Went in today and had a lovely piece of red velvet my gosh it was so lovely couldn’t eat it all had to take some home was a lovely visit will the family will come back when back in the area Thank you again such a lovely business

The Service is good enough to be served, ask what you want and it will be answered! They help with everything you need, worth to come back for sure, and it doesn't matter that it's a bit Pricy - it's worth to try or pay what you have trust me on that!!

First time visiting and found the staff very friendly and approachable, the service was lovely and the presentation of the food exceeded our expectations, it's not just a slab of cake on a plate, care was clearly taken with how everything is presented with every detail, even the plate and the tray, the atmosphere is so zen and peaceful really enjoyed our visit. Visited Isha today and had a carrot cake and a latte. The place has a lovely interior and the cake was amazing. Jemma's customer service was outstanding, nothing was too much for her. Highly recommend.

The cakes were lovely and on point. However, me and my mum had ordered a cappuccino which was completely cold and when I had told someone that works there is it suppose to be room temperature she said no should be hot and I told her it was room temperature and she just stared at me. I felt awkward so told her okay and she walked away. When you spend a lot of money you do expect there to be good service with it.

I’ve visited this café a few times now, and the atmosphere and colorful decor are really lovely. The layered cakes are delicious, and the drinks are just as good. The staff is always polite, making for an overall great experience.

The most amazing place iv ever bin to and will continue to go to. Honestly when uv had a tough day or u just need to switch off and unwind Isha’s is the place to be with the soothing atmosphere, calm traquility and phenominal food and hot beverages. Not only this but the staff are so so understanding and always greet u with a smile. Honestly if you have not bin to Isha’s you are missing out!! Get urself over to Isha’s!!

Lack of hygiene must be considered. And despite the food and drinks being great, the atmosphere was a bit negative.

Best coffee in Foss Park, not as bitter as others nice and mellow and the Opera Cake is next level, not the cheapest, but the best never is, definitely recommended!

A lovely calm setting, with wi-fi and charging options to be able to work or have meetings. Had the hot chocolate which was delicious and great value for money. Beautifully presented with vegan carrot cake. Instrumental piano music. Staff were welcoming and polite. Interior design is lush, especially in the upstairs seating area amd spotless. Just wish they'd serve some brunch options, like avocado on toast etc.

The woman Angela (looked like manager or family member)-she didn’t smile once, didn’t say thank you when placing order.. I said you can smile and she said I’ll cancel your order she didn’t give me a refund and said she had. . . What a way to run a business. Shame she couldn’t crack a smile. Won’t go there again unless I do not get my refund from them! Don’t go if you want any type of customer service. Also a bit of a rip off!

Took my daughter, ‘Isha’ for her 19th birthday as a surprise! She loved it as it’s spelt the same as her name too! All 3 cakes and mojitos were very nice and the staff were lovely. The ambience (music, lighting and decor) upstairs was particularly to the liking of all 4 of my daughters!

The cakes are just amazing, tasty & what you’d expect to pay for fresh excellent deli cakes.. the staff are friendly & the service is very welcoming. Always fresh & clean in side the shop.

Paid for two ice creams and we asked for an additional empty ice cream paper tub as my young daughter wanted one to feel as though she was also ordering (too young to eat ice cream), we asked if we could have one for her and the answer was no. We then said we are willing to pay for it yet the answer was still no due to company policy. Rather strange to be honest. We asked politely on both occasions but the manager Isha or Anisha was rude in both her responses. Unfortunately the customer service means we will not be returning or recommending to others.

This Patisserie is the best in Leicester! I have just visited for the first time and I was greeted by the most amazing service. The staff were so friendly and were very helpful when answering my questions about allergies. They have many options for all dietary requirements. I got the opera and it was amazing😍 We also tried the gelato and it was delicious. It was busy yet we were served so fast. I never normally leave reviews but I just had to for this place! You should definitely come🙌🏼

Popped in here hoping for a bit of a treat - cake and a coffee. The most flavourless cake I've ever eaten. We had a brownie and a piece of caramel biscuit cake and it was hard to tell the difference. Service was ok, although there were a few sulky looking faces. Atmosphere was what you'd expect of a cafe among a load of other coffee shops in a food court. Our table was sticky needed wiping properly. I think calling it a pattiserie is overstating it a bit(a lot?). Won't be going back.

