Premier Inn Leeds East hotel in Leeds

The lady on the reception looked extremely surprised almost annoyed when I walked in and asked for a room. She asked me to sit down and make my booking online (yes while sitting IN THE RECEPTION) The rooms looking at the back of the pub next door are quite noisy due to a big fan being constantly on.

Asked for room to be cleaned never got cleaned for time I was there. Man on desk not very helpful. There is a pub next to premier inn which is good. No WiFi on tv so couldn't connect to it to stream from phone. Breakfast is ok not the best. But staff very friendly serving food. Wouldn't stop here again

We stayed at this premier inn from Friday to Sunday recently. The staff were lovely, we had the cooked breakfast, the bacon was cooked perfectly, it’s located next to the Brown Cow in which we had dinner on Friday night which was very lively and the food was delicious and good value

I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn Leeds East. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout my visit. The hotel is quiet, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Leeds.

Very nice location away from the main hustle and bustle. Breakfast was well cooked and service was good. The closest pub was literally on the door step!

Only downside for me it doesn't have a restaurant with it a breakfast room but no evening meal. There was a place next door but very busy definitely book in advance

Room decoration poor especially the bathroom could do with refurbishment, This is the second time within a month and they are still no stocking DECAFF tea very poor

Room was great, clean, and with enough room for the kids. Staff were great, especially Kiera who was very kind and sweet with the kids. We also got left a little treat in our rooms for the elves as we stayed close to Christmas - very nice touch

Basic clean room, comfy bed, next door to a pub, The Brown Cow that also does food. It's less than 10mins walk to Cross Gates Train Station that has good connections to Leeds & York. Would we stay here again? Yes. Till next time.

The hotel is well located for getting to Leeds city center. The rooms were clean. Room service but only on request. The nearby pub is great for the hotel. Thanks, I'll come back here.

The first room we were given had a very rickety desk a toilet that rocked and it looked as if there was a damp problem. The second room hadn't been cleaned, third time lucky. The decor is very tired. The staff were very helpful and polite

Pretty standard PI hotel with good location, breakfast and parking. I can recommend. I year later, stayed here again. Same helpful staff and great PI service, etc.

Good location and very friendly staff. There was a young lady who was working on the Sunday night and Saturday morning who was very helpful and is a credit to the company. We stayed in room 7 and helped us with a couple of things.

Nice clean tidy room, got a brilliant sleep in the comfy bed. Reception staff very kind and helpful, they assisted me with something that others probably would have said they couldn’t help with. Recommend this Premier Inn.

Room was smelly and fittings were quite old. Internet is extremely slow on purpose so that you have to buy the "premium" WiFi for an additional charge. I have to say the stuff was trying to be helpful but all in all not a good experience

Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast available ( though I haven't tried it yet) Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable price. Easy parking. Would definately stay again.
