So I’m working in Ipswich from Peterborough, I meet a random Manchester lad who takes me here saying it’s the best pizza in Ipswich. I don’t think he’s wrong, good was absolutely on point! So much so I had to write a review. Only thing I don’t like is the vinyl pictures on the outside, guys you are better than this! Food was amazing thank you!

Anchovie pizza arrived with no anchovies and a note saying “sorry, just ran out of anchovies, tried to call you”. My correct number was on the system but I had not received any call from the restaurant. The pizza was not nice, cheese and capers. I could only eat a couple of slices

I ordered anchovie pizza twice in last 4 days and both times it was delivered with no anchovies and a note saying “we just ran out and tried to call you”. I didn’t get a call either time. The option should be taken off the menu…very poor.

Ordered on the website. Food was delivered in around 15 minutes, was piping hot, and delivery driver was really friendly. Food tasted really good too. Deffo recommend for your pizza needs!

Fantastic ! The pizzas were delicious and perfectly cooked. They realised they hadn't had their delivery of vegan cheese for my pizza and didn't have any left so they sent an employee out to find some, they really didn't have to but it was so kind of them. Great service and a lovely, clean place :)

I recently visited this pizzeria and I have to admit, it was an exceptional experience. The pizza was simply amazing – thin, crispy crust, perfectly baked in a traditional oven. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Every bite was a true delight. The service at this pizzeria also deserves the highest praise. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, taking care of every detail of my order. The service was courteous, smiling, and ready to help, which made me feel truly special there. I recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for not only delicious pizza but also excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely return there again!

I really love all the food they make really crunchy and good

ordered two pizzas - one with pepperoni, chicken, jalapeno and red onion, the other with extra cheese, pineapple and jalapeno. unfortunately I think the pineapple one was pulled from the oven a little too early, but I popped it under the grill for a bit at home and after 7minutes it was perfection, exactly how the pepperoni one arrived. The BBQ chicken tenders were tremendous. This place is perhaps the best in ipswich, this particular order of mine is completely anomalous. Highly recommend.

Literally the worst pizzas you can buy. I have no clue why there are 5* reviews, because this pizza is genuinely worse than oven pizzas you can get for £3... do NOT buy from them, do not support this abomination to the name of 'pizza'

It was our (unplanned) first time there today . And it will definitely not be our last ! The 2 ladies behind the counter were really lovely to my children and I . They made us feel very welcome . The service was fast and efficient . And the pizzas were gorgeous ! The only minus I have found is that the chilli oil wasn t spicy enough … so: not much to complain about ! ;)

First time pizzas were light not the heavy rubbish you get elsewhere

Walked in on a Tuesday night and it was full on one side. We sat down and ordered, service was good and we had been here a few months prior and loved it. Unfortunately, this time around the pizza was like cardboard. Pretty sure there was no tomato sauce base, it was a thin base, but very dry. We were really disappointed with the quality of the pizza. Such a shame as previously, we've absolutely loved the pizza here.

Amazing place to go with friend, the pizza was very hot i could see they wasted no time to give it to us. i will defiantly be coming again, and 100% recommend it!!!

Two hours after having placed my order on your website, and attempting to call multiple times with no answer I gave up and cooked something. 8 hours after the order was place I get an email saying unable to take your order! Are you serious! Never eaten here but the pizzas looked good unfortunately ill never get to try it as I will not risk it again after this! Google should allow a zero star rating!

I have a severe allergy problem. My server was Raquel who was brilliant. She explained what was in everything and offered to get food from the back if it was next to something I was allergic to. She was polite and considerate throughout and ensured I was happy with my food. It is difficult for me to eat in restaurants as most servers see allergies as problematic so just say they can’t serve you, but Raquel was keen to ensure I was at ease. On top of all this, the food was delicious and I was served very quickly. I will definitely visit again.

Been a regular for a while and absolutely love the food here! The people working there have started to recognise me and order my custom pizza for me! They're excellent at handling customer complaints, but those complaints are so few and far between that it barely matters. 10/10, come buy their pizza!

Very helpful and friendly staff, explained the menu and all the meal deals. Food was made fresh at the counter and came fast with good portion sizes. Pizza was very well cooked with a good crust and the halloumi salad had lots of flavour that all worked well together.

One of the best pizza I have ever had. I highly recommend the calzones they do. The service was a 10/10. Will definitely become a costumer.

