Domino's in Harborough

Absolute rubbish. Never really had a good experience but thought I would give them another try. Ordered pizza with extra cheese to ensure we receive bed a cheesy pizza and received one with hardly any cheese! No real apology. I would avoid

first time for Domino's delivery service as I was at a local hospital. Nurses recommended I purchase from there. Great fast delivery however substandard food. I have regularly purchased Domino's and have never had an issue previously and first time for a delivery. Out of the three items I ordered two were cold and rubbery and ended up throwing away. Not cheap either and not clear about 50% discount. This is only on pizza and not on anything else. Hugely disappointed and will never purchase Domino's again and will spread the word. I did complain but to no avail

gave them the benefit of the doubt as i ordered on friday night during olympic opening ceremony. waited an hour as the website said my order hadn't even been prepped but thought they were busy. went to collect after an hour to find slow service (the bloke couldn't have been making pizza any slower if he was asleep!) my order was sitting on an unheated shelf, i opened it and asked how long it had been there to be told 5 minutes, however, it was barely warm. the manager then came over and gave me a large pot of dip 'with his compliments' and was then dismissed with 'thank you, bye'. pizza went into the oven at home but was then dried out. don't know what people see in dominoes, i only ordered as pizzaman in town is on holiday. never again

Gave them another chance, absolutely awful. Pretty much none of the staff speak English so it's hard to resolve any issues. My wife had what looked like a nostril hair in her food and i assure you we did not order nostril hair. I collected because last time i waited literally hours for delivery, i get there because the app said it was ready, it was not. Waited about 5 minutes at the till before i was even acknowledged. I feel like these sort of jobs should be for teenagers and it's ruined totally by the staff.

Very hit and miss with quality, so much so we have decided never to use them again.

Seriously bad customer service. Employees just continue to chat to each other, whilst ignoring their Customers, who come into the shop to place an order and this is not the first time, this has happened.

Very good pizza. Good deal when ordering online. Only South Asian workers, very strange and not good, nowadays there's a need for diversity in shops and stores, everyone deserves a job I believe.

Don’t work here. I worked here for a year and had a very bad experience.they overwork you and don’t offer break also management are very rude and tell you to work faster stop being lazy. They try to threaten you saying you won’t get shifts.

Their Pizza's aren't the best but they also limit your payment options by not accepting cash. Very disappointed by those "New World Order" muppets or maybe their head office doesn't trust them with cash handling:(

Waited over a hour then rang up only to be told it had been missed on the Just Eat app thier end and should've gone to Desborough branch All in all it nearly 2 hours and 45.minutes nearly to get our food. Will not use again and will tell family and friends to do so also. Shocking Shocking Shocking 😡😡😡😡😡😡

My husband just bought me a pizza from here for some unfathomable reason. It was virtually uncovered and even after 20 minutes in the oven was a soggy mess. Was supposed to cheer me up after major surgery, but ate 2 mouthfuls of soggy bread and it went in the bin.

Really tasty and delicious pizza extra kind and fast on delivery and collection and ordering also they give you what you order and nicely and cooked,hot ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

App says delivered 30 minutes ago, restaurant not answering the phone, very disappointed with service. Still not received our order.

This is by far the worse dominoes I've ever used. Consistently late and cold. When you call they say its just left. Then I have to wait the original time it should have taken. Market harborough is one of the smallest town I've ever lived in, i don't understand how it takes so long and it's cold unless of course I'm part of a 3 or 4 delivery order delivery run which is bad form as we all pay a delivery charge. You should be ashamed to wear the dominoes label and dominoes should really look in to its branches or franchises as its their name thats being tarnished by these Imposters. I only give you one star because I can't give you less to write this review.

Just ordered some wings, a drink and a pizza. Took over an hour to be delivered which is fine. But all the food was stone cold. Wings were awful. Pizza was cold and chewy. What a waste of £30!

Absolutely shocking customer service they answer phone without speaking and leave it on the side everytime I rang to see where our order was as it stated delivered the young girl who finally answered hadn't been trained well and seemed to lack common sense we will never order from here again

Have been on hold for 20 minutes while the staff 'check with my driver' where my order is, nearly an hour since the tracker said it was out for delivery and a good 40 minutes after it claimed to have actually been delivered. Really, really poor stuff, the previous reviews on here say it all. I should have checked before ordering. I'll post a new review when they finally take me off hold and find out where my order is. Edit - Food did finally arrive but I had to hang up and call back after 33 minutes on hold before someone would tell me what was going on with my order. It was cold on arrival and had clearly been either sat on a hotplate or in a hot bag in a drivers car for a substantial amount of time. Will not be ordering from this dominos again.