I visited for the first time yesterday with my little granddaughter and her parents. It was pricey, but the food and drinks were delicious, and the place was so pretty. Lovely and relaxing. Why I'm posting is because the lovely girl who brought our drinks overheard my granddaughter say she wanted the milk in my little milk jug, so she brought her a little mug of milk of her own. That was so kind, and what excellent customer service. Those details make all the difference and we'll definitely return. Apologies to the young lady, we had no cash on us for tips. We'll make sure we bring some next time. Thank you

After having a lacklustre meal at another eatery in the area, my family and I decided to get dessert at Isha Patisserie. At first glance I thought the cakes seemed expensive, but then I quickly realised that the quality and craftsmanship of the cakes are unrivalled when compared to other high street dessert shops. In fact, they can hardly be put on the same level. And to top off the point, you’ll probably find you spend less per person than if you were to go somewhere else for dessert! Everything is made in house which is all the more impressive. All halal too! It is evident that the ladies running the shop are very hard working because the counters and cabinets were very organised and clean. The decor looks beautifully done, and I would have loved to eat upstairs to really take it in… but unfortunately my dad would not have been able to make his way up the stairs. I look forward to making another trip here soon… there are more cakes to be had and there is coffee to be drank!

Lovely place to sit down with friends. I had a latte and one of their nice desserts. Very unique presentation of the latte and delicious taste. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Also it was nice to sit down in a family run coffee instead of the usual big franchises.

If you are looking for something different, then Isha is it. We’ve been before and had a lovely time with our 8 year old daughter. The menu is on the pricier side, but on the whole you get what you pay for. Don’t go with small humans though. Isha staff were less friendly when we went with my niece’s active two year old girl. There are no high chairs for little ones so it can be difficult and the staff did make us feel uncomfortable enough to want to leave quickly.

Ordered coffee and 2 cake slices ! Coffee was served but no spoon / stirer or singers came with the coffee. Red velvet Cakes Wes a little dry but presented well and ferrero was nothing special but deffo over priced ! £8 a cake slice is by far the most expensive Iv ever been charged for a small slice of cake plus extra for cream !! At that price I would have thought it would come with it ! I’ve paid less at harrods ! Unfortunately I Won’t be going there again with those prices absolute rip off .

As I visited your devine cafw in Fosse Park I was dazzled by everything I saw, I literally I couldn't stop admiring the layout, the decor the atmosphere, and the service was number one customer service . If I were to rate this cafe I would without hesitation give it 11 out of 10. A mega big thank you to the manager, the owner and all the staff.

Just left and this beautiful place is amazing!!! Really lovely people serving and the cakes...oh my god!! I had the lemon meringue and it was the perfect blend of sweet and lemon. The meringue was so light! My daughter loved her ice cream pot and the music was really nice. It was piano versions of big songs so we had fun identifying them...created a lovely chilled atmosphere.

Stumbled across this beautiful patisserie. Gorgeous coffee and amazing food. All perfectly prepared and presented. Knowledgeable staff were able to assist with nutritional information. 3rd time we've been and it just keeps getting better

Ordered cake at the end of the day and at nearly £7 I was disappointed with the lack of flavour, texture and freshness.

This place is sooo good. The decor is stunning and the desserts are beautiful. I had a red velvet cake to take away and it was the best red velvet cake I have ever had in Leicester. I came in another time to dine in and the service is great. All staff are so lovely. I had a biscoff cheesecake that tasted delicious. I spent around 12 pounds for the cheesecake, ice cream and I had a green tea but it is a pot of tea which we love to see. If you want premium, homemade desserts and patisserie that are rich in flavour but not too sweet come here. I dont live near fosse park but this place is worth the commute. Anaya served me and was so lovely.

Best red velvet I’ve ever had. I was shocked when told the price of almost £7 for a small slice but it’s so indulgent I had to eat it in parts. Definitely worth it. Highly recommended as the drinks menu and cake selection are so unique.

The interior was beautiful and the restaurant had a really relaxing atmosphere. The customer service was amazing and I was shocked how clean it was, everything looked brand new. Isha Patisserie is genuinely one of THE BEST places to go to. First of all, the staff are so friendly and helpful and their service is just absolutely incredible. I ended up going for an Oreo hot chocolate which was absolutely divine but with that said there are so many amazing options to choose from which is what is so great about this place. Also the design of the shop is so beautiful and elegant. They have created such a lovely space, the perfect place to meet all your friends and family. Indulge in some of the finest cakes and sweet treats that they have to offer along with their wide selection of drinks. I highly recommend you check this place out , you will not be disappointed! You will truly never find any place like this in Leicester.

Gorgeous food, served in a beautiful eaterie by the friendliest staff ever. My friend and I popped in for a quick drink and ended up enjoying the cakes so much we bought extra to take home. The upstairs eating area is so pretty, the perfect place to chat for ours whilst enjoying amazing and drinks. I highly recommend the lemon meringue pie, the cheese cakes and the macarons.

Been there during official warehouse visit to our 1 of the warehouses. 2 siblings were handling the customers nicely. Manager came to us and asked for feedback. One of the best experiences here for a work event for coffee and cake with colleagues. Everyone loved the decor and service. The two ladies running the place were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do more to make the afternoon perfect. Highly recommend the Opera Cake. Sensational.

