It's in a good location and was great value for money in most departments. You always know what your going to get with premier inn hence the reason I always use them where possible. The only thing that let leeds down was the outside noise from the road. Usually premier inn seem to have triple glazing that cancels out noise but at Leeds I could here all the road noise as if the road was in my room (106). Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed in better and worse Premier Inn. Rooms a little tired. A proper USB plug would be good

Stayed for 2 nights on business, self check in was a breeze, no complaints. Room is nice and tidy but my double bed is two singles pushed together and the mattress really doesn’t feel like the usual premium bed you get in other Premier Inns! Dinned in the restaurant both nights. First night wasn’t good at all: starter and main arrived at the same time as they thought I ordered take out? Chicken wings were as hard as bricks, steak overdone. Slow service and the food took forever. Second night wasn’t slightly better but a 40 minute wait for food with hardly anyone seated worried me, dessert followed about 20 minutes later. Just really slow! Breakfast was great, self service as usual no complaints at all. This Premier Inn was a bit of a flop really!

The room is clean and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. The staff are friendly and polite. The lovely receptionist gave my son a row of chocolates, and he was overjoyed. Thank you so much to her.

This was my second time staying in this hotel. It's located on the south western side of the city centre, about 5-10 minutes walk from the station, and is a fairly quiet area albeit on a busy road. Rooms are quiet and I couldn't hear the traffic in my room, but I was on the 7th floor. My room was a refurbished Premier Plus room, and to be honest it wasn't much different to a standard Premier Inn room - the same bed, the same carpet - although there was a Nespresso machine and pods (free to use), a mini bar with two small bottles of water (again, free), and two tiny blocks of Green & Blacks chocolate (again, free), a rather splattery artwork on the wall, and a foot stool next to the armchair. I slept well on both nights, but the pillows were rather firm for my liking - the "soft" pillows in the bag in the wardrobe felt no softer. The wardrobe contains an ironing board and iron, which took up a lot of space and meant my clothes were a bit squashed up. The shower was a little problematic too - good pressure, but the tap ran at the same time (pulling the handle up didn't stop the flow). Breakfast was typical Premier Inn fare - self service buffet with a good choice, but it's overpriced if you only want some light things. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly. If I go back to Leeds I'd stay here again as it's in a quiet spot and is a modern building, but some may prefer to be a little closer to the city centre than this.

Stayed one night while visiting family. Woken pre dawn by the sound of the heater pelting out white noise with no ability to turn it off Reported at reception when leaving Advised good night guarantee is handled by central office and that you have to formal request a refund via a form 3 days later an email refused a goodnight guarantee as I did not inform reception at the time (545-550am) So even though they accept I did not sleep well, they expected me to dress and go to reception to report this Totally disgusting Basically the guarantee is a CON! Avoid premiere inn in general not just this one They used to be good!

I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns. Probably more than any other hotel chain. The location of this one is good for the station and other central services. Arrival is via a self check in. It worked and was easy to navigate. The room wasn't great. The bathroom has seen better days, although it was clean. Price-wise it was good value for Leeds. I realise that I want them to provide winter duvets, maybe they will read this and consider?

No complaints about the room, service or location - all good with me. It is the internet that was disappointing. In this day and age, not having a decent internet connection is hard to live with. It is so slow that even web pages takes a minute to load fully. You offering a paid faster internet connection does not help. Please fix it for your future guests, so that it is not as frustrating as it was for me.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn for a business meeting, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. The double bed room provided ample space and was cozy. The room also had adjustable temperature settings, which was big plus. Breakfast menu covered the essentials with a classic English breakfast.

Dishonest Practices, Poor Customer Service, and Unclear Communication I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My journey began at 2 a.m. when I called the hotel to confirm if I could check in. After being assured, I dragged two nearly 40kg suitcases from the train station to the hotel, only to face a series of frustrations. When I arrived, I saw on Booking.com that the price was £59, so I specifically asked the receptionist if I could book online and check in immediately. They confirmed that I could, so I made the reservation. However, after booking, the staff took almost an hour and eventually told me that the online reservation was for a 3 p.m. check-in. If I wanted to check in immediately, I had to pay an additional £139. Why wasn’t this made clear from the beginning? Why did the staff avoid explaining this upfront and keep me waiting? Was this because I’m Asian, and they assumed I wouldn’t argue? On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and impatient throughout the process. Their attitude made an already stressful situation worse. This entire experience felt like a scam, with unclear communication and unprofessional staff. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

After looking at the pictures of the hotel I was disappointed to nit have a shower cubicle in my room .. we had a bath with a rain shower type over the top.. I have a fear or water falling on me and I needed a detachable shower head on a hose (the type that it shows on all the pictures) I asked reception to move me to a room with one of these showers and was told they didn't have these showers in the hotel.. only baths! So what are they on the pictures??

