, ideally located, because only 5 minutes from Big Ben, and what's more, close to several metro and overboat lines!! really great. The only downside is the bathroom, a little old-fashioned, you can't get cold water. But I highly recommend it, if only for the location and value for money (compared to this location).

Family stay two weeks ago for three nights. The best choice we could have made. Hotel right behind the London Eye, every evening we returned from the Soho area on foot. Very quiet and clean location within walking distance of many attractions. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean and with a really comfortable mattress. the children had free breakfast. Abundant and varied breakfast. Very happy with the choice. Initially I was looking for an apartment on an airbnb but all things considered, it was cheaper to stay here.

While in an excellent location the Hotel itself was a disappointment. Beginning with lifting heavy luggage up stairs into reception where we were met with a couple of self serve check in machines. Reception has absolutely no soul and not a single chair to sit down on to relax or wait for your transport. Eventually a staff member appeared as there were several people waiting. Another irritating thing is you need a staff member to open both male & female toilets unless you have your room key with you. The wait for this can be very long as staff are usually busy doing other things. The room was ok, clean however the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also you had to speak to staff before 12 if you were wanting your room refreshed. In saying this I felt sorry for the staff as they seemed to be pulled in many different directions and still managed to be helpful & polite. We took the breakfast/dinner meal deal a few times and were happy and thought it was well priced. We enjoyed both dinner & breakfasts. The location suited us but we would most likely not stay here again.

I just got back from London and stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. For the price and location, this hotel can't be beat. There are tons of restaurants around the area and it is in central London with attractions nearby at a walkable distance. It is also close to the Waterloo and Westminister station so if you need to get to further attractions, you can easily take the tube. There are a few cons that come to mind: 1. Early check-in is pretty much impossible because everyone is willing to pay the 10GBP. I arrived at approximately 12:30pm and had to wait until 3:00pm to check-in. They will store your luggage for you while you wait (and go out for a stroll). 2. The WiFi is extremely slow. Many here have complained about this. I was able to workaround this by connecting to the 5-star Marriot hotel Wifi (in the same building) using my Samsung tablet. My Iphone was not able to find the Marriot Wifi so you will need to have a large device (with large antennas) to pickup the wifi. The Mariott wifi gave me 8mbps DL/UL so it was perfect for streaming. 3. Some have tried to use a cellular data connection as an alternative to wifi. I had 4 different e-sims with 4 different providers (O2, EE, 1GLOBAL, 3 UK). O2 was the only provider that gave me a connection inside my room. The others either had no connection or was really slow. I think the cellular connection really depends on which room you're in and what side you're facing. I was facing the garbage disposal area (surrounded by concrete walls outside) so the signal was poor. If you're facing outside the hotel (like at the London eye), you may have a better signal. Overall, the hotel is good and price is decent for the area it is in. Just be prepare to have alternatives ready for the wifi because it can be really inconvenient not having access to the internet in this day and age.

OMG, you can't get a better location when visiting London. We walked to all of the major sights within 30 mins. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, amazing mattresses giving the perfect night's sleep. But best of all, the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and helpful. Huge shout out to Janina and Shaluka, who had the unenviable task of checking people in with an exceptionally slow system (we queued 30 mins) but they gave a lovely professional welcome throughout. Special thanks to Shaluka as she arranged a small gift for our first wedding anniversary. Only annoying thing is that the queue for check-in can be avoided for £10, but they don't advise how long check-in can take. My advice, leave your bags for free, and either return at 1445 to start the queue, or 5pm and enjoy the nearby sights 😀

ROOMS. We had a very spacious room. The bathroom is phenomenal. It does not have a microwave or refrigerator. The rooms are well soundproofed and you don't hear any noise at night. SERVICE. All the people who served us were wonderful and very attentive to us. The lady cleaning the room was very good. The receptionist loves it. LOCATION. It is located just behind London Hay and has two metro stations very close: Waterloo and Westminster. BREAKFAST. It is advisable to get a room with breakfast because it is worth it. Keep in mind that it is a typical English breakfast. If you are going to stay for many days at the end it becomes a bit repetitive. But everything is very good

Premier Inn London County Hall is a budget-friendly gem in central London. Its prime location near major attractions and excellent transport links is a major draw. While rooms are basic, they're clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a good night's sleep. Friendly staff and a no-frills approach make it ideal for those prioritizing location and value.

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable everything you could ask for! Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 4:30am and we all evacuated for around 30mins under the London eye in PJs. The staff didn't really apologise or guide anyone out of fire exits it was very much sort yourself out. Overall would recommend but hope they improve communication in terms of during and after a fire alarm.

It's a Premier Inn so it is what it is but.... the location is amazing, you're guaranteed a good night of sleep, breakfast is spot on and the staff are really helpful and friendly despite being up against it because they are working at a typically understaffed Premier Inn. The lifts can't cope with the volume of people using them in the morning but the staircase is definitely "interesting" so.... 🤷♀️ This is a true example of "you get what you pay for" but given the amount paid for the location and the calibre of staff it is 5 star 🌟

I normally love Premier inns, but this one. Dirty tired rooms , terrible surly staff, old collapsing mattress. When I made a formal complaint I was told I was wrong on all counts and a story was made up about my partner being rude and swearing even though she had no dealings with the staff. I am never rude to the staff as I think this is a lousy management issue.

Anything but Tasty House! The chicken was extremely DRY, the noddles tasted awful, and the chips were clearly old and refried—the whole meal was just thrown together. Honestly, I’ve had better from a microwave meal. Not worth the money or the calories.

Me and my kids having been coming here for a few years. Nice, great value food in a laid back atmosphere. We were gutted when Cynthia left recently as she was brilliant with the kids but the new owners are trying. I don't understand the new business model of opening in the evenings but that's upto them!
