Pizza Express in Harborough

Can not say enough about this particular Pizza Express. I have been taking my family there for years and they never disappoint. Our waitresses (wish i had caught her name) overheard us talking it being my sons birthday she organised a chocolate brownie with a birthday candle and had us sing happy birthday to him (he didn't like that, Ha!). The service, food and atmosphere is always perfect, we will be back. Thank you guys.

We shared the pizzas and salad! The chocolate brownie for dessert is always a good shout! Affordable dining! The drinks are ok but the food we’ll always come back for! A great selection of Vegan and GF too. There is no parking, but can park in Tescos or Sainsburys or down one of the side streets. The staff are always incredible here!!

The team are always on point at this branch. Also by far the best romana pizza you can have at any of the branches. Always a happy greeting, service with a smile, knock out food and a genuine goodbye. Want to go pizza express? Go to this branch.

Went in to celebrate a small occasion after not having gone out for approximately 8 weeks. The service and the food were amazing. Or perhaps that's unfair- the food was stunning. Really personable service with a friendly, efficient touch. Worth it.

We often as a family visit Pizza Express and always thoroughly enjoy the meal and will leave a good tip. My disappointment following a booked evening meal on Saturday 5th October was that I asked about the offer in October whereby if you were a member you got a pizza for £8 which we wanted to take up, I was advised it was for delivery only! Unless I have missed something, I couldn't see that in the T&C very clearly, especially as you book a table via the same link which was disappointing

Food was great gave me and my friends free Oreo coke Wich was great put extra dough balls in would 100% recommend great staff great time

10/10 service. Every staff member received us with a smile and they were very kind. We got seated instantly and we got taken care of 5 minutes after being seated. Really fast service and very helpful. The lady taking notes of our food explained us the menu and what was every dish. Every single plate was very enjoyable and very tasty. It was a reasonable price for the amount of food we got. They took good care of us. We were very happy with everything. I would like to say and highlight that this restaurant is very worth it, we payed a good price for all the food we had and we were very full when we left, 10/10 on every single aspect.

Visited at around 17:30 on a Thursday with my 7 year old daughter. On entering there were only a few tables of people in the main room but we were taken into another room and seated on our own which meant a distinct lack of atmosphere - I really don't like sitting to eat in an empty restaurant. I tried to catch a member of staffs eye to see if we could move and she dismissed me and nodded towards another male waiter . He approached and I asked if there were any tables available in the other side of the restaurant and he just replied "why?". I asked again if it would be possible to move as we didn't want to sit in the empty side and he tutted and huffed before saying he would go and see. He came back and mumbles something about 2 tables, took us half way there and then just walked off and left us standing in the middle of the restaurant. At this point a manager came and seated us and apologised but we were left feeling very unwanted and my daughter was quite upset so we left. Very disappointing service and not somewhere I will return to.

Took the Mrs for a birthday dinner about a month ago, who had recently been told she was allergic to wheat. We had two lovely starters and two pizzas. Immy, our server, was amazing, knew the menu's ingredients and guided us to avoid wheat. To be honest, the gluten free crust was just as good as the Romana. Thanks Immi

Alice the waitress was an absolute dream. She was beyond kind and helpful our entire dinner. She surprised my mum with a candle in her dessert for her birthday and made it ever so special. Not a fault for her in the slightest

Very disappointing pizzas. The middle half of all the pizzas had no cheese. Pretty fundamental. Won’t be rushing back.

Average Pizza Express food. I'm sure the pizzas have got slightly smaller and food is slightly overpriced for what it is. The service here was excellent. Served by an Italian waitress who answered all our questions perfectly and was cheerful and genuinely happy to help. Restaurant was very noisy due to a large group of young children though the staff had done their best to locate them at one end.

My 5 year old granddaughter and I came here for lunch today for the first time and were very impressed with our meals and the warm and welcoming service received from Alice. The children's 3 course menu was delicious and beautifully presented. My grandaughter ate it all and received a balloon afterwards. I couldn't finish all my Legere pizza so Alice put it in a takeaway box. I would 100% recommend this restaurant for families. You receive a friendly service with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for them. Alice was a star and had excellent skills with young children. We will return here in the future.

Have visited more than 30 times. It is what it is food-wise. Freshly made pizza – I don’t think it’s ultra processed as they claim to not use some of the awful preservatives/additives which are now known to cause significant health issues. At least this is the impression the waitress gave us. The building is a thing of architectural splendour slap bang in the main axis of the town. I am always reticent to criticise waiting staff as it can be a tough gig…but sometimes you need to call stuff out. On my last visit there was a confusion with the order – no big deal and it was possibly my fault for not reading the menu properly. I was perfectly polite and accepted this when queering it. The way waiting staff then behaved was if was over the top with passive aggression – nothing overtly hostile just incredibly condescending and in sending the manager in our direction to deal with our table, as if we’d been problematic.

Really lovely pizza! Good service! We went around 6.30pm so was busy with lots of children but you should expect that at that time in a pizza place! 👍🏻👍🏻

We have eaten here several times for lunch. The food is ok. However the wi fi is not great. We had a voucher for money off. Unfortunately as the wi fi was not connecting it was very difficult to download the voucher to use. The Manager said the wi fi was fine but other customers were unable to use it too.

Not been here for quite a while. Me and my partner had our first date at a Pizza Express restaurant about 13 years ago and thought to celebrate that by going out tonight. Arrived, greeted happily and promptly. When the food arrived, it looked amazing and tasted even better! Served by Ibby, the local waitress celebrity! She's amazing and always so fast, efficient & friendly. Thanks to also to the chefs (Kalman & Owen) as well as waiters Alice & Fran to make us feel welcome. Best Romana bases you can get! Cheers guys!

A really lovely lunch yesterday. We were sat swiftly and our server was polite and attentive throughout. The food was huge in portion size, hot and the toppings on the pizza were evenly spread (something I’m quite particular about!). Definitely one of the nicest Pizza Express restaurants I have visited. I was looking forward to this one, but upon ordering a main, a side and a dessert I was disappointed my first choice of both side and dessert was unavailable. It's frustrating that the popular dishes are not stocked up on in the first place, but even when it's unavoidable I feel this should at least have been pointed out when the menus are handed out. It seemed like there was a lack of interest - although the restaurant was also mostly empty, wait times were still quite long. The food was up to standard, but parts of the service were underwhelming to say the least.

Every time we come here the staff are absolutely amazing! Katie served us today and was brilliant! Thanks to all of the staff for looking after us.

16 of us had a lovely meal together here,they were very accommodating, moved tables and made space for pram and highchair ,balloons for the children and our waitress Alice was wonderful ,so attentive,polite and efficient. Would definitely return.

My friends and i came here tonight and the service was beyond excellent. The food came really quick and tasted amazing! The waiter even gave us cheesecake on the house, which was so lovely of him! Would definitely recommend to come with family and friends.

This evening me and my group of friends shared a lovely meal and we were welcome by friendly staff. They accommodated for 12 of us on short notice. The food was very nice and service was quick. Cant wait to return
