Premier Inn Llandudno North (Little Orme) hotel in Conwy

Our 3rd year staying the service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent.. food was good typical brewers fayre you know what you're getting .the meal deal is well worth getting you can upgrade for £2 and get a starter,main,dessert plus a drink worth £5 plus buffet breakfast £29.99 Only downside.. when we booked it for 6 people it was £25 its now gone up by £2 we had confirmation when we booked by email But Steven on reception could not honour that price as he didn't know how to put it in the till so he said we would have to pay the new price and he would sort it out with the manager and promised late as well when we passed reception..nothing was done also charged £90 for one of the lads who went into hospital that day as the chap who was sharing couldn't check in till both had been paid ..left a bit of a sour note tbh ..especially seeing I had to pay

This is definitely the best premier inn I have stayed in. The location is great (approx. 30min walk into llandudno centre) with beautiful views. The rooms are clean, tidy and very quiet. All the staff we met were very friendly and courteous. Special mention to Steven on reception who was always so helpful, chatty and a really nice guy. Overall a great stay.

A little too far out of town if you can't walk for 25 mins but a good bus service

Usually stay in Premier Inns and find them quite good. This one was OK thought was expensive. The hotel room itself was good. My problem was with the Brewers Fayre next door. Food was not good so cancelled 2nd night meal deal. Whoever was working he just stood by the bar and belched out loud. 5 or 6 times a member of staff walked by and didn't take starter plates had to wait for the same man at the bar to bring food while I had to hold the starters dishes. He just wasn't professional at all. Forget side order had to wait ages. The breakfast area wasn't well sorted either food all over the place and and drinks spilt everywhere where the drinks were but tbh there was only one gentleman working and doing everything he was pleasant and felt sorry for him. The hotel was OK but the Brewers Fayre on the side was a let down

Fantastic location for Llandudno, although a little way out from the centre. Lovely small family hotel and the staff were very friendly and looked after us really well. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking. We even had a sea view. We had a great stay here, and we will be back again!

Bit ran down but great food and service

A little old fashioned but exceptionally welcoming and in an unbeatable location. Also easy parking and very decent restaurant.

Excellent location but sadly the Rooms look tired booked in at 3pm and asked for a sea view room but was told no, as I should have phoned in advance

Lovely place, friendly staff. Excellent cooked breakfast and plenty of choice for the continental breakfast. Room was comfy and clean and plenty of parking.

Nahh this place let us down so bad...literally disgusted
