Wonderful proper Italian food! Only marked it down on atmosphere by 1 star as there were a few toddlers running around the place; not the fault of the restaurant per se, but they could have addressed the parents. Food was amazing, and a great price.

Very very tasty food!!! Recommend the Regina pasta. Staff was very polite and greeting you as soon as you come in.

We came here as part of our celebrations after Town gained promotion! The restaurant was packed, and the atmosphere was brilliant with people singing. The food...was absolutely amazing and at a really affordable price. This is the 1st time we've eaten here and were genuinely blown away! I had one of the best restaurant lasagne's I've ever had! My husband had a delicious pizza. We also shared a bottle of wine. We will most certainly be back 😊 A special shout out to the staff as the coped brilliantly in a wonderful but chaotic environment 👏

Had meal we had Carbonara and Chicken Carbonara with Cheese Garlic Bread, both Carbonaras tasted so delicious, sauce amazing best I've had, been to posher Italians and had worse, food came out piping hot, good portion size, the garlic bread is stone baked pizza style with plenty of cheese, drinks reasonably priced, and staff friendly and polite. Liked also that you can see the kitchen. Was busy when we went and got good food/service, they kept up with orders. Would recommend and will be back here, thank you Bella Napoli 🫶

I cannot express how lovely the food is as well as the service from staff - such kind people and so hospitable. Never have I wanted to spend more on tips than their food - it explains a lot! I'm Muslim, so it's amazing to know that I can eat everything on the menu without feeling restricted - all meats and chicken are halal. Yesterday, I went there with a friend for Iftar (breaking fast during Ramadan), and the owner ended up giving us extra food for free and didn't let us pay for the food we ordered - such kindness from our brothers in Islam, Alhamdulillah! May Allah bless your business and your family! May He make the path to Jannah (heaven) easy for you all. Ameen! 🤲🏽

I've given this restaurant 5 stars not because it's a 5 star restaurant (it's not, and doesn't pretend to be) but because we couldn't fault it for what it offered. Friendly staff, very good food, reasonable wine, all at a decent price. We had garlic bread to start with (enormous) then lasagne, and spicy sausage penne. Wonderful. Loos were clean, tables were basic but clean, recommended.

We tried a cheese pizza and jacket potato with beans and both dishes were very very underwhelming, specially pizza let us down big time.

Superb service throughout. Food hot and very tasty. Wonderful space, gets very busy on match night, booking essential.

Fabulous food. Garlic bread with cheese, Margarita Pizza with olives and chilli and my favourite, mushroom risotto, all washed down with a large peroni. Highly recommend.😋

I’m a regular so I took my sister there first the first time because the service is good, food great however, I was very disappointed. Firstly when the food came out the pasta was cold. The owner refused to believe me so I said to him feel the pasta it’s cold, the plate and sauce was hot but I didn’t come out for a meal to have cold pasta. Eventually he agreed to heat it. I was eating chicken grill had a couple of bites then I found a eye lash on my plate, so I took the plate to the owner and said I would pay for my sisters meal and my daughter’s and drinks however I am will not pay for mine due to the lash being on my plate and now it’s put me off my food altogether. No apology or no sympathy instead he said I did this on purpose. I was mortified!!! I told him to look at the cameras but not to make accusations without knowing the truth it’s not right! Why would I do this on purpose if I’m a regular customer? The owner said I wouldn’t have to pay for the meals just to leave and not to come back again. I couldn’t believe it!! He thinks it’s my fault so my family and I got up and left I did say I would pay for some of the food we ate but the owner wanted us to leave. No justice and defo No Customer Service!!!

Went out for my younger brothers birthday meal, our plan was to go to a different restaurant but due to it being closed we ended up at Bella Napoli and that was the best things that’s happened to us for a while 😅 the food is so reasonably priced for what it actually is, it’s fresh, made with top quality ingredients, pleasingly fulfilling and soooo inexpensive. The best Italian food we have ever tried in our lives!! The staff were so friendly I wish I could give them and the food 10 stars out of 5. 110% recommend to anyone who still hasn’t tried this place!! Best Italian had in along while. The vegetable lasagna was lovely. My son (13) said the chicken barbecue pannii was fantastic and the spicey chicken wings VERY hot. The service was very attentive. Son dropped a knife and the waiter was around with a new cutlery set straight away. Definitely recommend for young families.

We dined here at the weekend to celebrate my Daughter's 13th birthday with five of her friends. The food was amazing and the staff brought her cake out and sang her happy birthday. Cannot praise this restaurant enough. It's well worth a visit and the portions are very generous. Service is fantastic.

Very average Italian compared to a lot of others I've eaten at around the country, the food wasn't bad but didn't wow me. The service was not very good as she couldn't understand much English at all and never checked if everything was alright and had to wave for attention. On the plus side the restaurant is clean and spacious and it was probably the most spice Arrabbiata that I've ever had which is good with me..

Great food at a sensible price, nice space at this location and a wide variety of dishes. (get the Bella Special) however, as with all three Bella Napolis, the customer service is really what makes it a 5 star experience. A place that remembers it's customers and welcomes them every time they visit, no matter the gap between visits really deserves a place in our hearts. I'm saddened to read some of the negative reviews about supposed racism or rudeness from the staff, I can't believe that at all and I've been a patron since Bella 1 opened on Duke St years ago. can't recommend enough

I come back again with a comment to leave you one star for the review because on International Women's Day you behaved very badly with me and spoke badly of that gentleman who I have always respected. It's bad of you to speak badly to me on INTERNATIONAL Women's Day because my little one came into your kitchen. you could put gates or something to protect you from our children from entering. how always next to bella napoli I always see families with younger or older children but... only my child bothers you and you treat me with racism. shame on you . 1 star you deserve for racism and bad behavior towards a woman on her birthday.

I ordered food and it took an hour 15 minutes to come the driver said sorry she had to go to other houses first and the food was cold I told the manager he said I was lying and their food is never cold , I had been a loyal regular customer for years I said but it was cold he said it can’t have been and didn’t even say sorry or offer to give a refund they have lost customers

I don't recommend they are racist, they treat customers according to the country they come from, so they pay the same money as everyone else.

Fantastic authentic Italian and pizza, halal too! So hard to find a great Quattro formagi in the the UK, but this was amazing, cooked to perfection, cheesey and not overdone!

We have lived in Suffolk for 10 years , working in Ipswich for many of those and walked passed this restaurant many times. Yesterday we went in as the place we would normally have a lasagne had none. Oh my, what have we been missing! The food was delicious, the best pasta we have eaten. The veg lasagne was piping hot and packed with flavour. The garlic bread with cheese was divine. The service was excellent and the vibe was good. A mixture of couples and families. We really enjoyed it and will be going back. Thank you!!!

As a birthday treat my girlfriend took me to this branch of Bella Napoli which I had never been too before. I had a 12" vegetariana pizza followed by a Soufflé Cioccilato for dessert - both delicious. Will be back for sure.

Bella Napoli always provides good service and a very reasonable priced meal. Have been visiting the Queens Street and Duke Street restaurants several times over the years.

Waited longer than usual then driver rang as he had gone to wrong address. Food was cold and the pizza was missing the pineapple topping I had paid extra for. As I paid cash I assume I will not get my money back for this. Disappointing as I normally get very good service.