Completely missed the cookies and got the wrong pizza with the wrong base and toppings missing. Tried to call but the phone hung up and I was only met with beeping. Delivery driver was amazing but did not appreciate the restaurant missing half my order

Every time I order food always take longer then what they say and when it arrives it’s cold. The staff on the phone are terrible and have no customer service skills

This restaurant has been subject to alot of problems the last few months. But I've noticed a big difference in service recently. Every order within the last 2 months have all been spot on, on time, hot food and friendly staff :) maybe they have had a change around but you can disregard all the previous bad reviews and comments. Also having them on Just eat app also shows they have started improving on delivery service with more drivers available👍 Well done market Harborough Domino's 4 orders in the last 6 weeks and all 4 spot on. Now where is the nearest gym 😫

Order pizza and cookies for collection, all very good until opened the cookies to fins cheesy garlic bread. Took it back the next day to recieve replacement no problems. Just disappointed at the time.

We loved the Domino's... it was always a nice pizza but today ... we ordered to collection and my hawaian pizza had about 10 pieces of pineapple on it , even less ham .... technically I've got a mushroom pizza My friends chicken feast one wasn't better at ... rarely had anything on it I'm not sure what's happened but the quality of the pizza is unacceptable at the minute

Absolutely dreadful!!! Ordered on a Friday night, kept up to date with the order via the app. My pizza was 'out for delivery ' when I got a phone call saying that the ovens were broken. The week before I had to wait an hour after the app said my pizza was out for delivery. Never using this dominos again!

Tracker showed it had been delivered half an hour before it was. Called the store, they picked the phone up then hung up several times. By time the food came was freezing cold.

Awful place, ordered 8:35pm on a Sunday, they cancelled my order on the app at 9:30pm and no-one answers the phone. Still charged me for my food that I didn't receive! Would give this no stars given the choice

Ordered over 2 hours ago. Food has not arrived. The branch also failed to answer the phone when I tried to find out where my order was. I would not recommend ordering from this branch.

My wife ordered at 7.50pm. The app kept saying it was being QA checked...which took about an hour. Rang the store several times and never answered then clicks off. Eventually the app says to contact the store for an update on the order- which is good if someone picked the phone up! A couple of weeks ago they said they'd delivered when they hadn't and then said it would be 40 minutes!!....now to get a refund....anyway, won't be bothering with them in future.

Rubbish service again. I did a pre-order for 5.30pm and nothing arrived. After called for 1 hour someone picked up and said "just wait". No explanation or time excepted and now it's been 2 hours and still no pizza and no one is answering my call. Do not buy from them. Avoid at all cost!

This place is useless. Just took 1hr 45mins to deliver us cold pizzas. Supposed label printing problem but 11 phone calls, not 1 answered, no explanation no apology. What should’ve been a treat for our 5 yr old was completely disappointing. Gutted, as used to live in an area with a well run franchise and now only have these clowns

Shocking service, 26/12/21 won't use again! App said order had been delivered, didn't get here till an hour after that! No apology from the driver, just moaned he was only one of 2 drivers on to cover harborough and Desborough, food cold, promised a refund, 2 weeks so far and still no refund! ** 11th of February, still no refund, just excuses an telling us to check with our bank!

App said it had been delivered, called store twice, attitude on phone very poor. When it did arrive eventually (literally dumped on my door step) it was cold. Called to complain told full refund on its way no offer to re send now very hungry. If they have a driver problem maybe they should pay them better !!!!!!!

I would have scored zero stars if I could, based on the service on Saturday night. Staff member Sahil was quite frankly the rudest person I have come across. The usual staff on the front desk are normally very friendly and helpful… But Sahil had an attitude problem, and when I asked to add a tub of ice cream to the collection order I was there to pick up, he actually sighed directly at me. After paying for the order, the card receipt was simply flung onto the counter and not a “thanks” or a word from him. If he wants to keep his job, he needs to be taken off customer facing duties or sent on some serious customer service training. Won’t be going back.