It was my first time there and I can honestly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place to have some relax during busy shopping spree. I really enjoyed Pistachio white hot chocolate and Red velvet cheesecake.

It was the cherry cake on your display board outside that caught my attention. I was so so disappointed when I got home. It did not resemble the cake slice pictured on the board. This cherry cake in my box was like an individually assembled sponge and cream layered cake and not a slice of cake from a whole cake. Well when I say sponge, it wasn't. It was like soft biscuit. Extremely dry substance that my desert folk struggled with. I was so looking forward to eating it and I was so disappointed. Absolute waste of my £6.95.

A complete disappointed!!!! We bought a cake slice from here today - Red Velvet- an abosuolte disappointed. We needed layers were stubborn that a stake knife was needed to cut it. Only thing was in abundance was sugar. No taste of joy of eating a cake. Rather go to supermarket and pick up a whole cake with fraction of the price. Cake slice this place sell for £7.00 a rip off price. Think 100 times before entering the place.

I’ve been to this place several times already. They have delicious coffee and cake. I often used to spend my afternoons there after work. Unfortunately, the upper part of the cafe was closed last few times. Where the atmosphere for conversations and coffee was truly wonderful. Sadly, you can only sit downstairs where you can hear the street noise and feel a draft.

Unfortunately didn’t like any single cake so far , drinks are not good either, everything is overpriced.

Staff seem friendly. But the red velvet cake is absolutely awful. I love red velvet but this was probably the worst I've had. Way too sweet, weird taste and texture! Especially for £7.

It was my first visit there. I walked in because I saw some lovely cakes and a lovely atmosphere. Interestingly, none of the cakes has any l price tags on them and the menu on the wall only displays the price of coffees. Coffee prices are very reasonable so how expensive can a slice of cake be? Turns out, a slice of cake 🍰 is £6.95. The till lady also asked if we would like ice cream on our cake, which sounds good. Bam! Another 2.95. Again, we were ordering without any clue of how much things are. We went to sit down upstairs, which was lovely. The environment is giving out beautiful mellow vibes, the piano playlist only complimenting the experience. And I didn't mind too much that it took them 15 mins to bring up one cappuccino and two slices of cake. I think I will be coming back there, purely of the calm vibe it is giving out. I saw people with laptops, I think it's a great place to do important work. However, I am disappointed with the waiting times and with the surprise of the total bill, which I should know before hand that the slice of cake will cost me almost 7 pounds.

Lovely ambience, great service and cake selection! Better chai latte than Starbucks! Definitely my new regular spot in Fosse Park food court.

Visited this place recently and was amazed by how beautiful this place was. We were served by Ria, who was super friendly just like all the staff we met. The coffees she made were incredible. Everyone loved them and will definitely visit again. We recommended it to everybody who wants to have a break and enjoy a coffee or a dessert.

£4.50 for an ice cream cone in a cost of living crisis is crazy!!! Rather find an ice cream van & get a fresh ice cream with flake for more than half the price of this. Also no prices were displayed for the ice cream.

A very pretty venue serving really good and well presented cakes. I had the Black Forest cherry cane and it was delicious. The drinks on the other hand are significantly over priced and not great quality. I went for a half term treat with my son who ordered a frappe at nearly £6. The thin paper straw made it hard to drink but after 10 mins he was left with half a glass of ice. I did complain and was offered a remake or a top up with milk - for the money I would expect much more. A cheaper drink from Costa would’ve been better and cheaper. Same goes for my cappuccino which was ordered as a large but was both smaller and weaker than I’d expect. I’d suggest going here for the cakes but then picking any of the other outlets in the food court for drinks afterwards.

My first visit to Isha patisserie was absolutely phenomenal! I traveled all the way from another city and it was definetly worth it! The staff are incredibly friendly and offer great customer service, and to top it all of the amazing cakes they had were so tasteful. The atmosphere of the place was so calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend taking a visit!

A posh looking cake shop with very eye catching colour decorations and furnitures, first impression was very girly, very pretty 💖 Lots of yummy, gorgeous looking cakes to choose from, but they are not as yummy as they look, super sweet. Price is a little more expensive than expected, considering it’s in Leicester, as a treat is ok, or it’s a nice place for a date. Downstairs sittings, as it’s outside the place, there are lots of people walk by, there are beautiful tables and chairs upstairs, but no lift. Staff is not very friendly or we didn’t feel welcome at all, the place was empty when we arrived and we were the only customers the whole time, when we were leaving, the staff was too busy on her laptop & didn’t response to our thank you and good bye.

We visited Isha patisserie for the first time last week and what an experience! From the service, the setting, the attention to detail and the amazing selection of high quality cakes and coffee. One of the best patisseries I have been to and without a doubt the best in Leicester. We will be back.
