Premier Inn Leicester South (Oadby) hotel in Harborough

Stayed here over the Easter holidays for a family wedding, hotel was very clean staff was really nice, ill defos be back stating here for the next family wedding

We liked our stay very much! Clean rooms, nice staff. We were staying here for a wedding and even though the location is a bit outside of Leicester, this was very convenient for us.

We stayed here last weekend and had a really good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, as was overall value. However it was the service that impressed - my wife left her glasses there and had to ring them when we got home. They sent them free of charge. It's really appreciated when a hotel goes that extra distance for you. They even followed up with a phone call today to make sure they'd turned up.

Absolutely value for money! Can't go wrong if you need a cheap comfy place to stay

We are currently staying at the premier inn hotel at great glen (Leicester south) after unfortunately being flooded at home. We are so grateful and happy to be staying here at the premier inn, the staff are very friendly and helpful in every way they have all made our stay most pleasant, the pub next door serves lovely meals from breakfast to evening meals ,there's a nice variety and again the staff in the pub are very friendly and approachable too. After suffering twice through the floods, we are so grateful to be looked after here by the pub and the hotel ,thank you so much and we would highly recommend a stay here and do try the pub and the meals too. I had some trouble with my booking but when I rang up, I was assisted by Ruth who went above and beyond to help me out which I am very grateful for, she was so helpful!

Only niggle being a lack of power sockets by the bed

No bathtub. Toddlers cannot stand below a large shower. They are frightened.

This hotel is run down and dirty. The Bed was not made.The ironing board we requested was dirty. There was pubic hair in the shower, stains in toilet and there was dirty tissues underneath the bed. The room was constantly warm, and the windows are like being in a prison. The restaurant next door however was very welcoming, lovely cooked breakfast and evening meal the night before. Staff were very accommodating to my dietary requirements.

We managed to book a room here at the very last minute at about 9pm. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and waited for us to arrive before locking the door. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However the breakfast is at the pub next door and is prepared on demand, and the portions were only suitable for a small child. There is also no space to work after you have checked out, which is common in larger hotels.

Good hotel, but could do better with offering more convenient rooms for mobility constraints.

This hotel is run down and dirty. The Bed was not made.The ironing board we requested was dirty with missing stoppers on the feet. There was pubic hair in the shower and there is no air-conditioning. The fan they supplied is rickety and blowing hot air a round the room.

Very nice stay, very comfortable beds. Curtains could be a bit better for keeping out the light on a summer morning but otherwise perfectly good stay. Friendly staff. Convenient location for Leicester visit.

We have usually enjoyed our stay here, as we have been here many times the room was horrible Room 117.

Nice and quite place for a stay country settling and just behind a good public house that serves great meals for breakfast or evening on the premier inn has no restaurant we have stay there a couple of times found it a good location for Leicester or market harborough even foxstone locks is close by

Standard Premier Inn on the A6 just south of Leicester. Will use it again, quiet with a restaurant next door and free parking.

Hotel located in a very nice quiet location , rooms very clean and free parking , Nicole on reception extremely friendly staff and greeted us with a great smile, was available for all our needs and went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant as a family!

A decent Premier Inn for what we needed, a quick overnight stay, a big room and good bathroom. The room was very dusty so we didn’t get the best sleep. The location is excellent with nice pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I didn’t order breakfast but the menu looked decent and well-priced.