Ordering online is simple, ‘DOM’ should be a good way to track the order progress and usually is except for tonight. Order was showing as our for delivery for 45 minutes and we’re only 10 minutes away from the store. Phoned up to chase the order and was immediately told I’d have to go on hold. 5 minutes later I managed to speak to someone. Apparently the order had just gone out, that I shouldn’t use the online DOM as it was a poor tool and inaccurate. I just got a repeated script that ‘all food would be fresh and hot upon arrive, alright’. Guess what, food wasn’t hot when it arrived. Had to microwave it, two bad experiences from Domino’s now. Won’t be bothering again.

Awful. If I could give a zero I would. Order took 1 hr 30 min to arrive, despite the app saying was out for delivery after 30 min. When chased after an hour they said had only just left, we are 5 min from the store… when food arrived was cold, refused to take it and requested refund. When rang the store was put immediately on hold for 10 mins and when challenged on the customer service was given a rant about not being our slaves and that we need to wait our turn - apparently was serving other customers in store yet failed to acknowledge we are a customer who was now without food and had received very poor service. When attempting to re iterate this point the man said they would ban our address and the call ended. Would avoid and if dominos think appropriate to run their establishments like this then I’ll take my money elsewhere.

What is the point of the app the tells you progress and that it’s been delivered ! so when you call the store to find out where it is, to then be told it’s going to take 40 minutes longer because they are short of staff!!! Dreadful dreadful service, I will take my custom elsewhere.

Terrible delivery & customer service. The service used to be good but the offering has definitely gone downhill - the last few times we've ordered it's taken much longer than expected with no communication from domino's about the delays and the ETA. When calling them (usually after an hour) they say they're short on drivers and don't know exactly when the order will arrive. Won't be using them anymore...

I have used this Dominoes several times and it was fine. Recently something has badly gone wrong with this place with my last 2 orders i thought first bad experience was a one off but no happened again, the bad reviews on here now are very accurate. You can wait over 2 hours to get food delivered and when it arrives it is completely cold and wrong items. The app they use is not true it says food is out for delivery and a hour later still not delivered but when you phone you get told food has not left yet but was cooked ages ago, that explains why it turns up very cold. Unless they do something about this i cannot see this branch staying in business.

We ordered two pizzas to be delivered on the App, we waited...and waited.. and waited! Despite the app telling us it was out for delivery it clearly wasn't. We phoned the branch to be told it will be another 15mins, so we went to collect instead. When we arrived home, the pizzas were barely warm and the potato wedges were cold. We are now trying to call them but no one answers the phone!! If you can't manage your orders , please don't take anymore and ruin peoples dinners! We will never use Domino's pizzas again, Vanettos in Market Harborough has a top class service unlike yourselves.

Placed an order this evening not only did they not arrive on time they must have tried to deliver to the wrong flat as when my daughter rang to find out where our delivery was she was met with an huge amount of abuse . During these difficult times you should be grateful for any business you can get there are many businesses out there that would be glad of the business , shame on you .

Right, ordered my free large pizza tonight , free because my pizza last Friday turned up late and cold, well its happened again!!! When I rang the shop I spoke to the manager and he said that if I wanted my order to be on time and hot, I should have ordered it between Monday and Thursday!!!!!!! Joke absolute joke

Ordered online for delivery of 2 pizzas, turned up when not arrived home from work.. When informed on lhone that i was not home yet they took order back.On speaking to manager he said they would re do order and deliver. Order delivered within 10 minutes highly unlikely it was 2 fresh pizzas , rather the oeigjnal2 heated up buthey also delivered an empty box. No idea what im meant to do with an empry large pizza box. Opened pizza boxes to find pizzas all squashed up loked like they got pizza box and turned it upside down. Pizza warm not hot. Poor service and quality for mobey . Never again

We have orded twice in the last week. Food was cold due to poor delivery time and delivery drivers only handing over part of our meal leading to further longer wait as the store send out the remaining pieces of our order. The manager on Shift ("Alex" is his name), was very rude, wasted our time and refused to come to any reasonable agreement of how you solve the issue. He also doesn't seem to understand how bad the service is with him being in charge. I recomend you do not order pizza from this establishment unless you would like your delivery cold, incomplete and dealing with a manager who refuses to face facts.

