It was my first time to visit the place i was mate by very humble Naomi who was brilliant to guide me and made feel like home. I had Dirty tea which was brilliant and thanks to Naomi who recommended me. Keep up the good work Naomi because of people like you the business will always flourish. Thank you very much.

The food and atmosphere are phenomenal in Isha Patisserie. Notably Naomi, a worker at Isha is always very friendly and kind to me and all customers. I would very highly recommend Isha to friends and family and implore people to go here.

We bought two small cake slices for 7 pound each, and they were both very stale. I was so surprised to see how stale it was given I have been in the past and bought an opera cake which was nice. I feel absolutely let down that I’ve paid 14.90 for two cake slices that tasted like they’ve been on the counter for 5+ days (I’m sure they were). Really disgraceful and taking people for mugs.

Visited yesterday after our shopping,ordered some desserts and one drink each for us,the cake tasted good but a bit too dry and very sugary,the iced coffee was okay,the late my husband had was nice but not hot enough, my daughter had an iced tea,which was good. We were excited to go upstairs to have our treat,but unfortunately we were told that they are cleaning there so we won't be able to. It's a good place to have a dessert and a coffee,but a bit too pricey,42£ for 3 people. And some prices for the cakes would be helpful so the costumer can see how much it costs

After a day's shopping, ISHA was the perfect stop to end the day! Hot Chocolate and Latte with Mango and Lime slice and Lemon Meringue slice. Drinks were very nice, but wow the cakes, me and my girlfriend were taken back at how lovely they tasted. It's a definite visit again next time we are there! Friendly service, well presented patisserie that was as pleasing to the eye as well as the taste buds. Ladies keep up the good work!

This place is so beautiful and they have so many delicious choices of cakes. They also have a variety of gluten free, which is soooo good. The service is also 10/10, I really want to thank Irene for her amazing service and recommendation. Absolutely amazing.

Delicious unique flavoured treats, fresh and good portions. Perfect with some tea. Alice was very welcoming and kind. Lovely atmosphere to be with friends or enjoy your own company in such an aesthetically pleasing environment.

Not worth the price. "Mojito" £6.20 was tiny - no taste - just tasted of soda water. Rubbish

I visited for a cake and a latte and was served by a lovely girl called Eleanor. Customer service was great and I loved the decor. Will definitely visit again :)

This cafe is soo cozy with super friendly staff, and their iced latte with hazelnut syrup is absolutely to die for! Highly recommend!

My wife and I came here for the first time for a coffee and a slice of cake to share. I ordered a double cortado and my wife had a flat white. This was accompanied by a slice of red velvet cake. The dessert and coffee was lovely and we were served with efficiency and politeness by Eleanor. Good food, amazing service.

Currently sat upstairs with my friends after shopping at fosse park & the interior is so beautiful ! It really takes you away from the busy atmosphere of the shopping centre ! Visited this café hoping for a good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere instead of going to Costa next door, but it was a big disappointment. The drinks were very basic yet overpriced, not warm enough. I also tried a chocolate brownie, which had a very average taste—not worth the price. The overall experience was underwhelming, and I definitely wouldn't return. Not recommended

Over priced. Cheap hot drinks (can't get extra hot and very moderate temperate) also money motivated company. Ordered mocha and served as a normal drink by mistake and when we requested for the right drink wanted to pay us extra £2.00. so unprofessional. The drink were full of froth and room temperate their machines can't make extra hot drinks.

Jemma assisted us with our big family outing, and she did an excellent job ensuring we all had our drinks, food and sorting a nice space for us upstairs to be together. I really enjoyed the Cyan Waves drink and recommend it to everyone!

READ PLS ok so me and my short white freind trevor always come here to get ishas amazingggg ice cream. the service here is amazing the interior is the soooo nice the food is always amazing and the staff here are so friendly and accommodating. i’ve came here so many times and this worker naomi is the best she always serves me and we always joke and talk with each other. she been there for my embarrassing moments like when i forgot my pin number and i’ve came so many times she even gave me free ice cream this time. oh yeah and even gave me a bunch of notes for my gcse english exam on tuesday. please come here and ask for naomi shes the best

I had my grandson with me he had fell asleep so I took the opportunity to have a drink and cake first time I had been in I had a delicious strawberry cake with pot of tea the atmosphere and service was wonderful I would highly recommend

A very nice independent patisserie inside the food area at Fosse Park. Its has a very fresh, modern interior with plenty of seating available upstairs. We both had a coffee and cake of which there was a good selection to choose from. They tasted nice and rich whilst not being too stodgy. All in all a very nice chilled place to relax before hitting the busy shops nearby.

