Proper boozer type pub. Sports on TV, pool table, good atmosphere. And VERY cheap

Really had a nice Sunday afternoon checking this out. Proper boozer with locals. Will be returning.

This is the place in Market Harborough to watch Premier League football. Reasonable prices, decent beer selection.

Great place to meet and chat.. Friendly and welcoming.. Live bands Saturday nights.. always sports on TVs to suit everyone

Generic pub. Really loud with limited seating. To be fair we were there right after a big soccer match so the locals were tuned up. But we only stayed for one and left.

Great venue for live music. Plenty of parking nearby. Service at the bar was particularly challenging for me on a Saturday night. There were only two male staff members on and it felt like they were biased to serving the females...

Caught one of the bar staff (Josh) ignoring customers?!?! Absoloutely disgusting!!!! Nags higher ups, keep the bar staff in control.

Went here on a visit,cheapish place with an old town pub atmosphere.

A proper pub and not the fake modern impressionist type, more sports tvs than Hughes, pool tables, dart boards, genuine local punters, comedians on the juke box, it’s like I’ve gone back 30 years. Great little pub with a great vibe.

Curious place, some of the customers looked as if they had not been home for years, but service was very good, a decent selection of drinks, very reasonable prices...we had a very pleasant couple of hours here

Best pub in harborough. I rarely go out but when i do it's here. Relaxed, big mix of people, nice outdoor area with TV. There's live music some nights. I like it.

I would say this was my favourite pub in Harborough it has a decent selection of alcoholic drinks, there is always live sport on, it has a pool table and about 5 darts boards. All the staff are very friendly and you can have a laugh with them, all the regulars are really friendly and will chat to anyone. The age range in there is from 18 to probably eighty. It is a cash only pub but there are at least 6 cash points within 100m of the pub. Located to the rear of the pub is a small car park, if you get there after 6pm it's free. In the month of December in Market Harborough every car park is free at all times of the day. And last but not least they play live music on Saturday night. Just been back for the first time in over a year and im glad to say that nothing has changed.

Good old school pub mix of all ages can get extremely busy when screening the football but if you're like me I don't mind that as everyone seems to know your carrying drinks & make a pathway . I do hear and read there are bust ups and few fights but never witnessed or seen any & got to be cheapest pub in town as well

Great place to watch the football.

The busiest and liveliest pub we found on our visit to Market Harborough. The Nags Head is very much a drinkers pub and sports pub. There are TV screens, pool table and dartboards. One large U-shaped room with a bar in the centre. There is a lot of banter and noise, all good natured. We loved it even though we rarely find it.Also, the best Guinness I had all week away. Unfortunately there was one over sized drunken elf that kept bothering us until I told him to politely, er, go away. He then pestered others though they seemed to accept him - probably the local nutter. The staff are brilliant and very hard working, eventually they had a word with him.

Wouldn't exactly be my first choice for a night out. Music far too loud. Can't get more than 2 people walking past each other at the bar, so it's a problem to get in and out the place or get drinks from the bar even when it's mildly busy. And let's not even talk about the state of the pool table.

You can get a good selection of beer's, lager and spirits at a reasonable price.

Absolutely despicable place to be. Incredibly rude to new visitors, if you're not a local don't expect a warm welcome. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A lively place, where you can never really fully relax. More than the average number of inebriated women in attendance which for some might be a positive thing. The toilets are a catastrophe, unfortunately.

A Pub how they used to be before wine bar style took over. Stay as a pub guys there isn't enough about these days