Told 27-35 mins for delivery 58 mins later a luck warm pizza arrived not even a sorry for the delay. Not be ordering from them for a while

Not very good service on my last visit we ordered our pizzas and was told 30 min wait. We then went down when we expected them to be ready to then told it would be another 20 mins with no apologies or explanations. We was not the only customers that this happened to others simply just asked for refunds and went elsewhere

A glutton for punishment! I don’t know why we keep giving them second chances. I’m a big fan of Dominos in general, however, the Market Harborough branch is very hit and miss. Time and time again it’s the little things that ruin the experience. Too often we get the wrong order. Examples include being charged for ‘stuffed crust’ but receiving standard. Wrong sauce on base. Wrong toppings or very regularly, cold food that has taken longer to deliver than advised! Tonight this happened again. This is the last second chance. We won’t be going back. I will just share one more experience: Customer service in general has been poor in the past too. Most notably, having complained to the branch that they had given us the wrong pizza (proved by the order being recorded on the app) they offered a free pizza next time. This seems to be normal practice when things go wrong. We accepted and the following time we ordered two pizza’s as the ‘Two for Tuesdays’ deal (buy one get one free) as we already had a free pizza owed to us from the last foul up we expected this to be free. When I got to the branch to pay, they wanted payment for one of the pizza’s. I explained again to the staff member about being owed a free pizza and was told that I could only have 1 free as it was BOGOF offer. I explained again but was given the same answer. I asked to speak with the manager and was again given the same answer from management. To solve this I cancelled my order. Then requested my money back from the previously botched order which was given before re-ordering on the BOGOF promotion! Same result in the end but they made me jump through hoops.

The best Dominos I have been to at least in Northamptonshire. I am a regular at this outlet and I've got nothing but good to say. The staff are all working as a team for high efficiency. This is a fast paced quite stressful environment but they all manage to do their jobs with a smile on their faces. The premises is clean and tidy, and there is ample parking during off peak hours. If you order for delivery, you can expect a knock on the door in around 30 mins, and as if the food just came out of the oven. May have to wait a little longer during peak times if you live further away.

First of all the price of a pizza is ridiculous you would think you where buying Bitcoin! Delivery took 45 minutes but on the Dominos tracker it stated it had already been delivered faster than a racehorse with eight legs! Well I won’t be putting any bets on this horse when the grand national is on. The pizza was a little soggy and has way too much tomato sauce on the base. Also the delivery driver had no change on him at all and he had to go back to the shop to get change, he thought he could keep it as a tip, NO WAY NOT ON YOUR NELLY CHUM! Personally as a whole there is a lot better pizza in Harborough compared to Dominos and far much less money.

My Pizza took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive! Every time I rang to find out where my pizza was the phone was either not answered or answered and I was put on hold. After holding for 5 minutes I asked to speak to the manager, I was then put on hold again for several minutes before someone asked what my order was?? I said I'm waiting to speak to the manager. I was put on hold again...This happened every time I rang. My pizza was stone cold when it arrived as I said it would be when I rang. This Dominoes branch is by far the worst I have experienced. The management of this restaurant is absolutely appalling. I was told they were busier than normal? It was a Saturday night at the end of the month which means most people have been paid their salary plus X-Factor was on. That is obvious to me that you are going to be busy, clearly not for them. Remedial training is required as this is the second time this has happened to me. They allegedly refunded me however this is irrelevant as it spoilt our night! The Manager (foreign accent) had a very bad attitude and seemed annoyed with me! The place is a joke and needs closing!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Absolutely terrible dominos, I've been to a fair few in the country and this is the absolute WORST! I never complain about anything, but this is different. I've ordered from this one twice. First time I came in, staff stood around one drinking some water. I smiled hoping somebody would acknowledge me, I was ignored for 10 minutes!! That doesn't sound long, but it is when people are staring straight at you having their own conversations. One girl even answered the phone yet still ignored me! I finally said excuse me can somebody help me? And a gentlemen said he couldn't help me because he's a driver. I asked if he could ask one of the girls behind and he shrugged his shoulders and walked off!!! Disgusted !! Then finally even tho I had been notified on the app that my order was ready 20 minutes ago, they asked me what I had ordered. The girl handed me one box of pizza, I had ordered a meal deal offer. I said as I've just explained i have order 2 pizzas dough balls a desert and a drink. She then said the rest of my order hadn't been made yet after running around looking for a minute. No apologie. Not once! I then waited for a further 15 minutes. Then finally I got it, again no sorry, and was asked to pay, I had already paid online!! one pizza was burnt. Hands down the worst service I have ever received . The second time I went I was in a rush, this was months later... i was collecting for my other half. I asked if 'this was everything' she checked and said yes. I got home and he had also paid for a side and dessert and was given neither. Absolutely terrible avoid like the plague guys! This has really ruined dominos for me

Domino's is Domino's really, nothing significantally special about this one consistetly nice pizzas but delivery drivers are sometimes careless with your order and damage it and obviously Domino's is way overpriced for what it is.

