The location for the hotel is really good. It is next to a river, the river was a bit dry when I went. I really like the rooms for premier inn, the hotels rooms, cleanliness and very good and the value for money is incredible. We had a very good sleep and breakfast from the nearby beef eater restaurant. Beef eater provides meals to hotel guests. There is ample parking close to the hotel.

Beautiful location, staff were friendly, pub next door was great. Major downside is that there is no air con. Yes there was a fan but the room was so hot I hardly slept

One of the best for location right next to the river and harbour, with a beefeater next door. Large free car park just log reg number at reception. Rooms got little hot but fan provided.

Don't go into room 15 . But saying that the staff are really friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious and suit your needs . Defo use them again but check the small details and no this isn't 4 rooms in a bed

First time staying in the isle of Wight and glad we picked this Premier Inn. It's in the centre of everything. Room was spotless and quiet at night. Restaurant on site is lovely. Staff can't do enough for you. Can't comment on the WiFi as we didn't need to use it as our phone reception was so good which isn't normally the case when we have stayed at other Premier inns. If I ever come back here I would come back to this one. Can't fault it.

Nice hotel, not cheap for sure. No ventilation in the room, we were amazed we were still breathing in the morning. The window opens, but the air doesn't move anywhere. Even at 16-17 degrees, if there are more than 2 people, there is difficult to breathe in there, as there is no way to air the room. Downside: open window means you hear everything from the street. Including the idiots who have conversation under your said window, because they have just arrived and unpacked their car through their own window. Smart, right?

Exceeded expectations. Lovely service, and very kid friendly. Having a beefeater beside it was also very convenient. Has a lovely park just beside it and also a little canal with swans on it.

Before we headed home took a stroll along the beach front in Ryde, came across this place, young chap behind the counter very friendly and chatty, good range on the menu, ordered medium and large fish with chips, cooked to order, small seating area, meals came short while after, shop started to become very busy as we waited, fish was lightly battered and chips cooked to perfection, not disappointed, highly recommend

Rather an odd place, some of the plants and surroundings are magnificent and other plants and areas are dreadful! They seem to be trying to achieve a "natural look" but it should not mean just leaving plants without care. We noticed that in some areas the plants are being strangled with bindweed which is sad to see and is going to be very destructive to many plants. Also some very big safety issues with paths close to the hot house blocked by branches and one path with steps going up a fairly steep hill where the handrail is totally hidden by overgrown plants. In the valley at the bottom there is a large pit about 10' deep where the only safety barrier is made from wooden planks some of which have rotted in the ground and are only held together with the rope at the top of each plank, only a matter of time before someone has an accident there and drops into the rocky pit! The hot house is interesting, again planting running wild and escaping from the inside to outdoors. Interesting to talk to a structural engineer who was visiting and reckoned the plants would wreck the structural integrity of the building within 2-3 years. An interesting visit, sometimes for the wrong reasons, if you go take care and be careful on the overgrown sections, especially the paths and steps. A machete and a hard hat might be useful! And if anyone working there reads this... Please get some of your safety issues sorted, if anyone falls down that very poorly protected hole or hurts themselves on your overgrown paths and steps then the damage to your reputation and bank balance could be big indeed

Food and service great 😊 Only downside was the ladies toilets, could do with a deep thorough clean
