Perfect for lovers of Italian cuisine in England 👍😋 fine dining!

Been eating at Bella Napoli for a long time, absolutely love all 3 restaurants, always kind and friendly staff, food is proper tasty, and well priced.

Really decent pizza with a relaxed vibe

Was there few times now, rude man working there, trying to say something butcno luck, he's just shouting and didn't want to let customer explain or say something. Never go there again!

This was a pilgrimage to the last of the holy trinity of Bella Napoli restaurants in Ipswich so I knew what I was expecting. 12 inch spicy sausage pizza for £10.99 which is well worth the money. I like everything spicy so was given some spicy kebab sauce and chilli olive oil. The chilli sludge at the bottom of the olive oil was excellent. Spicy enough when it caught the back of my throat I couldn't speak for a while. The restaurant ambience compared to the two Bella Napoli restaurants in town was a bit dull but everything was clean and the staff lovely. We also had a large 660ml birra moretti which was reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place.

I simply can not rate this place at all. Staff are amazing 🤩 food is to die for but unfortunately very expensive now. Been eating at Bella 1&2 since 2010

Bella Napoli never disappoints in flavour and quality. You can see your order being made fresh, and the service is excellent. Was really excited to notice Bella Napoli 2 in my neighbourhood. Will definitely we visiting again - and may be trying to pry myself away from ordering another beautiful calzone and trying some risotto... Or maybe both!

Rude man and yelled at me and my mate to leave for bringing our own drinks (sparkling water - we didn’t want anything sugary). Tried to explain it to the man but he wasn’t caring nor wanted to explain his reasoning. At least tell us nicely without having to yell at us in front of others. It was just awkward for everyone, we were left confused and awkward, the customers were left shocked and awkward and the other staffs were left shocked and awkward. We never had this problem here before so what gives? If you asked us nicely, we would had told you the reason why we didn’t want anything sugary.

Brief stay in town and needed a quick bite to eat - friendly and freshly cooked food, and tasted great. Good value too. Would visit again when next in town.

I visit the Woodbridge Road Bella Napoli every Saturday evening. I telephone though an order, and usually it is waiting for me on my arrival. Personally, I am not a great lover of Pizzas and if it were not for Bella Napoli, I would not buy one anywhere else. The food is fantastic, and I can only describe the staff that run the takeaway as professional and friendly and as some of the nicest people I have ever met. It is a pleasure to collect my order. During the pandemic it has become the highlight of the week, enjoying the pizza with a bottle of red wine. In normal times we often book a table and take friends out for an inexpensive evening which includes wine and beer. There is a varied Italian menu, something for everyone. We have visited all three of the Bella Napoli restaurants and the above comments apply to all three.

Whilst in Ipswich, we were craving some pasta, and with all the restaurants closed, we did some googling and found Bella Napoli. And thank heavens we did. Simply FANTASTIC. Pasta to die for. Heavenly Garlic Bread & Fluffy Light Calamari. Mushroom Pasta is easily some of the best I've ever tasted. Totally will be back. Service was friendly, & quick, and the restaurant looked clean and well presented. All were wearing masks & appeared covid safe. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!

This place is a little Italian Gem in Ipswich, very pleased we stopped by, The food is outstanding! Everything is freshly cooked. The staff are very kind and child friendly. Every where is super clean, The menu has a lot of choice and the staff are happy recommend if your not sure on what to order. We ordered a Pizza and a Bella special and fish risotto it was delicious. Very good value for money and we back for sure!

Passed by on the way home and decided to give it a try. Only two other people eating in and the dining area is a little stark and cool but very friendly staff and excellent food. We had two pizzas and garlic bread and they were all excellent. We will definitely visit again.

I placed an order for collection which my husband was going to pick up on the way back from the airport. I told my husband the order number and he collected and drove back to our house (20 mins away) when we got back the order was completely wrong and we were overcharged by over £12. I then proceeded to ring the company who lied and said my husband said a different order number which is not true as he had it on a text from me what it was. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or refund. My husband had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to give them their food to even get a refund in the end. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to sell that on. The person on the phone was rude and obnoxious and actually hung up on me mid sentence. If it wasn’t for the downright disgusting attitude of the staff and their reluctance to refund me I would of chalked it up to a mistake. If I could give no stars I would of.

Food was served really quickly and was a decent size portion. The owner was brilliant and really friendly. I will be back soon thanks as I couldn’t fault the place

Come here now every other Friday night for takeaway dinner. Food has been delicious every time. My girlfriend and I have had several different choices from the menu and everything has been great. Everything just tastes so fresh and homemade especially the pizza. Staff are very welcoming and polite both on the phone and the restaurant itself. Told the wait is 15 mins every time and its never been more than that.