Ordered at 11.45 for a lunch time delivery. Email received confirming then nothing. 4 hours later and I’ve called and called but the line just goes straight to engaged. Messaged on the website and on messenger but nothing heard at all. Complete waste of time and money. If I get a refund I’ll be amazed! Utter rubbish service

We arrived at 7pm on the 6th April, and were given a welcoming greeting by the staff members. Our order was efficiently served within 10 minutes of ordering the food. The food was served to us in excellent condition as well as being nourishing and excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable and matched the quality of service and food we experienced. However, the music was more in favour of the kitchen, so it was quite inaudible in the restaurant area. To add, it wasn't very ambient either, which lowered the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

Popped in after the cinema and decided to sit in. Food was delicious, well priced and thankfully for me, there was a GF base. More than that though, the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The best pizza that I have eaten for years. All pizzas made traditionally, in front of the customer, so really fresh and tasty. This little restaurant is unpretentious, super clean and the staff seem to care about the customer experience.

Ordered on Deliveroo and I found the food was very reasonably priced. It arrived very hot and fresh and when they didn’t have the drink I ordered, the person who delivered it brought every flavour with him for me to choose! Above and beyond :) I would definitely order from here again, I just wish the milkshakes were available for delivery as I’ve heard great things about them!

Pizza was a touch on the oily side but its Italian pizza you expect some oil. Staff were nice seating was fine. Pizza tasted good, for most people just the pizza without sides is enough to feel quiet full. We got a garlic bread pizza to share with our pizzas and it proved to be too much.

Amazing, my partner and I always swing by here to get the meathead pizza, absolutely delicious. The garlic dip provided with it is DIVINE. Definitely recommend.

The staff were extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. We popped in here around 3pm after seeing how good the pizza looked from the window, ordered a milkshake (which was really nice) grabbed a menu and asked about delivery. We ordered later that day and the pizza, potato wedges and garlic bread were lovely! The garlic bread was much bigger than expected too. Will be back! Thank you

Spotlessly Clean. Polite, helpful staff. Menu is clearly presented. We had a pizza each and enjoyed watching the lady shape the dough. Ingredients were all simple, basic (as a pizza is in Italy). Baked in mins in a pizza oven. They were delicious and we brought some home in a box as they were large. We had two bottles of soft drinks, not sure what they were as in another language but they were refreshing. My husband used the toilet and said it was very clean. Available on Deliveroo.

We ordered a delivery. Had a phone call to say sorry the driver is a little late he has just arrived to collect your order and will be with you in 10 minutes. As an apology we would like to offer you some Cannoli. Which I thought was great. 40 minutes later the delivery arrived with no cannoli. Pizza was average and was not worth £15 each.

First time visit. Staff member didn’t inform me that the size of a starter is the same as the size of main. Both turned up at the same time meaning if I tuck in to starter I’ll have my pizza cold. Clearly waiter with issues,rude and approaching customers in unacceptable aggressive way. Never again

We stopped in this place while Xmas shopping on Xmas eve. We were starving and tripping over the place. Very glad we did. The pizzas are so good and not expensive at all. The service was friendly. My only thing would be avoid the wings as they were mostly fat.

Be careful ordering from these guys via delieroo.. they've upped their prices so that even when a "discount" is applied it works out more expensive than elsewhere.. dreadful business practices and it's now stopped me from wanting to order from them.

Great Italian style pizza cooking at stone oven with fair prices and fast service for takeaways. Location is in town centre as well.its a nice alternative to kebab and burgers for a quick dine. It's a new place and i hope it won't take longer times when restaurant became busy in future.

Ordered through deliveroo and took 80 minutes to arrive as was being delivered by the shop directly. This was a Wednesday night! Upon arrival they missed off some of our order and the pizzas didn't have all of the toppings as expected from the menu. The delivery driver was having a conversation on the phone and his apology for lateness was not sincere. Will definitely not order from again!

Two stars because the Calzone was actually ok. However, ordered two Calzone with a good two hour's notice. The delivery time came and went, so once it was ten minutes late I called. Was fobbed off with excuses about it being busy... although good customer service would be to say no to having orders and reject them to maintain service levels to those who have already paid. The person I spoke to tried to fatten me up with a free dessert or garlic bread...but I would have ordered those already if I wanted them. After being told my Calzone would be 30mins late, I asked that I get one free. The person said a manager would call me... it's been 48hrs and still nothing. So yeah, totally would recommend Sourdough Street I'm afraid. Super poor customer service at Fireaway Ipswich.
