Premier Inn Ipswich South East hotel in Ipswich

My first visit to this venue, perfect location for my job, great value for money, excellent service

It's a premier Inn you kind of know it isn't top of the line. This particular premier inn was looking a bit old and a bit out the way. It was close to a decent pub and lots of eateries etc. I'd stay here again if I needed too for work.

Wow this place was amazing, after visiting our friends we arrived later at 9pm fully tired out. We booked an accessible room for my disabilities. The staff were so helpful and supportive with the check in and seeing how we were. We really appreciate it. We got to the room and it was large spacious room with a large queen bed that was lower to the ground, all the room was fully clean and tidy. The bathroom/wet room is the bathroom of dreams. A disabled toilet with plenty of railings ( much appreciated) the sink and mirror was perfect level but the award winner was the shower omg the best shower I ever had the flooring is lower with gaint curtains to keep ur dignity assessible texturing and a seat was amazing

Fantastic stay. Couldn't fault a thing. Great staff, great room. Luckily we had air conditioning in this heat.

Really wonderful stay. All staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Beds comfortable.

I’ve been staying here every weekend for the last few weeks and have to thank Jack, Veronika, Susie and Lisa for always being so welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room is always clean and comfortable, a home from home for me. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Me and my partner stayed here about a week or 2 ago... When we got there their computer system had gone down, so they had to do everything by papers which was fine. Anyway.... It had to be checked by someone else after the friendly woman at the desk had asked for information etc, and a man came to the desk and asked us (a gay couple) if we would prefer a twin room rather than a double... We would not have been asked if we was a man and a woman who had booked a double room......

Great hotel to use if you're visiting Ipswich. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and polite, would definitely use again.

Had a pleasant stay here recently. Clean, attentive but not intursive staff and a pub directly next door. Perfect for what I needed.