Have had several things off of the menu since it's been open, panini's are good, pasta dishes are lovely and I think the pizza's are excellent, due to the freshness of the ingredients, simple rustic Italian loveliness. It's friendly, looks comfortable as you can eat in and have a drink too. Excellent value would highly recommend

Why buy this when you can make it at home...? Its just a bit of pasta and meatballs, right kids, riggghhtttt?! That's where you're wrong, this is made by italian gods. The perfectly seasoned pasta, incredible hand made meat balls and leopard spotted garlic bread to rival a leopard all for basically a tenner! Bravo Bella, bravo. BELISSIMO!! ps the pizzas looked nice too x

I have used the specific Bella for multiple takeaway orders now. The food is always fresh, and pretty much guaranteed to be ready every time when you got to collect.

We go to the Bella Napoli on Woodbridge road every week without fail! It is by far the best Italian in town and has delicious, authentic Italian food in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The host Hassan is amazing and makes every customer feel special. The service is unbeatable and the food always high quality!

Hubby went to grab us a pizza and some pasta to bring back to the hospital ... without a doubt, some of the tastiest takeaway Italian food we have ever had. It’s fairly priced and ready quite quickly, can’t go wrong here at all :)

I only live 5 mins walk from here & sometimes grab a takeaway as a treat for the kids. Meatball paninis & pizza are their favourites. Food is always piping hot, staff are really friendly, service is quick (although it’s always best to phone & order ahead as it can get busy). It’s a little on the pricey side it you add drinks etc but the food is definitely worth it.

This is the third time we have eaten at Bella Napoli and as always the food and the service was outstanding. And the price is not over the top.

We had pizza twice at this restaurant (pepperoni and mushroom). Everything from the crust, cheese and toppings were well proportioned. It was very tasty. Their service was friendly. The dining area was clean and comfortable. Would go back again.

Not bad. Had a calzone, the dough was good and the meatballs tasty, but the cheese (apparently it was mozerella) was awful, it was like plastic and didn't taste like mozerella at all.

Since my previous review I remain a frequent customer of Bella Napoli 2 !!! The food is excellent, never any issues, always bursting with flavour and piping hot. Service is again great, whether ordering in person or by phone. Prices are fair for quality of food. No hesitation but to recommend Bella Napoli !!! Plus, if you want, you can dine in at Take Away Prices to! Thank you for maintaining your consistently excellent standards!!!

I ordered the Lasagne. I got a metal tray containing a 1 inch slab of cold cheese above a tasteless sauce and a few sheets of pasta. The bottom of the contents of the tray was burned so everything just tasted of that.

Solo puedo decir que cada vez que vengo paso por aquí. Se nota que es un restaurante que cada vez va a mejor, con ingredientes frescos, personal excelente y cocina deliciosa.

Good location, nice venue that is completely let down by the fact that nobody knows how to cook! We were served soggy pizza with raw toppings and a risotto with the consistency of rice pudding which had no flavour what so ever. The lack of service and the arrogance of the staff were also disappointing. We will not be returning as our custom would be more appreciated elsewhere.

The food is very good, especially the pasta. The price is very reasonable for the good quality!

La comida es simplemente increíble, tanto si opta por la pizza o pasta, todo está preparado mientras espera con comida para llevar o comer en opciones disponibles. El menú es variado y los gustos son auténtica comida italiana. Bases de pizza son caseros del día 'a diferencia de muchos llevar cadenas! ! Los precios son más razonables y el servicio es genial! No puedo recomendar lo suficiente! ! Prueba Bella Napoli y no te arrepentirás! :)

I am a frequent visitor to Balla Napoli 2 and have always found the staff are very welcoming and the food is great. The value is great as well.

Have ordered a few times from here and eaten in once, quick service each time, friendly staff and great food. Much better than Dominos or Pizza Hut in my opinion.

Pizza was tasteless swimming in grease and way overpriced better off getting a frozen one from a corner shop. I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

Fuimos un domingo por la noche para una pizza. El restaurante es sencillo, así que decidimos probar una comida para llevar. Las pizzas estaban bien pero la corteza delgada no era delgada y no disfrutar de ellas. Habiendo dicho eso, el servicio era bueno y el lugar estaba limpio, pero no a dar prisa en volver.

Un restaurante italiano básico sin frivolidades.