The definition of style over substance. The desserts are extremely overpriced and underwhelming in terms of taste.

Me and my friend often come to Isha, we are usually greeted by Jemma and Naomi, and it’s always great to see them because of how friendly and funny they are 🤣 We end up just letting them choose 2 random cakes for us to eat, and they never disappoint!! Thank you both, it’s always fun coming again.

Poor customer service – they don’t answer phone calls. Although their closing time is listed as 6 PM, they shut down by 5 PM. They even refuse to allow customers in to place cake orders for events after 5 PM.

I spend a lot time in coffee shops up at fosse park working on laptop. First time I’ve been into ISHA. Not only was the coffee far better than your Costas/Starbucks but the staff were brilliant. Worth going out of my way to give these guys a mention as I’ll be coming here each time I’m back up from now on. I was served and waited on by Jemma and Naomi who both couldn’t have done Anthony more!! Thank you both!

After such a long day of shopping at fosse park it was so lovely to unwind at Isha. Loved the carrot cake goes well with abit of pouring cream and a dirty chai. Delicious. Service was quick, staff were very helpful & friendly. Looking forward to coming back.

The ambience and the people serving the dessert was really nice, that tempted me to try their Red Velvet Cheesecake slice. I was extremely disappointed the way it turned out, it was just sugar I couldn’t taste anything else and it also felt like it was stale, I couldn’t get the taste of cheesecake from it, it felt like a normal cake frosting. I had tried many red velvet cakes before and this was nowhere near to that. Although the presentation, the box qnd everything was very good but I would rather have a good tasting dessert.

Came into Isha for the first time today, absolutely loved it! I had the red velvet cheesecake and my mum had the carrot cake we both loved it. The staff were so warming and friendly and made our day. We were served by Naomi and Amelia, they both had such good customer service. Naomi in particular was so welcoming and a lovely person overall, will definitely be coming back!

Went into the cafe for the first time yesterday and decided to try their carrot cake! 😍🤤 OMG absolute heaven, the best I have ever tried and it was the perfect balance of sweetness and moist! Wish I ordered 2 slices! The staff were also so lovely and welcoming and such amazing customer service! Will definitely be coming back for more!

Sorry don't know what are you talking about? My review was 100% real. I've told you that I was there before with my gf!! And I told you when your espresso (18 g of coffee) was extracted under 10 sec... Regarding the hiring "process" what can I say is just like ur customer service. No smile,no greetings,no recommendations! Those kind of business hurt all of us,hope at this point to figure out , even though I don't think so! Have a nice day!

The Service is good enough to be served, ask what you want and it will be answered! They help with everything you need, worth to come back for sure, and it doesn't matter that it's a bit Pricy - it's worth to try or pay what you have trust me on that!!

Visited Isha today and had a carrot cake and a latte. The place has a lovely interior and the cake was amazing. Jemma's customer service was outstanding, nothing was too much for her. Highly recommend.

My wife and I visited Isha and we were amazed by the decor! It was beauftil and gave a capming chill feel! The service was excellent and the coffee and cakes were 10 out of 10!

The cakes were lovely and on point. However, me and my mum had ordered a cappuccino which was completely cold and when I had told someone that works there is it suppose to be room temperature she said no should be hot and I told her it was room temperature and she just stared at me. I felt awkward so told her okay and she walked away. When you spend a lot of money you do expect there to be good service with it.

I’ve visited this café a few times now, and the atmosphere and colorful decor are really lovely. The layered cakes are delicious, and the drinks are just as good. The staff is always polite, making for an overall great experience.

The most amazing place iv ever bin to and will continue to go to. Honestly when uv had a tough day or u just need to switch off and unwind Isha’s is the place to be with the soothing atmosphere, calm traquility and phenominal food and hot beverages. Not only this but the staff are so so understanding and always greet u with a smile. Honestly if you have not bin to Isha’s you are missing out!! Get urself over to Isha’s!!

Best coffee in Foss Park, not as bitter as others nice and mellow and the Opera Cake is next level, not the cheapest, but the best never is, definitely recommended!

A lovely calm setting, with wi-fi and charging options to be able to work or have meetings. Had the hot chocolate which was delicious and great value for money. Beautifully presented with vegan carrot cake. Instrumental piano music. Staff were welcoming and polite. Interior design is lush, especially in the upstairs seating area amd spotless. Just wish they'd serve some brunch options, like avocado on toast etc.