It is not possible not to have a small refrigerator. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned because we had to tell the reception to have it cleaned. At 100 euros a night without breakfast and without the above too expensive.

Just a five minute walk from the train station, I love this hotel because it's clean, affordable and the staff are lovely and friendly. Simple and modern rooms are well worth the money and the two bars opposite are well worth a visit, especially Mad Frans. Perfect for a one-night stay or weekend in Leeds.

Can't compliment this hotel enough. It's a Premier Inn so by no means luxury, but the standard of everything was perfect. Spotless room (one of the cleanest I've seen), clean communal areas, fast check in, polite staff, as accessible as you could ever hope for being five minutes from the train station, comfortable bed, big TV, spacious room, good temperature, good shower... The only thing I can't comment on are the food and bar as I didn't bother with those. Literally nothing to criticise. Premier Inn should market this as their flagship hotel. And I paid £35 for one night, which is insane.

Sooo expensive! Premier Inn used to be low/mid-priced but acceptable - it's usually cheaper now to book independent hotels which are usually better.

Here for work, no dairy free milk sachets options for the rooms However when I asked at reception they gave me a carton of Soya milk from the restaurant to use throughout my stay for 2 nights. Very nice of them and much appreciated! 5 star service Also the rooms very nice and clean as per premiere inn

In a word, excellent! You cannot fault this hotel, it deserves more than 3 stars. We stayed in the Premier Plus room and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room is a good size, recently refurbished, spotlessly clean, the bed is super comfy, the windows are triple glazed so you don't hear a thing from outside and the staff are friendly. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, with capsules, complimentary water and a Green &Blacks chocolate. For us, this was everything we needed. There is no parking but it is easy to park on the streets nearby (Park Place) for free overnight and you can pay via the Pay by Phone app from 8am if you don't want to move the car. We will be back!

Food is not very good here at all especially for the price point, the prices are all wrong, the sirloin steak is 1cm thick and comes out like a piece of frying steak really lethargic non of the fat cooked and pale in colour as the grill isn’t hot enough, starter felt a bit mix match deep fried black pudding with pancetta and the most boring side salad iv ever seen, the pancetta was tasteless maybe use guanciali or season the dish!, it just felt to me that the chef was very inexperienced and he’s tried putting a great sounding menu together and charging top dollar for the dishes when he can’t cook them or present them properly, the salad here is the same as mixed bag salad at Asda with a few cherry tomatoes you can’t serve this in a pub like that! The menu and chefs need work to take this place to where it deserves to be or the place will lose popularity very very quickly and I’m in this game I know, hopefully management will look into this as customers are noticing your not up to scratch but your prices are???!!!!

Brilliant date night! We arrived early to catch the last of the sunshine on the balcony with 241 cocktails. We then moved inside and enjoyed amazing food served by the fabulous Nellie. We highly recommend the chateaubriand and the new Malbec wine we were encouraged to try was beautiful. Nellie went above and beyond to make our night the best and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Nellie and the rest of the team, we’ll be back soon

I was waiting at the bar for about 20 minutes waiting for this bartender to serve me. After 15 she severed my friend and took 10 minutes to make her two simple cocktails. Then she proceeded to server her friends before me and eventually when it came to serving me she refused to serve me my cocktails because it was last orders. What absulter BS never coming back and never recommending this place get new workers who will actually do their job.

A brilliant venue for a wedding do, food was amazing Staff are excellent, very great service Friendly Cater for every occasion I could not stress enough how accommodating the owners were, before my wedding ( pre wedding jitters) And how beautiful the barn looked when we got there for the do. Entertainment amazing They had us in stitches, joined in the celebrations They make you feel like you have known them all your life. Could not have had the whole evening better than it was, they made a special day a whole lot more special Thank-you to Zoe and Jon.