First of all I made a telephone order on Saturday evening , the man I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and polite when taking my order. That's where it ends ... food got delivered 20mins after ordering which was fine, I ordered the meal deal of 2 pizza , I side ( potato wedges) and a drink for £20 The food was hot when it arrived which surprised me as the wedges were rock hard !! I also ordered one pizza with cheese and mushroom - well there was 9 thin slices of mushroom on my pizza ! I bet they barely used 2 mushrooms !! Disgusting when I paid £9.99for that !! Also there didn't appear to be any mozzarella cheese on the pizzas, it looked suspiciously like a red leics mix.....I thought traditional Italian pizza had mozzzerella on them - silly me! Anyway I complained , got a full refund, but no apology plus I had to drive down to get it as I couldn't describe the delivery driver ! Surely they know who delivers there pizza better than I would after only a 30 second interaction with him !

Placed an online order for collection. “They’ve done the wrong chicken wings,” one of the staff told me after getting his colleague to sniff them! He didn’t seem to know what to say to resolve the problem, so I suggested a free hot sauce dip to go with them. The pizza was sliced into random shapes, but okay otherwise.

Pizza ordering system didn't work having been on hold on the phone for 7 minutes. Eventually queried it and was told the system hadn't recorded my order. The only good thing being I was refunded and the pizzas did eventually arrive. They were fine but I would have happily paid for them had they arrived as expected. Lesson learned.

Felt sorry for the delivery guy as he knew he didn't have the whole order when he arrived, the missing items were delivered 40 minutes later by another embarrassed delivery driver! Bit of a shambles really.

Always had hot fresh pizza's, if any problems they sorted it out very quickly and prompt! Only complaint would be the drivers, one wouldn't even come to my door because i have dogs... who are locked away!

Ease of ordering on-line vs the fact that each time there's something wrong with the order. The quality of the food is ok, the delivery staff are very polite, but oh my goodness they need to improve their accuracy in store! We order periodically but each time there has been something wrong with the order. This time 2 of the items from THEIR meal deal were left out. The rest of the food had been eaten before the missing items arrived. No offer of a part refund have ever been offered & this time will be the last time that we use them. There are other, better quality pizza delivery stores in town!

Bought 2 pizzas, one of which I chose the toppings for. It was clear that the double sauce and double cheese had not been added. Called them when I got home and was essentially told they had. Won't be using them again.

Wen you have to wait 3 hours for your order and it's still not here I was told a hour ago driver was on his way it don't take a hour to drive from market Harborough to Desborough I am pissed off

Last night we found ourselves wrapping Christmas present for 6 hours. we decided at 9 pm to order pizza. we placed the order online for two pizzas, one with pepperoni, mushroom and onion, and the other with tandoori chicken, peppers and onions... what turned up 45 minutes was two over cooked plain cheese and tomato pizzas with black burnt patches on the top, all for the tender price of £20!!! so i immediately phoned up to complain and ask for the order to be corrected only to be told by a very arrogant young man that it was my fault for not ordering properly and i should check my confirmation email to prove that it was not their fault. i would note that my confirmation email stated the order correctly. and in any case why would i choose the "create your own pizza" option which cost more ill add, and then leave them plain?!?!?!.... so after a good 15 minute argument over who was at fault i stated i wanted two new pizzas sending out straight away or a refund. The young man said he would send out two new pizzas with correct toppings and i wasnt to touch the plain burnt cheese and tomato ones as he wanted them back (what fore? surely not to reheat and sell again???) So i waited and waited and waited for over an hour for my pizzas to turn up, my patients was wearing thin so i called again only to be advised by the same arrogant chap that they went out for delivery 20 minutes previous, again ill note that i live 2 miles away from the shop. by this point it was half eleven at night and i was fuming!, at quarter to midnight my pizzas finally arrived and guess what? Yep stone cold chewey rubbish. will not be using this store again, absolute disgrace.