The woman Angela (looked like manager or family member)-she didn’t smile once, didn’t say thank you when placing order.. I said you can smile and she said I’ll cancel your order she didn’t give me a refund and said she had. . . What a way to run a business. Shame she couldn’t crack a smile. Won’t go there again unless I do not get my refund from them! Don’t go if you want any type of customer service. Also a bit of a rip off!

Took my daughter, ‘Isha’ for her 19th birthday as a surprise! She loved it as it’s spelt the same as her name too! All 3 cakes and mojitos were very nice and the staff were lovely. The ambience (music, lighting and decor) upstairs was particularly to the liking of all 4 of my daughters!

The cakes are just amazing, tasty & what you’d expect to pay for fresh excellent deli cakes.. the staff are friendly & the service is very welcoming. Always fresh & clean in side the shop.

Paid for two ice creams and we asked for an additional empty ice cream paper tub as my young daughter wanted one to feel as though she was also ordering (too young to eat ice cream), we asked if we could have one for her and the answer was no. We then said we are willing to pay for it yet the answer was still no due to company policy. Rather strange to be honest. We asked politely on both occasions but the manager Isha or Anisha was rude in both her responses. Unfortunately the customer service means we will not be returning or recommending to others.

This Patisserie is the best in Leicester! I have just visited for the first time and I was greeted by the most amazing service. The staff were so friendly and were very helpful when answering my questions about allergies. They have many options for all dietary requirements. I got the opera and it was amazing😍 We also tried the gelato and it was delicious. It was busy yet we were served so fast. I never normally leave reviews but I just had to for this place! You should definitely come🙌🏼

Popped in here hoping for a bit of a treat - cake and a coffee. The most flavourless cake I've ever eaten. We had a brownie and a piece of caramel biscuit cake and it was hard to tell the difference. Service was ok, although there were a few sulky looking faces. Atmosphere was what you'd expect of a cafe among a load of other coffee shops in a food court. Our table was sticky needed wiping properly. I think calling it a pattiserie is overstating it a bit(a lot?). Won't be going back.

I visited for the first time yesterday with my little granddaughter and her parents. It was pricey, but the food and drinks were delicious, and the place was so pretty. Lovely and relaxing. Why I'm posting is because the lovely girl who brought our drinks overheard my granddaughter say she wanted the milk in my little milk jug, so she brought her a little mug of milk of her own. That was so kind, and what excellent customer service. Those details make all the difference and we'll definitely return. Apologies to the young lady, we had no cash on us for tips. We'll make sure we bring some next time. Thank you

After having a lacklustre meal at another eatery in the area, my family and I decided to get dessert at Isha Patisserie. At first glance I thought the cakes seemed expensive, but then I quickly realised that the quality and craftsmanship of the cakes are unrivalled when compared to other high street dessert shops. In fact, they can hardly be put on the same level. And to top off the point, you’ll probably find you spend less per person than if you were to go somewhere else for dessert! Everything is made in house which is all the more impressive. All halal too! It is evident that the ladies running the shop are very hard working because the counters and cabinets were very organised and clean. The decor looks beautifully done, and I would have loved to eat upstairs to really take it in… but unfortunately my dad would not have been able to make his way up the stairs. I look forward to making another trip here soon… there are more cakes to be had and there is coffee to be drank!

Lovely place to sit down with friends. I had a latte and one of their nice desserts. Very unique presentation of the latte and delicious taste. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Also it was nice to sit down in a family run coffee instead of the usual big franchises.

If you are looking for something different, then Isha is it. We’ve been before and had a lovely time with our 8 year old daughter. The menu is on the pricier side, but on the whole you get what you pay for. Don’t go with small humans though. Isha staff were less friendly when we went with my niece’s active two year old girl. There are no high chairs for little ones so it can be difficult and the staff did make us feel uncomfortable enough to want to leave quickly.

Ordered coffee and 2 cake slices ! Coffee was served but no spoon / stirer or singers came with the coffee. Red velvet Cakes Wes a little dry but presented well and ferrero was nothing special but deffo over priced ! £8 a cake slice is by far the most expensive Iv ever been charged for a small slice of cake plus extra for cream !! At that price I would have thought it would come with it ! I’ve paid less at harrods ! Unfortunately I Won’t be going there again with those prices absolute rip off .
