This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and can say, that all was great. Just minutes off the M1. Close the Leicester city centre. Free parking on site. Large pub on site. Rooms are a good size. Staff are helpful. Definitely worth a stay.

Very helpful staff and good location. Pub right next door which makes amazing food at a good price. Carvery constantly refilled and helpful staff. You have to have the puddings.

Bit tricky to find. Sat nav took us to new estate. Thought the signage could be better, but once there all good.

Just spent two nights here with my elderly mum, 86, to visit her friends in Leicester. Lovely staff, really helpful and friendly, even offered to carry a suitcase for us! Hotel seems oldish and only half modernised so far. My room was good, modern great shower, very small bathroom. My mum's, however, had a really old bathroom that needed regrouting, tiny bath etc. Lovely location surrounded by trees and extensive greenery, very handy for the M1. Heating system didn't seem to respond very well. It's only two floors but be aware, there is NO LIFT, which was tricky for my mum. No restaurant so any meals are next door in the pub... Had a lovely evening meal there, but not breakfast. Seemed busy, prices have gone up to £10.99, which now does not include any speciality coffees! Food and ambience didn't seem great. So instead we nipped down to a nearby Tesco for a great, cheap breakfast. It was very quiet at night. All in all, our stay was fine and convenient for what we needed.

Room was ok but visit felt a disappointment compared to normal Premier Inn experience. The skip at reception didn’t help first impressions! The pub is best avoided unless a “cake-away take-away” floats your boat.

Stayed at the hotel over one night. The room cleanliness was ok (ish) but the restaurant at breakfast was awful. Sticky table, I wasn’t sure about how clean were the cups and plates, poor choice of hot food, some run out and there was no one from the service to be seen around, not to mention the "depresso" filter coffee. The reception staff very nice and friendly though.

It's always a nice Pi to stay here, the foods really good next door, but it's central to a large morrisons and next to the a50, but far enough from it to get a good night's sleep, thus is my 3rd stay and each tike the staff have been incredibly welcoming and polite. Highly reccomend this hotel for both leisure and business stays.

The heating system was very noisy on the first night of our 2-night stay. However, when we reported this, the staff were extremely efficient and immediately solved the issue.

A reasonably standard Premier Inn, close to the station and within walking distance of the city centre. Bar and restaurant on site. Underground car park is available, but costs extra (we paid £10 for one night). Access to the car park is narrow and the parking bays are small and nearly all bays have pillars.

One night stay arriving late. Room OK but cold and temperature control did not seem to do anything. Standard Premier Inn room. Breakfast paid for as part of our stay with Premier Inn and was very poor. Plates and cups dirty and the food virtually cold despite being early to breakfast at 7am.

Stayed here 3 nights and pleased with premier inn staff usual good service. We had problems with breakfast at Gynsills Farm and the premier inn staff refunded our breakfasts costs, very kind of them. My major problem and warning is with the refund will take up to 28 days to get to my card.. This is completely unnacceptable in this day of instant card payments... So beware if you ever need a refund from premier Inn... What a shame this spoils the usually positive experience with premier....

the room was cold, there was one small electric heater that worked only until 9 p.m. - that's how it was programmed. In the morning the temperature in the room was 16.5. I do not recommend,

Was booked in at Leicester north west premier inn. Receptionist Celine was absolutely brilliant, with a cool and calm head on her shoulders, unraveled a booking mix up. Thanks again

What a turn around! Had stopped using this, our local, for some months, as the food was declining, the place was looking less than inviting & the food hygiene ratings falling. However, having been told by several people that things had changed, we decided to give it another chance & so glad we did. The food just gets better and better. The place itself has had a much needed upgrade, giving you confidence when you walk in that what you walk out with will be good!! Spare ribs are amazing, lemon or orange chicken is extremely good and great value. Chow mein is no longer full of grease, just delicious layers of flavours. Great job on the upgrade, long may it last!
